“Very friendly staff”
The big pool was very good. The long pool cannot be used unless you actually stay in a "Villa" room. Why is that so? The hotel is maximum a three star establishment, a typical Thai style hotel. We stayed in a family room, which was actually quite nice and had the right size. Staff is wonderful. All in all I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Krabi

“spa suite”
room was spacious. staff were friendly and very helpful. food was amazing. only downside is its a little deeper from main road. walking can be a chore. shuttle is provided at every hour. would come back again.

“Enjoyable stay”
We had a very comfortable stay. All staff were lovely. Service was attentive. Everything was in tiptop condition. I enjoyed my bedroom and shower. The buffet breakfast was scrumptious. Nicely presented. Value for money. Highly recommended.

“2-3 Star hotel”
This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Facilities are too old and in poor condition like Gym and swimming pool are miserable. Location is in jungle and far away from beach and restaurants. Only staff (Hassan) excellent guy is responsible as bell boy, driver of shuttle service and able to guide you. Very bad breakfast where staff comes at 7:30am so basically a self serving. Charges of hotel accommodation and services are not value of money spent so avoid it!

“Great staff but room for improvement ”
The staff at this resort are amazing , very helpful, polite and friendly. Great facilities ie swim up bar at the pool. Food at the pool side cafe was yummy and the cocktails good too. Buy one get one free massage at the onsite spa was relaxing but on the pricey side if you were to pay full price. We stayed in a Thai studio and it was spacious however not very clean. Mould in the bathroom shower, dust around air vents and ‘kitchenette’ area dusty too. (Coffee machine, kettle). Bed was clean, well made and comfortable. Housekeeping staff were amazing, they stocked us up with lots of water and re made our room daily. 10/10 service from them. Buffet breakfast was good, small selection of local food but plenty of fruit, pastries, breads and a chef cooking an omelette with your own selection of fillings. Very good bacon too. Coffee, juices and filtered water available too. The resort is a good 20-30 minute walk to town/the beach however a free shuttle bus almost every hour is very convenient. Would stay again but would definitely select a pool access room as the pool is right at your door step basically.

“Peaceful location”
Fabulous adults only swim up rooms, salt water pool so didn’t smell like chlorine, less than 10min from ao nang beach, free shuttle bus almost every hour. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was our hot oil massage in Himalayan salt room, the room was fabulous but unfortunately the massage was the worst we have ever experienced, no effort or pressure, almost frustrating and expensive, we had much better massages in town.

“Great place to stay, away from the bustling town”
This is definitely a great place to chill and relax! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel room looks great, clean and quiet. Slight downside of this place probably the inconvenience of traveling if there is a need. Shuttle van is available 1 trip every hour until certain time. (But hey you could always resort to using "Grab"). Second would be the breakfast selection. Limited choices and slightly plain in my opinion. Flies controls are needed.

This hotel was amazing! The rooms were beautiful and very clean. Staff were so helpful and kind! Breakfast was delicious. They have happy hour everyday for a great deal. They have an hourly shuttle to get you to the city centre!! We didn’t want to leave this location!

“Comfortable stay with good facilities and scenery ”
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel as a solo traveler, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel's facilities are great, especially the food, which features good ingredients and generous portions. The massage, sauna, and scrub services are excellent and added to the overall relaxation. The pool is well-maintained, offering a refreshing escape with beautiful scenery of limestone cliffs in the background. The room I stayed in was comfortably sized, clean, and came with a lovely balcony. The staff were great and always helpful, enhancing the overall stay. Though the location is a bit far from the main community areas and tourist spots, the hotel provides a convenient, free round-trip shuttle to Ao Nang every hour from 10am to 8pm, making it easy to explore. Considering the reasonable price, I highly recommend Anana Eco for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Krabi.

“A beautiful, well priced stay just out of town ”
A 5 minute shuttle bus away from the main Street of Ao nang was perfect for a quiet escape away. Great accomodation and pool access suites with clean rooms and plenty of space. Rooms were quiet and private. Buffet breakfast was nothing fancy. Overall very good value stay in a beautiful location.

“Quiet hotel away from main drag”
Arrived early morning and was in my room by 11am. Hotel has two sections and two pool areas which are lovely. Lots of sun beds. Room is reasonable with balcony. Bed is super comfy. Good selection for buffet breakfast. Hourly shuttle to main tourist area at beach, nothing really around that you can walk to. Spa treatments are lovely and currently offering a two one deal on massages. Can get grab car also to get around. Happy hour drinks on rooftop bar

“Memorable & great stay”
We enjoyed our stay in Anana. Within the 4 days stay , got great experience especially the service ( all staffs are very friendly, polite and helpful). Room is spotless clean with nice view. One thing i like most (my personal preference) is that location is not that far from busy beach(have shuttle bus to there), yet have the authentic nature vibe with peaceful surroundings. I would 100% recommend this place.

“Above average”
Overall was good except location a bit far from beach. But if u prefer quiet place, you may consider this. If you prefer walking distance to beach, convenience shop, restaurant then you may choose others. Hotel provided with shuttle van to ao nang beach almost every hours. Staff services here was excellent. Breakfast was excellent as well with variety of choice & delicious. Facilities acceptable. Room was clean & big. Very comfort bed. But need improve a bit on bed sheet cleanliness. Tq

“In love with Krabi”
During my stay at Anana in November, I thoroughly enjoyed several aspects of the experience. The room, which featured direct access to the pool from balcony, was particularly delightful. This feature provided a wonderful opportunity to enjoy fresh air and scenic views directly from the room—a highlight of my stay. The breakfast offered at the hotel was nice. The variety and quality of food provided ensured a great start to each day however lack a little bit of local touch. Additionally, dining at the hotel's premises was a pleasure. The food and drinks offered were delicious and complemented the overall experience perfectly. I must also compliment the spa facilities at Anana. The serene ambiance and professional service made it a rejuvenating experience. The hotel's concept as a whole, combining luxury with comfort and sustainability, was evident throughout my stay and greatly appreciated.

“Girls trip ”
This place is absolutely amazing! The pool is beautiful with view of the limestone cliffs and the breakfast buffet is delicious! Everyone was extremely friendly and everything was spotless and clean. Excellent customer service by Hassan who helped us when we checked in and helped get us to the beach on the shuttle. We were only supposed to be here 2 nights and ended up staying for 4 because we loved it so much!

“ Fabulous owner”
We happened to meet and have a chat with the hotel owner. He shared his story of his background and future plans of his business and we were so blessed to hear them. He also suggested us go for star gazing at the roof top and it was amazing. Very cozy hotel with an easy access to Ao Nang beach. Would recommend for those who look for a quality time with loved ones!

“ok, but was wildly overpriced”
We were charged about 100 usd for the basic room here which seemed overpriced. There were other Hotels in Ao Nang where the price was 50 usd that were just as nice. It could be that their price was high because they received a lot of bookings. It was overpriced for this season.

“5 Nights”
Quiet location but with shuttle service to beach, shops and boats in nearby town. Friendly staff, excellent facilities and food. We stayed half board to make use of days trips and evenings at the hotel. You could also stay by the pool then enjoy the evenings or nightlife.

“Great hotel away from the bustle”
There was a lot to like about The Anana. The facilities were good, it was perfectly clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was outstanding (if a little pricey by local standards). One small downside: the resort is a bit isolated, away from the town. They do run a shuttle but it is limited to once every hour or 2 hours, with the last run back at 9pm. It was also quite often overfull and uncomfortable: not really a 5* experience. We saw people being left behind several times for lack of room.

“Quiet and Luxurious Hotel”
It’s exceptionally quiet and calm which is perfect for people who are looking for a relaxing stay. The room and hotel facilities were clean, and everything could be booked from the hotel’s lobby. Shuttle service is free which goes out every one hour.

“Peaceful getaway”
Incredible getaway, clean and luxurious while connected with nature and surrounded by green. This resort is serene and rejuvenating. Location feels miles away but is actually quite close to the beach and Ao Nang activities. The staff are expert, friendly, and welcoming. I hope to come back!

“Nice pool, staff are lovely ”
We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel is a little out of the way but you can rent a moped from the hotel and drive to the strip easily.. also they have a free bus that will drop you off into town and it comes hourly. Quiet of a night so can sleep properly. Breakfast is a buffet, but finishes at 10am which is a little early. The pool is nice and a has a bar at it. Roof top is nice for the sunset. Staff are very nice and attentive. Lovely hotel.

“Great to unwind at”
When we booked the place, we had no idea where it is. Was kinda worried as it seems abit out of way from the beach as the transport wind its way into the road leading to the resort. But it was leading us to heaven. From the warmth of the front desk to the care of Pong during our breakfast, the resort did its best to welcome us. The family room we got was very spacious and the kids had fun going up and down to their bunk beds and down to the 2 queen beds just underneath, it would have been greater if the room have a balcony for us to hang out our swim stuff n wet gears. The free shuttle to the beach is also very useful when we need to go for our pilgrimage to the beach or do our shopping or meal trips at ao nang beach. It was also fun to dip in at the pool and chill out. It was also lovely to realise that we were actually staying in the room next to the owners, who was there for the week. It was heartening to see how hands on they are in the running of the place. Great pics by Mr Wolfgang who took some pic of our girl who was running wild in the lobby when we were checking in. Lol

“Nice but overpriced compared to other places nearby”

“Food poisoning”
I received bad food poisoning while I was here by eating at their restaurant. Staff did not compensate for it at all even though we lost 1.5 days from it. Would not recommend

“Great place to stay in Krabi”
Fairly nice for a castaway vacation because it’s situated in a peaceful area. The facilities and room are adequate for the price I paid. Staff is very nice, and I like that there’s a information desk in lobby to help suggest and book activities in Krabi.

“Not the best location”
The location is not convenient, far from the main road. Not accessible. Facilities could be better. Spacious room and decent breakfast
