“There is no one reason to stay at this hotel”
Evidently, management of hotel decided, that advertising view would pay for everything. But if you stay at hotel, you don’t get comfort and rest. There is no even welcome drink, Old dirty sheets, stuffy bungalow without air conditioner, a lot of ants in a living room, torn towels, terribly dirty sunbeds, expensive minibar, cappuccino on breakfast for extra charge. The JC is very popular now. That’s why there is no priority for guest of hotel. You should reserve a table for dinner in advance. Place for photo not for life. If wanna enjoy a view and take a photo, just come to cafe, this enough

“Beautiful Bungalow and hotel ”
Bungalow has a big veranda, beautiful bedroom and interior. Enjoyed the restaurant and lounge terrace in the evening. Off season is best time to visit :-). The only thing were mosquitoes . Would stay here again . Thank you so much

“Amazing stay!”
Didn't want to leave the beach to stay 1 night for dinner up in the jungle...wow what a find! Lovely dinner, cool tunes, brilliant staff, great cocktails/fresh juices, wonderful horizon pool (guests only) & our room was divine, looking towards the pool with palms and sparse, freshly cut lawn all the way down. 10/10 for this unique property ... stunning for photos!

“the view is the thing”
Expensive for what you get, rooms are not sounded proofed from adjoining suites, and noise from adjacent construction site meant this was not a tranquil environment. Food very average. On the plus side staff are pleasant and rooms comfortable, stylishly decorated and spacious.

“Great view from the resort”
We stayed in the Jungle Club for a day. The resort is for obvious reasons famous for a view from its restaurant. One can see an amazing sea and mountains view from Jungle Club being at the top of Koh Samui. For this thing, the restaurant usually has packed advance bookings even 2-3 days prior. The resort is on top of the hill so they provide shuttle service till the main road. About the houses which we booked for stay, they were pretty clean and had a good interior. However, the only thing which was not fine was there were many lizards and mosquitoes as the resort is in nature's vicinity, out of the main city. Other than this we thoroughly enjoyed the stay! About the restaurant, the breakfast menu has several good options and they are delicious. The staff here is very polite and supportive. Thanks to them for this amazing stay!

“Fabulous view”
We were amazed at the view from the Jungle club. It was awe inspiring. The room was great and very clean. Food was delicious and portion sizes more than enough. My son loved the swings in the courtyard. We are coming back soon!!!

We stayed for 5 nights in the Jungle Suite. Overall, our stay was amazing and would recommend the Jungle Club to anyone looking for a wonderful and personalised experience on Koh Samui. Pro’s: - incredible view - extremely helpful and attentive staff. The team went above and beyond to assist us with obtaining our test results from the hospital. We owe them a great deal of thanks, and any future guests can expect the same level of attentive service. - stunning room (very tasteful and luxe) - rooms are very clean and tidied well daily. - accomodation felt highly covid safe, as we had our own free standing building. - free shuttle up the hill for guests - beautiful resort setting Con’s - the free breakfast is terrible. It is served very late (only past 9am), and can take up to 40 minutes to arrive. The breakfast itself is essentially either poorly cooked egg or cheap white toast with overly sweet jam. Considering how lovely the jungle club is, the breakfast is a real let down that needs change (eg, granola, brown bread etc). Even though it is included, I would recommend eating elsewhere. - appeared to be a lack of reception staff and limited English spoken at times, making it difficult to get our point across. - the hill up is extremely steep, if you are anticipating renting a scooter you must be very confident in your abilities, the journey up can only be described as dangerous. - no pool towels in rooms despite having a plunge pool, leaving us needing to ask specifically for a towel every day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the jungle club. It was far more unique and memorable than a lot of commercial accomodation in Samui. Thank you so much for having us.

“Lovely”
Booked the normal room and it states on airbnb that it has aircon but when i got there i was told it is fan and that this happens alot. someone should make sure this detail is corrected. got there and paid a bit to upgrade to the room with aircon. the place is amazing. very detailed and decor is perfect. loved staying there for 2 nights with the jungle restaurant overlooking the city, amazing views, food is excellent and its just an amazing space . thank you for building such a beautiful space

“Heaven High Up”
Great view. Good breakfast. Comfortable room. Warm infinity pool. Super steep road up but you can request a jeep to shuttle you up and down. Book you won't regret it.

“Good staff”
The staff was very nice and helpfull. The place is on the hill so I a little bit complicated to get there, but other than that is really nice and the view is awesome.

“Very good Customer service”
I didnt check the location before book, then so disappointed and unhappy because of the inconvenience and dangerous way to the hotel. I was so scared and almost got accident when ride a motorbike up to the hill to the resort. I really want to give 1* with that bad feeling, but everything was changed when I met Sam - Front Desk. She was so helpful, and I would love to five her 100 score for her problem solving skill as just in 10 mins she give us the solution to keep our motorbike down the hill and use hotel shuttle to travel up to hotel instead. All of our concern were solved by her. Such a nice and kind lady. That kind and smart girl should be in a higher position.

“Great but disappointing ”
The suite was amazing. Clean, spacious, comfy. The pool area was supposedly for hotel guests only, but they’re not doing a good job keeping it so. The restaurant is next to the pool and people would come to sit and take pictures. Worse, asked us to take pictures for them. The restaurant itself was too commercial. Food was okay. You might wanna make reservation directly at the restaurant as they seem to prioritise outside bookings more than hotel guests and reception isn’t helpful. So, all in all not much for privilege and privacy.

“Bliss”
Had an amazing stay here in Jungle club... our bungalow blew our expectations and being on the front line, the view was second to none. Who can complain when you can watch sunrise over the ocean from the comfort of your bed! The Staff were both kind and helpful and the food from the restaurant was great! “Gorgeous getaway ”
We were staying in Chaweng beach area and decided to get away from it all and stay here. We booked the jungle house and omg it was perfect. Very quiet. lots of nature. We loved the little open hut you could sit in and omg the infinity pool was amazing. The restaurant was nice too but it’s filled with everyone whose just looking to get their instagram pic and then not even enjoying the view which was annoying to watch the whole time lol. The restaurant was also very pricey. The breakfast was included in our stay and it was so good! The staff was friendly, there were a few hiccups but they got fixed right away. I don’t know how it would be staying for more than one night because you wouldn’t be near the town but they offer a free shuttle twice a day. This place was definitley for us and we’d stay again in a heartbeat and definitley for more than one night ! Highly recommend this peaceful romantic spot

“Paradise!”
After my stay 4 years ago with my friends and staying in one of their old wooden huts, I have returned with my boyfriend to enjoy this peaceful and amazing place. We have stayed in one of the new suites, which was beautifully decorated with furniture made from natural materials (big tick for us!). The bed was comfy, fantastic night's sleep, as the place is incredibly quiet, and you're surrounded by nature (and all it's wonderful creatures). We had our own private pool outside our room, which was lovely to relax in during the day. The main pool at the hotel is amazing too with an infinity pool looking out over Chaweng. Absolutely amazing place, with super nice and helpful staff, and great food at the restaurant! Honestly cannot fault one single thing about this place as everything was very pleasant during our stay. Thank you for 2 fantastic nights!

“Breathtaking view”
The view is amazing and the rooms are nice. Sadly no hot water which I would have expected for the price. It is now a well known Viewpoint which attracts a lot of Tourist sometimes making it impossible to get a nice table with a view and the peace and quiet you would like. There is a free shuttle service sadly it only runs twice a day, if u want to be picked up any other time you have to pay.

“Amazing location and views ”
The jungle club is an amazing resort, we had booked one night here which we were really looking forward to. We chose the jungle lodge which had views overlooking the bay and a private terrace, we had spent quite a bit of time choosing this option. On arrival we were advised we had been upgraded due to a double booking. The upgrade was a very modern private villa with a pool, which was lovely but did not have the Thai feel we wanted or any views and was situated across the road from the resort. We ended up asking to be downgraded so that we were in the the resort. Had we had our chosen accommodation I think our stay would have been perfect, however we were disappointed with the mix up, having booked the room 4 months earlier after spending time looking at all the room options. As we were only there for one night it did ruin it a bit as we were so looking forward to our chosen lodge. Everything else was good, but the mix up tarnished what should have been a special night.

I spent two nights in this place. Good atmosphere but the villas not clean enough and also hard for accessibility, the taxi charge 100THB extra for hill access.

“Outstanding views, cold shower”
The views alone are worth a stay at the jungle club. The infinity pool whilst small is incredible. However, our room only had a fan and not aircon (we paid £60 for one night which is reasonably expensive in Thailand) and the shower is cold, I had to boil the kettle to wash shampoo out of my hair as there was no one at the reception to talk to. We would not stay again but would go for dinner/drinks just for the view.

“非常に満足”
Very cool location - up on a hillside with great views - and patios and seating to enjoy it. Only downside is that you can't just walk or taxi up - it's a very steep drive, and so you have to pay for your trips up and down using their trucks: however they offer free ride times (10:30, 18:00) and are willing to pick you up wherever, whenever, so it's worth the 100 THB. Being slightly inaccessible makes it more exclusive and quiet, too. Good restaurant, somewhat expensive, and very nice rooms (there are insects, like everywhere else in Thailand) with hot water and fans (some have air con, too). Also a nice little overpriced shop with various knick-knacks that aren't the usual market clothes, etc. Would probably stay again.

“Wast of money ”
Never even got there as they couldn't pick us up because it was raining. But doesn't say that it's a location that you can't get to or out from if it's raining, when people book it. Total ripoff

If you want to relax for a day, this is it! Wonderful view over Chaweng from the mountains. Everything there is suited for a dreamlike photo. Loved it!

“Unsatisfied ”
I know we had booked HUT. So it should be like a hut. But this hut at Jungle Club was missing very basic amenities like flush in toilet. this huts / rooms are located on hills very isolated. So one would expect to have doors and windows, but this hut din had windows, Bathrooms were open from behind. Sound of Jungle animals are bound to disturb you at night. Some of the staff sounded rude, The view from jungle club is awesome. So just visit this property for view point. Sit at restaurant and go back down the hill and stay at Chaweng beach.

“it is better than the pictures!”
This place is awesome, the view is jawdropping! The bungalows look even better than the pictures, it is the same with the pool area! We were very pleased, as usually it is the other way around with most hotels. Staff is very proffessional and nice, there is nothing bad I could say about this place, and keep in mind I stayed in the lowest standard room they have

“so waste...”
They give new towels every day - so big waste. But they give you only one free electric socket in the hut...very bad Internet connection.

“Coolest place ”
Loved it here. Only spent one night passing through but would like to have stayed a few more. Lodge was really nice, quite hot at night, view was incredible. Food at the restaurant was really good and the pool was a nice size. Only moan is that the bar shuts at 10 dead on the dot and there aren't any other options around. Would definitely stay there again

“superb view ”
The 1st time i arrived at the jungle club, i was mesmerise with the superb view of thailand. The infiniti pool facing the panoramic view makes me wants to swim in it that instance! the staff were so helpful & the jungle hut is so perfect for 2 of us! we love the free shuttle at 10am & 6pm to chaweng beach but it will be great if they can arrange free ride back to the club too.

The Jungle Club is up on the mountain with a wonderful view over the chawang beach. The people there are really nice an motivated. The first day they picked us up for free with the 4WD.The area with the garden is really nice and clean. They have a beautiful infinity pool with view. The food in the restaurant was very good, but a little bit more expensive. (This is ok, because they have to bring everything up). We will definetly come again.
