“値段なりに快適”

場所はスクンビットを越えるので交通手段が無ければ厳しいと思います。 ただ、スクンビットの工事も終わって右左折自由に出来るので、バイク使えばビーチロードまで10分かからずに行けます。 プール付きで部屋も広くバルコニーもあってそれなりに快適ですが、agodaの写真はちょっと綺麗すぎです。 それと、私の泊まった部屋だけかもしれませんが、ちょっとアリが多すぎました。 アリさえいなければもう一度泊まっても良いかなと思います。

“短期滞在には不向きです。”

キッチンの付いた長期滞在に適したレジデンスタイプの宿泊施設です。 ある程度パタヤの地理を知っている人には向いていると思います。 但し夜遊びには不向きです。

“バイクが有れば､静かにゆっくり出来ます。”

キッチン付きでタイでは珍しい網戸付きです｡スクンビットロードから陸側に200m位入るので､バイクが無いと無理です。TESCO Lotas expressもバイクで直ぐに有るので､バイクが有れば静かにゆっくり出来ます。

“ロケーションが悪い”

ジムの写真が魅力的だったので予約したが有酸素系のマシンは壊れてしまったのかほぼありませんでした。セントラルロードのソンテウはビッグCまで行かないとなかなかつかまらないので、ビーチロード等への移動はバイタクを使うほうがいいでしょう。建物や設備はとてもきれいで良かったです。

“場所は微妙だけど・・・。”

立地は中心地から離れていますが、それをわかった上で予約したので問題はありませんでした。 パタヤでのタクシー使用はメーターを使ってくれる人には会えなかったので毎回交渉が必要です。 バイクをレンタルして行動することをお勧めします。ホテルにはレンタルバイクはありませんが駐車はOKでした。 ホテルの設備は部屋もプールも清潔で良かったです。

“ソイが狭い”

値段が値段なので文句は言えないがソイが狭すぎて車の出し入れが大変だった。建物の造りも安っぽく隣の部屋のテレビの音が聞こえる。

少しメインストリート　海側から離れていますが　ホテルから歩けば乗り合いバスに 乗れる　そこから北側　南側　海側に行けます　夜は静かで　リラックスできる プールもあります　3階建て　エレベーターはありません　近くに小さいテスコロータスがあります　メインストリート側では同じ条件で　2倍以上もすることがあるので 1週間以上ならおすすめです

“価格から考えると素晴らしい”

場所はビーチロードからも夜遊びの中心地ウォーキングストリートからは遠いが それ以外で価格を考えると良いホテルだと思います。 出来てからまだ数年しか経過していないようで部屋は清潔。 プールもこのホテルの規模からしたらそこそこの大きさもあり、またgymもある。 徒歩5分くらいにスーパーロータス その近所にマッサージ店んも複数軒ありタイマッサージ一時間１２０バーツでしかも真面目に一生懸命してくれる。 またセブンイレブンも徒歩５分程度に有り、セブンカフェも有ることから日本で飲みなれているアイスコーヒーに近いものが飲めるのも良い。 そのセブンイレブン周辺の食堂ではガバオが３５バーツくらいから有りまた食堂も多数あり食べるのには困らない立地。 ただしソンテウウに乗る為にはスクインビットに出て、パタヤカンまで行く徒歩１０分程度かかる。 空港からホテルへの行き方として、パタヤのジョムティエン行きのバスに乗車し二つ目の停留所パタヤカン下車にて徒歩１０分程度で着くことも出来る。 自分としてはまた宿泊利用したいホテルでした。

“繁華街からの距離”

とにかく移動手段を持ってないと不便な場所です！ ホテル自体は問題なし。

“一日中何もしないでのんびりと”

ホテルには小さなプールが有りそこで泳ぐことができる 私はテラスに出てビールとネットをしながら 音楽を聴いて 大変 リラックスができました ホテルには一週間泊まりましたが 飽きることはなく あっと言う間の出来事でした。近所にはテスコの小さいのが有り そこで アイスクリーム ビールなど買えて 何の問題も有りません。 電子レンジは有るのですが調理器が無いため 自分で料理を作ることが出来ないのが問題かもしれません お皿 スプーン フォークなどは有りました とってもよかったです。

“周りの地域がゴミゴミしていてブチックとは言えない。”

旧態依然な不釣り合いのキッチンと食材運び上げの急階段で不合理。

“中期滞在の価値あり”

一泊だけ宿泊させていただきました。他の方のレビュー通り複数日滞在をおすすめしますが、俗に言うコンドミニアム型だからです。 そのため水はありましたが、アメニティなどは備え付けのシャンプーくらいで、ドライヤーなどはありません。 しかし清潔であること、自宅のようなゆったり感、プールもオシャレで綺麗、しかも筋トレ設備まであるので、一週間単位で滞在する選択肢にあげてもいいかもしれません。 近くには現地向け屋台やレストランなど多くあるので困りません。 交通はそういった目的でくる男子諸君には少し中心から外れて不便と思いますが、ある意味でフリーで知り合いを入れられる状況です。

“プール付きのレオパレス”

設備も内装もレオパレスによく似ている。 調理器具・食器も充実しており、ある程度の期間ここで生活するのを前提にした滞在型ホテルだと思う。 実際かなり居心地が良かったのでお勧め。ただしレンタルバイクか車が必須です。

It's 2-3 km away from the beaches but easily accessible through gab rides. Nyc place to stay in less prices and all the facilities are available in the room.

The receptionist does not have the ability of using, i.e. speaking, English which I think is necessary for the job at a hotel. So some knowledge of Thai language is required on you.

This 2 star hotel is located in a quiet surroundings, but now slightly outdated. Far away from the beach and the bustle of the city, quietness is the most outstanding characteristic of this place.

“Malfunction of the Airconditioner”

The malfunction of the airconditioner in my room caused me to change my room to another one. Handling of the situation by the hotel was nothing but poor. I was simply disappointed with this. Another thing I must point out here is the fact that the ability of Engish of the woman at the reception is so very low and poor that I found it difficult to communicate with her.

Im Travelling With My Kids And friends. Staff were Good. The pool, Gym And room were nice. They might want to Take into consideration on having treadmill At The Gym. The rest was perfect! Near to The mosque. Easy to get halal food.

This is my third stay after Covid 19. I enjoyed it very much, and I will definition come back here again in the near future. I especially like the quiet atmosphere around the facilitate.

As for the price nothing to complain. There is something worth to mention as this is a plus. We noticed one device in the room is broken, so we report it about 8 pm (5 hours after we checked in) to do not be charged for it … hotel staff did not suggest anything about charging and they solve the issue with the device immediately - they replaced the device literally in minutes.

“Just as Good as Before”

Away from the bustle of the city-center, Double D is located quietly on Soi Siam Country in Pattaya. Facilities are a bit run down after several years of use, but this hotel is shining as a good 2 star hotel. I have found no complaints on the hotel.

I enjoyed staying at Double D very much, as usual. Far from noisy downtown area of Pattaya, this hotel certainly gives you a quiet atmosphere. This time I especially appreciated the smiling attitude of the cleaning staff.
