“リラックスできました”
お部屋はとてもきれいです。プールが屋内なので、日焼けが気にならず、雨でも使えるのでよかったです。立地はとても便利ですが、少し外の騒音が気になりました。スタッフは対応がよく、とてもフレンドリーで素晴らしいです。

良い部屋にしたので快適に過ごせました。2泊以上していたらキッチンや洗濯機も使えてもっと部屋を有効に使えたかも知れません。空港からのタクシーでは近いにもかかわらず、市外扱いになり200バーツを要求されます(市内一律150バーツのエリアを辛うじて外れるため) 朝食会場の雰囲気も良かったです。ただ品数は少し物足りない？気がしました。 朝食よりも現地の食を楽しんだ方が良いのでその方が良いかも。

“A huge tree is blocking the view from the mountain view room”
I booked the "Deluxe Mountain View" room expecting that there would be a nice view from the balcony. However, it was such a dissapointment due to a huge tree just in front of the room blocking the view of Doi Suthep. I was only able to see the left and right corners of the mountain. Before staying at Eastin Tan, we stayed at U Nimman just cross the street from it. Although U Nimman does not have mountain view rooms, the five star hotel's overall service and facilities were very satisfactory and exceeded my expectations. Since I paid more for the Eastin Tan's delux mountain view room than the U Nimman's delux room, the mountain view room was really dissapointment for me.

“ホテルの社長さんがおもしろい？”
日本が大好きな社長さんが経営する２つめのホテルだそうです。ホテルの前の交差点側にショッピングモールも誘致したようで、チェンマイの人に日本の気分を味わってもらおうと、その中に渋谷とそっくりな忠犬ハチ公像、地下鉄の入口、ちび丸子ちゃんが座っているベンチなどがありました。モールのお店は店の名前や宣伝、看板が、日本語で表示されています。変な日本語もあり、「SNS映え」でも楽しめます。 交差点の向こうには、同じ経営の５つ星のホテル、ユーニマーンチェンマイがありますが、イースティン・タンの方が新しく、なぜか静かに感じます。 交差点の反対側には、大きく近代的なMAYAショッピングセンターがあり、食事もショッピングもでき、食品のスーパーも入っていて、土産も買えてとても便利です。 ショッピングモールの先には、数件のマッサージ店もあり、この１ブロックだけで殆どすべての欲求が満たされて、とても便利でした。 コムローイ祭の参加が、私の旅のいちばんの目的でしたが、MAYAショッピングセンター前が、祭へ行くツアーの集合・解散の場所でしたので、これもとても便利でした。ホテルの部屋も素晴らしく、いろいろな意味で５つ星のホテルでした。

“冷蔵庫が小さい、全然冷えない”
Superiorルームに宿泊しました。 備え付けの冷蔵庫、容量が小さい（3辺すべて50cm未満）のに販売品がぎゅうぎゅうに入っており、持ち込んだ物を入れる隙間がほぼない状態です。 また温度調整機能がないだけでなく、冷えがとても弱くて飲み物を冷やすことすら困難でした。 それなりの価格帯のホテルなだけに、こういった細かいところも改善して、過ごしやすいようにしていただきたいと感じました。

“立地が素晴らしい”
立地は素晴らしく、徒歩圏内だけで何でもあります。新しい区画のようなので、チェンマイの中でも綺麗でオシャレな街並みと店舗が多々あります。家族連れやタイ旅行に慣れていない人には過ごしやすいと思います。トゥクトゥクやタクシーだと、ナイトマーケットや有名なお寺へは毎回150バーツでした(交渉後)。まぁ、許容範囲です。 もちろん、ホテル施設やサービスも満足です。

“MAYA、One Nommanのそば、朝食充実”
立地が良く、朝食が充実している。６時30分からの朝食は、タイ料理も洋食もとても種類が豊富で美味しかった。特に日替わりのスムージーとサラダが良かった。部屋は、洗浄機付き便座で日本人にやさしい。年数が経っているので設備の新しさはないが、ベランダもありゆとりあるスペースです。配車アプリのBoltはbusyと表示され捕まりにくいので注意が必要です。

連泊中4日時点の感想です。 立地で選びましたが、山側の眺めの良さ、バスタブのお湯の給排水のスムーズさは予想外の素晴らしさ！ ツインのリクエストでしたが、エクストラで毛布を用意してくれたので、キングサイズのベッドで安眠できています。 朝食ビュッフェも毎日少しずつ変化があります。 何より毎朝、鳥の囀りで目覚めるのが素敵でした。 空港が近いので離着陸の音には驚き

“23時まで続く騒音（Too noisy from outside music bar)”
ホテル自体は全く問題ないのに、、（特にスタッフのホスピタリティー、清潔さ、そして朝食の種類の多さとおいしさは本当に素晴らしい） 外のミュージックバーからの公害レベルの騒音が23時まで続き、かなりストレス。23時以前には眠ることができない。ホテルはミュージックバーに苦情を言わないのだろうか？ 残念だけど、騒音のせいでまったくおすすめできないホテル。

“赤ちゃん連れに最高なホテル”
1歳の息子同伴でのチェンマイ旅行。妻は買い物目的のためニマンヘミンでホテルを調査。ホテルはサービスアパートのようでキッチン・電子レンジ・食器など完備されており離乳食なども準備しやすかった。また空港からも近く、ニマンヘミン中心地にも位置しており、ショッピングモールMAYAの正面という好立地。MAYA内のスーパーには離乳食や赤ちゃん用お菓子も売っており、我々には最高のホテルだった。

“バスタブがあり、2階にはサウナも‼︎”
各部屋にはバスタブがあるので、日頃の疲れをゆっくり癒すことができました。2階にはプールとサウナがあり、自由に使うことができます。季節的に寒かったせいか、ほぼ貸し切り状態で、朝晩利用できました。よる、向かいのお店の音楽が気になりましたが、バスタブとサウナのおかげでよく眠れました。

“親切に対応してもらいました！”
急遽予定が変更となり、妻と小さい子供だけの旅行となって色々と不安がありましたが、宿泊前からこちらの質問やリクエストに対して迅速且つ丁寧に対応してもらった。また、かなり広めの部屋にアップグレードして貰い、妻と子供達は滞在期間中、楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。

“頑張ってる感がでてますね！”
コロナの影響もあり非常にお手頃な値段で宿泊ができました、スタッフのモチベーションも高く、常に好感がもてます。 目の前がMAYAであり買い物も楽でした。ただ、隣のショッピングモールがさびれてしまい、、早く観光客に戻ってきてほしいねですね。

“スタッフさんがとても親切です”
良いところ。なにをするにも困らないです。スタッフがとても親切でフレンドリー。2bedroomのことしか知らないですが、部屋に洗濯機がある。ナイフはないですが、鍋とフライパンがあるので簡単に炒め物とかできます。お風呂が広〜い！日本のお風呂みたいな作りで、床の水とか気にせずに桶でお湯をかけれます。微妙なとこは、擦りガラス調のトイレ。結構見えちゃいます。渋滞がひどい。

“素晴らしい山の景色が見える最高の立地 - ショッピング好きには完璧な滞在！”
立地は最高です！ホテルのすぐ下にはThink Parkがあり、向かいにはOne NimmanとMaya Mallがあります。非常に便利で、ショッピングバッグを簡単に置いたり、探索の合間にちょっと休憩したりできます。脱出ゲームやショッピングに興味がある方には、この場所は全てを提供しています。 ホテルは壮大で美しく、明るく清潔な部屋があります。チェンマイの山に面した部屋を選ぶことをお勧めします。小さなバルコニーからの景色は本当に落ち着きますし、通りの景色や時折飛ぶ飛行機も見ることができます。 価格は高めですが、5つ星ホテルの体験には絶対に値します。観光客には100％おすすめの滞在で、間違いなく素晴らしい価値があります！
