We’ve stayed in many BnB’s and hotels in Chiang Mai but I’d say this was one of the best we’ve stayed in. Quiet and perfect location. Walked everywhere and food was available day and night. Highly recommended.

“Super cute place around the corner from food market”
Our stay was lovely, it's a cute quiet place right around the corner from so many things, including a food market in the evening which was so convenient, and a nice outdoor common area. The room was very clean and air con was great.

Fav hotel in Chiang Mai, this was my second booking. Was in the noisiest room facing the street. The music from the nearby bar stopped around 11:30pm. Quiet otherwise. Try to get interior room not facing street. Lovely owner, cheap laundry facility, cold AC, hot shower, fridge, and extra touches like toothbrush, Q tips, soap, shampoo and slippers provided. Shared balcony and friendly cats with garden setting. Off main road, but street food and market right around the corner. Unbeatable for the price.

“Bang for the buck”
This is a great inexpensive hotel option in the heart of the old city, close to all major attractions in Chiang Mai. Owners are friendly, room is clean, hot shower, strong AC, refrigerator, kettle, outside sitting area, a washer & dryer on property, and the building is cement, so quite soundproof. I have no complaints and would stay again.

“Comfortable and clean”
I stayed 5 nights here. They changed the bed sheets, linen, towels and provided bottles of drinking water everyday. The beds and pillows are clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient. Just step out and all the eateries, shops and night markets or bazaars are within walking distance . The only downside is it could be a bit noisy at night due to nearby pubs where we could hear music and people singing.

“Pleased with my stay. Appeciate the owner's effort to put us at a quiet room. ”
I was hesitant about the place as there were some reviews of the noise from nearby bars. The owner have me a room at the ground floor facing inside considering my request. The room even provided toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap hair dryer, kettle and fridge. It actually had everything including coffee and biscuits. A good place to stay when we had to get food before our flight at 9am. Food at the market was open. To the owner you might want to check on the AC as it made a buzzing washing machine sound , would have kept me awake if not for my ear plugs.

“Very accommodating owner”
The owner/staff accommodated us despite not being able to check-in in the afternoon. Because we went straight to the festival, we were only able to check-in at 10pm. Owner was very apologetic that he won’t be able to welcome us and provided clear instructions on how we can access the room. The property was very accessible. It is walking distance from the sunday night market and a lot of temples. There is also a nearby 7eleven, lots of coffee shops and food places.

Lofted tall ceilings room with 2 large beds. Wifi did stop working for about an hour. Not a huge deal. There's also no 24 hour staff, which also not a big deal. Good location next to cafes, bars, near the entrance to old city

“Great location and big rooms”
We throughly enjoyed our stay here. It had nice big rooms with great views as we were on the 3rd floor. They also had a nice patio/common area where you’re accompanied by 4 lovely cats. They also had coin operated washing machine and dryers too. The location also is great as it’s near the southern gate where there’s always a night food market every night. Highly recommend!

“Lovely hotel in great location ”
The hotel is super close to the Saturday walking street market and everything needed was in walking distance, I definitely recommend this hotel. They even upgraded us to a bigger room for free!

I stayed there 3 nights (not continuity) and yes I recommend this place. Definitively good quality price. It is on the lower border of Chiang mai square so part of the center still. About 20 min walk from the night bazar (which is outside of the square). The rooms are simple but very cleans (does have fridge) and the owner and worker are very helpful and sweet. And in bonus you will see several very cute and nice cats who are well taken care off :)

The owner is very hospitable. After I feedback that room was noisy cos I got the one nearest to.the road, he allowed me to change room on 3rd day. Onsite washing machine and dryer is also very useful

“Good for the price!”
Overall, it was a good place to stay for the price. The TV never worked and the WiFi was pretty much down the entire time. Otherwise, the beds and pillows were decently comfy compared to other places in SE Asia!

“The cutest room”
I loved the extra touches in this room like the little reading nook and the desk, they were perfect for me to chill and work. The room was very clean and bright. My only complaint was that the air conditioning didn't work very well. But they also provided bananas and little snacks, and the location was very walkable! I wish I could've stayed longer here.

Great value, location, friendly helpful staff. Small courtyard to hang out, rooms were clean and spacious. Has laundry facilities. Would definitely stay again. We travelled with our two young kids 5 and 8, kids loved the upstairs loft bed.

“Nice quaint homestay hotel”
What a gem! My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in the quad room. It is located away from the main entrance/back of the lodging. Rooms are large, with a small private garden. The place is very clean, with good staff and help on site to assist. They lock up after 10pm, and you will only be able to access via an access card, so security is good too. Some rooms seems to face the main road, and opposite bars. Do check with establishments if this would be a concern. They do have 2 on site cats while we were there and they were very adorable too. Washing machine and dryer on site for the emergency laundry. Would recommend for no frills, homely base while in Chiang Mai

“Great Value and Great Staff”
This property was just opening when I stayed. They were still working out a few technical issues. Even with that, I was delighted to stay there. The rooms were very large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was outstanding.
