“A solid choice for a budget hotel”

The hotel is on the major road. It is clean and comfortable. We liked our room. Very quiet. Very few guests, though.

“Unsure why it is still operational”

It may have been a good hotel back then but it's way past it's glory days, outdated and low staff count account for a poorly maintained property, swimming pool was under maintenance for an extended period, the keycard is only for the in room electricity and the door in the lobby, you still have to use a extra key to enter the room, room was full of ants & the water flow was bare minimum. Staff are very friendly still, but not enough to get me back again.

“Great rooms for the price”

Pool was closed, which was disappointing (could be stated online). But the rooms it must be said are way over the standard expected of this price range. Location ok maybe 2 km from the central crossroads of NR.

“A decent budget hotel ”

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time the bed was okay, but the second time they put me in a room with a very hard bed. We hardly slept and I was very sleepy driving back home. Check bed before accepting room. If this happens again, I will look for a different hotel.

Advertised as pool and with breakfast but it has neither. Room clean and decent but false advertising with amenities that are currently available

“Weak wifi”

Spoilt what would otherwise have been a good stay, bad internet connection is not accessible in 2023. And not cheap for the price I expected better. Staff as always were superb.

The staffs were very friendly. The location is good in Nangrong . The hotel facilities were not bad but the hotel atmosphere is not quite new. The cost per night normally is acceptable but will be higher during the event season.

“Akelada nice stay”

The Akelada hotel is a comfortable, modern hotel with good car parking, situated on the R24 and on the edge of a large village The staff is friendly and efficient with good English. The basic breakfast was good. The large modern room was clean with a clean modern bathroom. The shower, airco, lighting, frig, flat tv all operated well. There is good cupboard space, extra tables and chairs The wifi was good. The hotel is good value and recommended for all travellers.

The rooms are clean with facilities that you need. I think it was due to Covid-19 that they are saving cost with you having to inform the reception if you need your room cleaned each day. We didn’t try breakfast here but as we asked, you need to book and choose your breakfast type in advance. Will try next time. The staff are really nice, helpful, and full of knowledge. We got to visit Clean Farm by their recommendation and we enjoyed it very much. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

“Avoid this place”

This hotel is really poor! The wifi is bad, the bed is hard and uncomfortable, the shower has a rain shower! so nice you think till you use it and it works out there is only coming cold water out of it, only the basic "Thai" shower head has hot water, the provided soap you don't wanna use... The staff was a joke, specially the manager was really annoying, his staff slightly better... the breakfast was not worth taking. The room had hair on the floor from previous guests, the tv did not work , at least not the remote but I did not mind about that. Overall: avoid this place!

“Best and most friendly management”

Everyone from the owners to the people who work here are wonderful and welcoming. Most importantly they have an organic farm behind the hotel and the food is fresh and delicious

The bed is way too hard, it's like sleeping on the floor with a towel on top. The hotel needs to change the mattress or at least provide a down blanket in each room. The location is good, easy to get coffee and food with a few minutes drive. The staff is polite, especially the night guard.

OK to stay just look like staying in an apartmet, everything is standard. Mattress is so hard. Water from the shower is not strong enough. Air-con is cool enough no noisy. Breakfast is not good enough but make you full. You can have clean veggies in here.

After 60yrs travelling the World , this was without a doubt my worst experience. The failings are to numerous to list. A deluxe room was a joke , none of the amenities listed were present. The so called swimming pool was dirty , Even to having to make your own instant coffee for breakfast . Agoda you have a lot to answer for !!!

good hotel along the 24 highway. packed with bikers visiting buriram when we stayed. very accomadating. would go again and recomend

“Lack of Service Mind”

In the lobby restaurant at dinner time, it took two hours for them to serve us the first dish after having taken our order, although the clients were only two of us. In our room, there was no matress but a thin blanket on top of the hard bed platform so could hardly sleep. I think there are many other choices in town if you want to relax after a long driving.

We chose this hotel for it's modern, clean appearance and were not disappointed. Check in completed with a 200 baht deposit, showed to our room in the hotel block immediately behind reception and dining room. Lift to 2nd floor, impeccably clean. Our room, booked a Superior Double, but were shown into a twin bedded room. Staff offered to push beds together, but decided against that as I had visions of falling between! Shower room lovely, good shower, although rain head could do with being raised by a few inches, falang size! At breakfast the following morning, we realised that hotel was very quiet, maybe only 10 guests. We were offered choice of 4 cooked breakfasts, along with choice of the buffet. Not bad! Being so quiet, the hotel missed a trick in not upgrading us to the empty double bed rooms opposite. The hotel provides complementary bottled water, but there are no tea/coffee facilities, disappointing but I knew this when booking. Very quiet position, no road noise at all.

I had booked a room and BF with agoda. The room had NO seating and the mattress seemed to be made of concrete. I hurt all over after a very uncomfortable night. I asked myself if this room was a "special" room for a short dtaylike an hour or two? The breakfast was Ok. The staff was courteous. Thank you

A tip - if you want a softer mattress, pick the twin rooms over the queen size. I felt both and the queen size was rock hard but the twin beds were much more comfortable. Breakfast could be better. They have 'hot' food in a Bain Marie but it's not turned on.

The hotel has great amenities and courteous staff, very clean , has good fitness facility , but work needs to be carried out on equipment. Overall good hotel for this area.

As mentioned previously the beds are hard and the food at breakfast that was supposed to be hot was not - is there anything worse than a cold under cooked fried egg? The rest of the hotel was fine and we were particularly pleased with the modern, Junior Suite we booked. Staff very helpful and obliging.

“Cheap No-Frills Hotel”

Heater was not working well, its always hot and cold. There is not boiler for hot water as we need it for our toddler travelling with us.

Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. No electric kettle in the room to make coffee. Balcony area locked so can't hang anything to dry outside. Breakfast was OK.

It was fine. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel clean and comfortable and easy to find. However the hotel name could be signed in English as well as Thai.Although right next to route 24 a foreign traveller would not know it was there because sign for hotel is not in English. Bedroom clean and food good in restaurant during the day but the breakfast was ordinary. I do hate processed ham and sausages - they look and taste like plastic. Detestable.

“POOR ALLOCATION OF HOTEL LOCATION”

I have no idea what this hotel is like. hen I booked it I believed that it was in Buriram. I was later told tghat it was a two hour bus trip from Buriram.

“Good Rooms BUT....”

The rooms are good... but it's not with $50 per night. The breakfast is all cold, cold eggs, cold sausages, cold ham and they not even serve new brewed coffee. They had powder coffee!... All TV channels are in Thai? I mean for $50 in Nang Rong you should get more... For $40 in Bangkok you get a stunning hotel... No better breakfast and real coffee would be to prefer.

“Akelada Magic”

I had booked Executive suite and Junior Suite, and both are large with clean bathrooms. I was called away for business on first night but my travel companions that stayed on were impressed with the service and room quality. The Venue is approx 50kms out of Buriram in Nan Rong. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and plenty of petrol stations to fill car. I didnt stay long enough to warrant any more critique, but would stay again when I am up that way.
