“リラックスホテル”
ロケーション 静寂性 ゆったりとした時間の経過ともかく静かでプライベートが守られゆったりとした中で日ごろの疲れをとることが出来ました。今回は一泊で残念でしたがまたの機会を楽しみにしています。

“最高の休日”
食事、ホスピタリティ、施設全ておいて満足です。初めてのプーケット旅行でいろいろなホテルを比較検討してこちらに決めました。 主な決定理由は、食事、ホスピタリティ、施設の評価やコメントが良かったこととアナンタラリゾートには以前から興味があったことです。帰国後の感想としては、全てにおいて満足でした。 特に朝食は美味しく盛り付け等がとてもオシャレで、今まで訪れた数々のホテルの中でも満足度はトップクラスです。 ホスピタリティも良くアットホームで温かい感じのおもてなしです。 お部屋は、プール付ヴィラタイプでしたので子供（9歳）も満足して何度も入って遊んでいました。 リゾート内のレストランやルームサービスも価格や味共に満足できるもので、ルームサービスは内容を考えると安く感じたくらいです。 子連れはほとんどいなく大人がゆっくりくつろぐにはおススメです。

“Great hotel with a variety of restaurants and activities”
Had a nice stay. Staff were friendly and always efficient. The buggy service was quick. Lots of restaurants to choose from and breakfast had a lot of variety. If I visit Phuket again, I would stay there!

“Loved it! ”
The resort is beautiful with various activities available including zip lining and a mini farm. The breakfast had so much variety, and everything was delicious. The AGED restaurant was also nice, we had dinner there. We got upgraded to the Pool Villa and that was a nice suprise. Then only setback of this resort was that the beach was not great.

“Lovely staff , food & facilities ”
When we’re arrived our first impression is the resort was very big and staff so kind plus very helpful. If i not mistaken reception girl name “ Nin” assist us start from check in , tour in our Villa till check out. Their also do some deco , appreciate that. Tq so much team Anantara Layan . We would to stay again when we have planing to visit Phuket again.

“Good staff, but villa disappointing”
Our family (with a 2 year old) stayed for 6 nights in total. In the advertisement we saw that the Sala villas had an outdoor lawn, big private pool, and direct access to an outdoor shower from the bathroom. For the first few nights we were assigned a villa that had basically no outdoor space except the pool area (and it was a smaller pool than advertised), but had a water pond full of very loud frogs that kept us up every night. The bathtub was also in old condition (we didn’t use it at all during our stay). We finally asked to be changed to a different villa as we couldn’t sleep from the frogs, this time it looked more like what we saw on the website.. We were disappointed that despite knowing in advance that we were traveling with a small child and would appreciate a better villa, we were not considered for one until we complained. There was a very obvious difference between different Sala villas. On the other hand the staff on the property overall were nice and generally helpful.

“Not the best for its price”
I stayed at two bedroom with private pool room with my family of four. Although it’s two bedroom room, there wasn’t any dining space or living room where family members can all chill together (it’s more like just two same bed room and that’s all). Also the pool was too small for the whole family and it was quite disappointing for it’s price compared to other five star pool villas in Phuket that usually comes with some living room space & kitchen & larger pool. There is a large public pool and beach in front. Food service was good, especially breakfast. Honestly would not recommend this place for two bedroom unless staying for the residence. 레지던스로 예약하는거 아닌이상 단지 1,2 bedroom으로 객실예약하시는거 비추합니다. 가격 대비 객실 작고 앞에 있는 해변 안이뻐요.

“Peaceful and beautiful”
The staff were very friendly. The room is excellent. Spacious and well organized. Pretty good balcony with view of the beach and nearby island. Breakfast was good. There are common buffet selection. There is a kid’s club (with a/c) with toys and small playground. The pool is in front of cafeteria and next to the beach. Comfy seating near beach. The hotel is in somewhat private area, making it quiet and peaceful. The only downside is that the road to hotel is dark and has many turns (we arrived after dark)

“Room to improve”
Overall overpriced. Rooms are big and nice but the service lacks a bit attention and quality of the food is not matching the price. Nice pool and set-up of the property though

“非常に満足”
Pros, Luxury resort with private beach. Big comfy room, great amenities, beautiful view. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Excellent spa massages. Excellent staff team. Great place to take few days off from the city. Cons, Way too soft bed mattress that leads to sore back in the morning. Almost no sea during the afternoon cuz of low tide. Beach BBQ food disappointing. If you plan to go to the city, it's a bit distanced from central Phuket.

“Great stay at Anantara Layan”
Room was clean and housekeeping staff are great. Breakfast is also a good spread with excellent wait staff. Location is a bit out of the way but made up by the excellent facilities available to spend your time on the premises

“最高!”
Great atmosphere, good restaurants and attentive staff. Going around with buggies was fun for our little one. Unfortunately the rooms are accessible only by stairs and the entire site is not stroller friendly. Not so convenient with families with smaller children.

“Opulence ”
I have stayed in Phuket many times. Outrigger which is now SAii. Dusit and others. I would say the Anantara is however worlds apart and world class. I cannot remember a hotel anywhere that has been so extraordinary in every sense. From the staff to the facilities to the rooms. If you can accept the financial outlay then treat yourself and enjoy.

“OMG OMG... what an amazing week”
I am so privileged to say that I was able to stay in such an incredible place, and though the main pool was unavailable due to changes the team was making, it was possibly one of the most relaxing and invigorating weeks of my life. The whole resort team were incredible, but one lady I could like to call out for praise was Aime (apologies to her if I have the spelling wrong) who was assigned to clean my room. Her attention to detail surpassed everything I could have hoped for. The resort was a little out of the way, but this added to the mystique of the place. The food was delicious, and the scenery remarkable. For what it's worth, I cannot say enough good things about this resort or the team there. If you are looking for a place to pamper yourself (and be pampered) this is your place!

“Somewhat disappointing ”
Top notch rooms, but very lacking in hotel facilities and restaurants as currently being renovated. No beach pool and no bar. Also, breakfast is disappointing in quality not quantity.

“スタッフに差あり”
欧米人マネジャーと見られる長身紳士、数人のタイ人スタッフは明らかに欧米人とアジア人とのサービスに差別がありました。例えばバギーの順番、プールサイドでのサービスなど、見事に先を越されます。中国人のマナーの悪さには同情しますが、日本人は中国人ではない。高いお金を払ってのんびり癒されに来ているのにイライラしました。あと時間通りに物事が進まない、周りに何もない、というのは覚悟しておく必要があります。それではホテル内のレストランを楽しもうと思ったのですが、タイレストランが驚くほど美味しくない。あとひとつのイタリアンレストランは高すぎる。レストランも含め、スパもそうですが、全体的にコストパフォーマンスが悪すぎる。家族連れが多すぎてプールも満員状態。もはやゆっくり一人旅はふかのうなんでしょうか。このお金を払ってこの程度なら、間違いなく他の五つ星ホテルにいきます。数人のタイ人スタッフの親切が唯一の良い思い出です。
