“強気すぎる”

湖畔のリゾートホテルというロケイションは評価される。 部屋でくつろぐのはいいが、サービス自体は田舎ホテルで期待しない方が良い。

“とてもリラックスしました”

一般的なタイの観光ホテル 食事は夜（別料金）も朝（込み）も良かったです。 子猫から催促されましたけど。。。。 景色をのんびり見ながら楽しめました。

ห้องใหญ่กว้างขวาง วิวดี แต่ติดตรงที่ห้องเหม็นอับ เหมือนผ้าห่มกับผ้าปูเปลี่ยนไว้นานแล้วมีกลิ่นฝุ่นกลิ่นอับ ในห้องเจอแมลงสาบตั้งสองสามตัว ควรดูแลใส่ใจความสะอาดให้มากกว่านี้ค่ะ

Good services from staff. Room lack of maintenance. Food is local standard. Noisy when it’s rain. Some ants in the room. Noisy air conditioner.

“Staff very helpful”

Khun Kay gave us the best service. Not a lot of the staff speak English but she more than made up for it. She helped us arrange transport and tours around the area and even lent one of her own slippers when we went bamboo rafting. She tried to get us bus tickets in advance and even asked her son to take us to the station. The service is truly way more than what is expected which made our stay more restful and hassle-free. Thank you so much!

“Avoid this hotel very expensive for what they provide”

Dirty bathroom Dirty air conditioning Bathroom no space to even put your own soap No bedside light Food in fridge from earlier customer No water heater to make tea or coffee Tiles in bathroom very slippery as they used tiles for wall Breakfast terrible : Nescafé and not even a fresh coffee, mayonnaise, jam, orange juice industrial, only one choice of fruit as they show two on picture, all of this you have to wait 40 minutes…… One of my worst hotel in Thailand !

Everything here was excellent when we were here for 2 days. We do enjoyed everything providing by hotel and staffs. Sure, we will come back again :)

The good thing here is location and the wooden bridge view. But the room was not clean , lots of ants(i called staff to manage tons of ants but no one show up) , thin blanket, hard mattress, no telephone in the room. I couldn’t stay one more night!

Room rate included dinner and breakfast buffets, the food is excellent too. Nice panorama view of Mon Bridge and Pagoda.

“Pretty location, ok breakfast, plenty of parking, generous staff, a few problems in the bathroom”

Pros: on the lake with a nice balcony, large room, all necessary facilities, beautiful dining hall, helpful and genenous staff and management. Cons: Somewhat damp and stuffy in the first floor room, lots of big ants especialkt in the bathroom, very uncomfortable toilet seat (wish I could attach a photo).

This resort is located right next to the river. We have been upgraded for the first two night but the last night we forced to moved into a room faraway from the main reception and restaurant, room weren’t that night and no Wifi.

Not terrible. Food good. Book the better rooms pictured. Stay here only if you cannot get into the better... more expensive places which are much closer to the wooden bridge. But for 1 or 2 nights... it is fine. Ask for softer pillows and do NOT go for hotels tour offers. Those are cheaper of you ask local vendors at the bridge.

“Beautiful view, good breakfast, rooms not clean enough”

We had a good time here because the view was beautiful, the breakfast was good. However, the rooms were not as clean as we expected, the beds were quite hard and uncomfortable. The location is good, very close to town.

“Simply awful - avoid!”

It was awful. I've been travelling a lot and I am used to more "local" accommodations as Sangkhlaburi caters more for the Thai tourists than for foreigners. However, even for Thai standards this was dreadful (as my Thai wife confirmed). Where to start... It stank, like an open sewer. Half the lights in our room weren't working. Cracked walls everywhere. Half the railing of balcony was loose (rather dangerous). Fly screen door to balcony was jammed. Hot water not working. Very dirty bathroom. Stains on sheets. Aircon did not get very cool. Breakfast....no words for it. Horrific (raw eggs, unwashed salad, tomato sauce expedite of 2013....). We had a Riverview room by the way which is suppose to be the "better" room...We cut our stay short due to this very poor accommodation. The only positive thing is probably location but there are many other much better places around. My recommendation: avoid at all cost - sleeping in your car will be more comfortable.

Speaking a little Thai helps. The hotel is a bit of a slog from the bus station especially if you are averse to motorcycle taxis but the view of lake, bridge and temples is absolutely splendid, despite current low water levels.

Average. Old classic Thai style with lots of timber. Rooms ok and currently a renovation is in progress.

Staff dont know english, they messed up rooms in the beginning and gave to us some stuff that's was not ours. Overall stay was ok, butt better for int tourist is stay is some hostels or guesthouses.

Très belle hôtel, un bon petit déjeuner et un personnel au top. Seul petit bémol, les fourmis. Mais c'est partout comme ça à Sangkhlaburi, donc no problem 👌

Endroit thai.... aller manger pour le bien de l'orphelinat. Visite du peuple karem et Mon à faire. Pont mythique en bois le plus long de Thaïlande.

Cet hotel pourrait etre tres acceuillant vu sa situation, malheureusement mal entretenu et a la limite "sale". La resturation "locale" limite, et lente. Personnel gentil mais "mou"

ไม่ประทับใจ ทั้งห้อง และ อาหาร เคยมาพักที่นี่แล้วเมื่อหลายปีก่อน แต่มาครั้งนี้ สิ่งที่ได้รับ แย่กว่าครั้งก่อนพอสมควร ห้องที่ได้ เหมือนห้องใต้หลังคา วิวหน้าต่างที่จะมองไปทางสะพานมอญ ดันมี จานดาวเทียมอันใหญ่มาบัง ภายในห้อง ไม่มีไดร์เป่าผม ไม่มีกาน้ำร้อน ไม่มีมินิบาร์ อาหารเช้า น้อยลงกว่าครั้งก่อนมาก แม้กระทั้งซอสมะเขือเทศยังต้องตามจากพนักงาน ซอสแม๊กกี้ ที่ควรมีวางไว้ประจำโต๊ะ กลับมีบริการแค่จุดเดียว และมีเเค่ 1 ขวด
