“Nice clean Thai Lanna Style bungalows, very quiet though very centrally locate”
The standard rooms are a but small and can only reached by stairs. But the Thai Lanna style bugalows are very spacious and comfortable. Therefore the higher price is worthwhile paying more over the price for the standard rooms. The oval pool isn't very big, but sufficient in size. The few sun beds are worn off, especially the matraces laying on them. They are far too thin and I wouldn't want to sit on them without a beach towel. They should be replaced. No restaurant at this hotel and thus no breakfast too. But this isn't a problem at this hotel as there are many restaurants around within less than 5 minutes walk, some even as close as 2 minutes. There is a Macro Supermarket about 200m away where one can buy snacks and drinks for a lazy afternoon at the pool.

“Super happy”
Midnight swimming need I say more, although they do turn off the lights after 22h or something which they didn't used to do. Nice clean rooms and cold ac.

Love this place, cheap, clean, amazing pool, nice comfy bed and blankets, has a store just down from the driveway or a little supermarket a little further.. ten min walk straight down the rd to the beach.. always will come back here!

“Favourite stop off on the way to Bangkok”
We have been stopping off at Srisawat Resort on our way from Phuket to Bangkok on a regular basis for the past two and a half years. It is great value, the staff are great, it is clean and has everything we require. It is a short walk to the each and a multitude of shops, Bars and restaurants are also nearby. I highly recommend Srisawat Resort.

“Room is clean, but not that near to beach”
I stayed for 2nights at the resort. Room was clean and neat. Very good for the value that i paid. Got tv but no english channel. The swimming pool is very nice. The water was warm. There was no microwave or toaster to heat up foods. The location is a bit far from convenience store and beach. There is one muslim restaurant very near to the resort which was good.

Reception staff were underwhelming. From their disinterested attitude you would have thought that they hated their job. Maybe they were just having a bad day but they could not have been less welcoming on arrival and departure.

“Hotel with great pool and garden area.”
Basic, small rooms. Very hard to move around with 2 people and gear. The room is nothing special but it does have a refrigerator, unfortunately it turns off when you take your key out ( don't leave your ice cream in it.) Your really only paying for the nice pool, even still I'd only stay if the rooms are on special, which they seem to be during the week. Wifi in the rooms is pretty spoty, can be very frustrating.

“hidden get-away”
welcoming gardens and charming all-wooden panels room give some charm and character; it is a short walk to the beach along a busy street, nevertheless worthwile to adventure out. well-kept and quite resort once you pass a little soi to get there.

Our room was in the hotel part. The room was large, but the bathroom had an odor. The pool area was nice and the bungalows looked nice. We were a 10 minute walk from the beach, and restaurants. Staff not very helpful.

“Nice Place With Good Deal ”
Near to Cha Am beach, walking distance to Cha Am railway station, good cafes nearby. Around 30mins drive from Hua Hin Airport. Overall nice stay.

“Nice little oasis in Cha_am”
Beautiful pool and garden area. Budget rooms are very small, but clean and it has a comfy bed. We booked on a good deal, I don't think I'd pay full price just for the pool.

“Petit resort parfait au calme très propre et bien situé près de la plage. ”
Excellent value for money. Lovely little resort quiet and with pool surrounded by wooden bungalows. Extremely clean with very nice staff. Only 5 mn walk to the beach and centre with all facilities. Bike or motorcycle rental are easy to arrange to fully enjoy Cha Am and surroundings. It is all flat so bike is fine...would recommend the place to anyone

“Very relaxing spot”
Booked a bungalow here for 5 nights. Very very nice accomodations. Great swimming pool, and is very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Did not have breakfast here, as there is plenty of other food places nearby. It is very close to the main beach at the end of Narathip Road. Within walking distance of where the bus lets you off from BKK airport, too. Quiet accomodation. I would easily stay here again. They rent scooters, if desired. A/C is good, wifi was not so good in chalets, but good outside by pool. The one thing I wish they had is coffee-makers in the rooms. However, there is coffee and hot water available in the lobby. No english speaking TV stations, as far as I could tell. Was not here to watch TV...

“the resort should not charged a 10years old girl for 100baht for a night. ”
swimming pool is not clean, room lighting is a bit dim. whit the price i paid i can get a bigger room include breakfast. the resort should not charge a 10 year old girl for 100baht a night.

The staff cant speaks english. The location is far away 1km by walked. You have to rent car or bicycle to got there.

Very nice pool.....difficult to find the place as GPS was off by a distance.....it is up a small one car lane......as you head towards the sea look for smaller sign on your right.

Easy to walk yo eithrr the night markets or beach. Many freat food stalls close by. Swimking pool excellent. Far enough of the main road to have a peaceful sleep! Would definitely return again :)

this resort is now just satisfactory, Once was brilliant for the money. However the accommodation seems to be frequented by building site workers now. Does not have a holiday resort feel anymore.

Very relaxing resort. The pool is clean and nice. The resort is nicely decorated and situated on a great location! The maids are super friendly here!

We always stay here when we are in Cha Am. It has everything we need. Secure parking, brilliant staff attitude. Very Clean. pool is lovely. Easy walking to Beach and local amenities. This is a very good all round resort. It is rated as 3 stars but it equals all the 4 and 5 stars i have stayed in around Cha am.

many issues to list little out the town many dogs around at night which do hound you cant safely walk from hotel. pool is the best feature. watch out first house keeping !!!

“Nice pool area”
The pool area is very nice and the rooms are clean. The staff doesn't speak any English which makes it difficult. There are also not many restaurants around for dinner and the hotel doesn't offer any food so that made it a bit tricky. But this might just be Cha-am in general...

“A nice and clean place ”
Pros : clean large room, swimming pool, parking lot Cons : the place is not close to the beach need to walk a distance. only a tiny soap bar for hand wash, cotton buds, shower cap provided in the toilet. Better prepare your own toiletries. Didn't pay for the breakfast, can't tell how's it like.

This is not Hua hin! I booked it wrong. It is full of local Thai people. But really nice how different they make their holiday on the beach. Some speak English, but don't expect to much. The hotel was one of the best and totally clean.

The resort is outside the village.You have your own bungalow with private parking. No fridge!!! Wifi only at the office building. The houses are spread over a wide area, so you better have enough data allowance on your SIM card. In more busy times it stages karaoke singing events which might disturb your beauty sleep if this is not your style. Bathroom could be much cleaner and cheap materials were used which rust already due to the salt in the air. Was ok for one night, but will not book it again.
