I would have easily washed it myself if I new it was a problem, and they didn't even let me keep the sheets. Breakfast was a buffet, not the best but okay. just watch out for their deposit scam. until checkout I would have been a regular customer, but because they effectively stole from me, I will never stay there again

Rooms and buildings in need of maintenance. Gardens and pool still kept nice. Now have a few plastic sun loungers poolside but families of day-visitors usually grab these and bring lots of food and noise. Otherwise peaceful. Different restaurant staff since our last visit. Some of these were young and in the quiet times during breakfast they would sit down playing on their phones -- same as most of the customers. That said, service didn't suffer but it looks bad as well as TV soap operas played far too loud.

Stayed here 3 times and already booked again for next year. Rooms comfortable and clean. Staff are very good especially the restaurant manageress. swimming pool big and clean. Last time I complained about the deck chairs but this time I saw them repaired. Still could be replaced with plastic ones. Breakfast great if you like Thai food. If not, fried eggs on toast or fried rice. On our last morning they served a potato/carrot/onion/chicken soup which was great. Good value if your dates are flexible to book a quiet period.

Located near the Buriram F.C. complex and racing circuit so expect noise from both if there are events at either venue. A variety of rooms available at the resort and hotel. The grounds are extensive measuring almost a half kilometre from the entrance to the far boundary. Swimming pools are excellent and well maintained. That said, the resort side wooden pool furniture needs maintenance or replacement. The cleaners work hard to keep the rooms and outside areas clean. Breakfast is mainly a large variety of Thai food which suited us although westerners can have the usual toast and eggs/jam if they cannot eat Thai food. The staff here are excellent keeping all areas clean and tidy. Prices fluctuate depending on events at the racing circuit. Overall we were impressed by the resort and will definitely return.

“Beautiful clean new hotel with excellent facilities”
The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful. We had car issues and were stranded about 1km away when arriving and the hotel sent scooters and a van to pick us up and all our gear. They then took us back the next day to recover our car. I have inadvertently booked the wrong month and we arrived during Songkran. The hotel was "fully booked" but they still managed to find us a room. I cant recommend this hotel highly enough, it was excellent

The place is very close to Chang Arena. But Google Maps gave us the wrong directions also because their sign was in Thai but the place is great. Clean white sheets. Big bathroom with a tub. I was charged 780 something by Agoda. But I didn't check if it charged my card. Upon arriving they asked me to pay their usual price of 644baht. A few minutes while we were already in our room, they came back and returned the money I just paid them. Honest workers. Not very good in English but great service. Breakfast is okay...and served beside the swimming pool.
