“以外に良かった”
ソンクラン期間とあって料金はかなり割高でしたが、ロケーションは最高です。海沿いの部屋でなければ外の騒ぎも全く気になりません。スタッフサービスなどは何もないに等しいですが、シーツなども綺麗でしたし、エアコン・冷蔵庫も問題無し。ただ、1500THB以上で宿泊するホテルではないですね。

“暑いしうるさい”
まず、ボロボロそして、エアコンも無く、臭い。 とても暑く夜になると外のクラブミュージックがうるさすぎてねれない。 独特の鼻にツンとくる臭いが耐えれなかった。 3千円とは思えない。

“とても臭く、今までで最悪のホテルです”
今まで泊まったホテルの中で最悪のホテルです。 部屋がとても下水臭い、部屋が古い、部屋が不潔、店員の愛想が悪い、写真と部屋が違う、蚊が多い、最悪の思い出になりますので泊まらないほうがいいです。

“値段の割りに、良かった”
1.まず、ビーチが近いし、食事するとこも、たくさんある。夜は、ファイヤーダンスも観れたし、ディスコステージみたいなのも、あった。部屋には、シャンプーなどの日用品は無い。ただ、1人では十分だし、カップルでも、楽しめそう。島の南の先端まで、ATVで、せめた。程よい距離で、島を制覇^^;寝るだけにつかったが、ビーチで遅くまでいても、近いので、楽です。

“場所はいいが、部屋は古いものから新しいものまである”
場所とレストランが安くて美味しいDeluxe Fanは予想以上に古かったので、エアコンのある部屋にもうバーツ払って変えてもらった。部屋のタイプがいろいろあったので、もっときれいな部屋でもいい。リゾートの前がサイケオビーチでレストランがたくさんあり、とても良かった。賑やかなビーチでコムローイ（タイのバルーン）や花火などをしながら、夕食をとるなど、リラックスできた。

“ロケーションは最高です。”
動き回るのに便利他島へいくシュノーケリングもここで頼みました。 ビーチや桟橋方面へ歩くのにも大変便利な位置にあります。 部屋は古く清潔感はなかったので、次回泊まるときはランクアップした部屋にしたいと思います。

“Excellent location Good value”
The hotel was pretty good. The rooms were bigger than expected, although clearly pretty dated. The best part was the distance to the beach. You could walk from the room to the beach in under a minute. The staff was also quite friendly, apart from the receptionists who seemed very annoyed when I ask some questions.

“Great location budget room”
The rooms as bigger the I expected and only 1 minute form the beach. There was a nice outside area for sitting too. This was a Thai style room. No modern but very good value.

“Dirty and disappointing ”
I booked a deluxe fan room at this resort.Looking at the pictures on the site,the room looked and was nothing close to that! My room was right at the dirty tail end of the property and was really disgusting..while I didn’t expect 5 star luxury,I didn’t expect what I found either. The pillow cases had green mold on it,the windows looked like it was taped shut for the longest time then opened up by ripping off the tape!!it still had tape on and was dirty,dusty and you couldn’t see through it.the room itself was dirty and full of ants. I called Agoda immediately and everytime a different person would email me and I explained the story to each one and even sent photos!The resort manager came to see me saying Agoda told him I complained about the room and also said that I needed a fridge which I told Agoda i needed because my Chemo needed to be refrigerated.The hotel wanted to move me to a room in the same block with fridge for 1000bht/night extra!Agoda couldn’t resolve this for me...

“a bit disappointed”
The location was very good as it is very near to the beach and restaurants, but the room given to us was disappointing. Yes, we booked just a fan room, but it seemed like it wasn't used for a very long time since we can smell the dust and as we entered the room there were dried leaves. If we haven't paid the room in advance, we may have just chosen a different room or upgraded to an AC room. But since it was just our first time, we just needed a room to keep our things and sleep, we managed to make it work. We may still book here next time, but we will ensure a better room. :D

“Good location shame about the rest”
The only good thing about this hotel is that it's located right on Sai Kaew beach Room badly in need of renovation way overpriced Exceptionally rude reception staff on arrival told there was no electricity for 5 hours next day when asking about wi fi told internet broken this place is a complete dump.

“Good location - otherwise poor!”
Run-down building, place crowded, bad smell, bathroom with constantly wet floor and shower with very little water. Wifi only working near the reception. Stayed one night, you can live with that.

“Not really like that”
Bech good. Area goodI book here one night, hotels still build so it not nice to come here in this time. But maybe next time we will try again if everything ok because they have many buildings growing up not finish yet. Even reception not have site for customers. They have no cickhen they have no restaurant they have nothing. On room have nothing too. So just now so bad for us but leave them finished thing will be better , I hope that.

“mosquitoes, mosquitoes, mosquitoes!”
locationmosquitoes are everywhere! Garden, restaurant, lobby (do they have one?) and even in the rooms! No wifi in the rooms, we have to go near the reception. Staff are too busy doing their stuff. I read about a construction on a review a few months back, and guess what? It's still ongoing up to now! The only good thing about this place is its location as it's on beachfront and near 7-11.
