“NYE period ”
The room has everything one needs, aircon works well, bed was comfy-enough, but the pillows are like mountains, so a normal thickness pillow would have been much better. You do hear music from the bars around until about 2-2:30am. Your best hours of sleep are from 2:30am-7:30am where it is dead quiet. You do hear people in neighbouring rooms and talking/yellow in hallways and doors slamming. You are also right under a flight path so you do hear planes between 8am - 10pm. Pool area is really nice too: perfect location right across from ARKbar. It was cheap accom during the NYE period so although some negatives have been mentioned, it was still an overall good stay knowing what we were getting ourselves into for NY.

“Yes stay here”
The price its very worth for the location and the happening. Yes its true can be slightly noisy but saves walking and grab fare to food and the mall. NO LIFT - so travel light if you staying there

“Great hotel and good value.”
Room was very spacious, clean and modern. The only negative reviews are around noise, yes there’s noise but if you book a hotel on the Main Street of Koh Samui for partying and expect it to be quiet that’s on you xoxo.

“Pleased enough ”

The room was nice and big. Facilities are ok. They provide essential stuffs in room such as shampoo, soap, hangers. The staffs are nice and helpful. Canabis free hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and I didn’t sleep for four nights it was a nightmare This hotel is located in the middle of cabaret and other venues with loud music that last until early morning, and on top of all of that ,all the flight's taking off from Samui aéroport goes above your head so I am afraid it’s a disappointment.

“very close to main parts”
its nice and clean and new inside. think of it as a hostel prices hotel. its got clean bed and room and shower etc. all is great until you go out and its a bit busy and dusty. But the area is right smack in the middle of all . some complain of noise from nearby club/bars. if you want peace and quiet not here, but if you go out and sleep after midnight its good. But beware no easy sleep before that so bring earplugs or find another location.

“Modern, very clean”
Great stay at Lek Lek. Very clean and central to Chewang beach but the only thing is this makes it very noisy late at night. However if you are a heavy sleeper or there for a night out it’s fine.

“Friendly Staff”
The staff here are really Friendly great you anytime of day when they see you..they have a small pool on the same floor as us..our room was on the third floor facing the street..you are near to everything here there is alot of food few minutes walks to the beach about half an hour walk to see muay thai show..not far from the mall and night life entertainment..there is also cabaret just beside the hotel..if you dont mind the loud music coming from the bar or club near by then its a convenient place for you to do most of the things..

Nice hotel for the money but right next to a nightclub thats open till 6 in the morning might as well have been in the room so if you want sleep i wouldn't recommend this hotel

“Loud all day and night”
Super loud pounding music at night and loud during the day as well. Says satellite tv channels but only 5 or 6 work and only the news channels. Not a smart tv with apps. Other than the first room being infested with 50 little flys the room we switched to was pretty clean.

“Price-Quality can’t get any better”
Great, small hotel in the middle of the action. Staff is incredible. Beat coffee I ever had, and I had plenty, was at the coffee-spot in the lobby of the hotel.

“Great location, nice sized rooms”
Great location, literally directly outside are the restaurants/strip. And more beach clubs. Not that noisy at night that disturbed my sleep. Aircon works great. 7/11 two mins away. Downside in my room: one mirror only in the bathroom - none on the room nor a full length. And no nightlights for above the bed. The ambient lighting was making a noise so it was lights on or off!!! Staff are AMAZING. So welcoming. Loved it here

“Couple night stay”
We loved the rooms and the location, it also has a pool on the top which you can sit and watch the planes go by. However the music is loud from the streets and can be heard till very early in the morning.

“Great location, clean and good value!”
It is in an excellent location right on the strip and the beach. The pool is small but ok as it is quiet and on the rooftop. Clean and comfortable with a good shower. It would be helpful if the staff spoke more English as they couldn't understand my questions. Good value for money due to location.

“Great value for money!!”
The location is perfect, close to everything we wanted in regards to restaurants and clubs. The beds were comfy and the shower was the best we had all trip. It was next to a place that did Caberet shows every night, so could be a bit loud but didn't bother me. A heads up when booking may be good for people that don't like noise when sleeping

“False advertising ”
My lesson after this booking: Always read the reviews and do not just trust the description and high ratings. All the negative reviews were unfortunately right, I've never experienced a hotel stay that left me so exhausted. Staff was friendly and the room was mostly clean (we found some random people's socks below the bed while checking during packing) I have to say I didn't mind the Cabaret, even though it was extremely loud but it does end at midnight. But not even my high quality noise cancelling headphones could win against the club behind the property playing extremely loud music until 4 - 5 AM and afterwards until 6-7 AM still extremely strong bass. I understand that this is a touristic area but this particular property is next to a nightclub. And more disappointed by the lack of sleep are we about the lack of information about the location and that they're pretending that this place offers a relaxing stay. However, if you're a party animal, enjoy the free club in your own room, no need to buy tickets for the club!

“Very loud and almost impossible to sleep”
Great location in the center of Chaweng Beach, but also directly next to all the clubs, bars and very loud music playing venues. The music didn't stop all night and I could hear the DJ yelling all night. They don't have an elevator but are 2 stories high, FYI if you have a heavy bag - they won't help you get it up the 6 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor. New building and nice comfortable rooms.

“Comfortable stay”
Pros: cleanliness, good shower, location, staff, clean pool and sunbathing area Cons: noise Out room was facing the cabaret's street and it was relatively OK to sleep after midnight. Other side of the hotel may not be that comfortable due to the noise of the clubs.

“Central location with parking!”
The staff were so friendly and helpful! They were willing to check if other quieter rooms were available for me during my stay. They also accomodated for car parking.

“Noisy but Adequate”
Fun area but loud music playing until 3 am makes it tough to sleep. An adequate hotel for a night so long as deep sleep wasn't on your itinerary.

Location is superb. Rooms are nice and clean. Bed and pillows not to my liking. The only issue with this hotel is the noise level. You can hear music playing from early evening all the way to 5am nightly from Soi green mango. The walls, doors and balcony sliding door are all paper thin

“Very very very noisy”
If you want to have no sleep for your stay then this is the place to stay. The cabaret show next door plays from 9pm to 5am and it’s sounds like abba is playing a concert in your room. We are two 25 year old girls who love to stay out and party however we have NEVER stayed anywhere this loud before where it if physically impossible to sleep.

“Loud”
Either get some sleeping tablets or have a smoke. Worked a treat after the 1st night nightmare of music blaring out till 5am. Nice rooms and bathroom apart from that
