“Electricity”
The night I slept, electric was cut off at 4:30am while I had to do urgent things in the early morning. Anyway, staff are nice, friendly and responsive 💕. Only the utility has some probably.

“Rude staff and misrepresenting”
We were given a room that has bad oder or smell, causing headache, and when asked for a change to new but same room setup, the staff was rude and said that they can change and require to stay in the same room without changing the room for us. The staff informed us the hotel was full and cannot change the room. We did our own investigation and found that the hotel still has a lot rooms of the same type as the one we reserved. We confronted and she agreed to change the room for us to the same type that we reserve but want more money. Out of necessity, we decided to pay. But then, we were not given receipt for the additional amount of 1,000 baht we paid. We contacted Agoda and Agoda decided to reimburse for the additional 1,000 baht that was asked of us.

“Modern hotel & nice facilities”
This hotel is quite new and is located a bit out of the center of Chiang Mai. Easy to get around if you have a car. Perfect for business trip as the hotel is modern and facilities are great. the mattress and linens used in the room are top quality.

The quality of the bed mattress and linens is top notch as well as the overall experience of the room and service. it's better that you should have your own car to move around the city as this is not right in the middle of the old quarter.

“Very nice and clean.”
Love the design of rooms and how clean it is. One significant downside is the sound proof of this hotel. Noise from both the street and other rooms' drain plumbing and toilet flushing are very disturbing.

“Comfortable Bed, Great location to CMU”
I could not have selected a better hotel near Chang Mai University. My stay here has been nothing less than that of a 5 star hotel. I was very comfortable and relaxed while staying here. No swimming pool but everything else is top notch hospitality. Thank You

“A smart boutique hotel with great staff”
We stayed a few days and were pleasently surprised by the Salee Boutique Hotel. The staff was great, genuinely pleasant and happy to help. They sorted out a location scooter with a decent shop in minutes, no hassle. The room was stylish and neat. Very clean, the bar downstairs is nice enough for a couple of drinks. The only thing that could need improvement is the breakfast portion size it's fine for kids and light eaters but if you like a more filling breakfast there is a French Bakery near by. Still 10/10 overall considering the price and quality of the service.

“A newly built hotel ”
The hotel is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Good value for money. Although next to the highway but peaceful at night. The location is quite far from Nimman so you can’t really stroll along little alleys. Best to come with a car.

특별히 인상적인 것은 없고 침대가 편하고 침구가 깔끔해서 1박 후 1박 더 예약했습니다. 근데 사실 위치가 사알짝 애매해요. 딱 마야몰, 원님만 정도 도보 15분정도 거리인데 덥고 습한 동남아 날씨에는 이것도 만만치 않더라고요. 치앙마이 대학교 도이수텝 가실 예정이면 편한 위치이긴 하고요. 그리고 큰 도로 옆이라 창문이 있어도 도로뷰입니다. 소음이 심하거나 하지는 않았어요. 욕실도 딱히 불만은 없었는데, 샤워실 손잡이 부식이 심해서... 관리가 되는건가? 싶었습니다.
