Everything was ok and the lady at the reception was fairly professional, unfortunately some people were very loud at night and even if it’s not directly the fault of the hotel, I would wish someone would have gone to say something because these people were obviously drunk. The bed and the room is just Ok, the bed could be a bit softer.

A good budget hotel close to Khaosan road and other major spots. They gave me an early check in. Hotel is very clean and spacious room. Definitely recommended.

Located near Sao Chingcha (the giant swing) in the heart of Bangkok old town, this hotel offered no-frill stay at a good price. Bathroom cleanliness was satisfactory and staffs were friendly and helpful.

It was the cleanliness.. the building had a bit of a haunted feel. Which was fine.. but it didn't feel very nice in terms of cleanliness

I stayed one night to this hotel for convenience since I had a sport event around there. I was able to check-in late like 8pm, park my car in the facility, and get a good sleep (not noisy environment). Very fair.

I returned to bangkok first time since studying and I found the location a bit far out, but if you do not mind waiting on the mrt, it is only 15 mins away. Overall though I enjoyed my stay 😁

“Good Place To Stay”

It is a nice place to stay if you want a cheap place to stay for a short time. Do not expect too many facilities. I booked a single room with a single bed. There is a shared bathroom. The staff are nice and friendly.

I had to change my room into single room with balcony. The room was nice and the staffs are very friendly. The location is good, there’s a near 7/11 and some temples too. I would definitely recommend this place.

“Super clean hotel, very convenient location, quiet to sleep ”

The hotel is not much fancy but meet what you need to stay vacation, walking distance to all the most attractive tourists places of Bangkok or very easy to take bus going around. The hotel is just 2start but location is 5 start, it’s recommended for those who has limited budget

“Great staff. Stinky room”

Smell of hydrogen sulfide every time returning to room, even though we left window open. Wasn't aware of any facilities there but didn’t look because location was good for walk to Songkran festival on Kao San road. No elevator but luckily i got 2nd floor and not 4th. Again, the staff could not have been more pleasant. Oh yeah, hard ass mattress.

I like it very affordable. The places is surrounded by malls, small food shops, a walk to 7 11; near bts and arl link stations just a short ride. I will book avain next time.

Easy taxi ride from the airport, about 3-400 baht. Very large room. Older hotel but comfortable and clean. Helpful staff. Good location.

A 15 mins walk from the mrt station and 15 mins to Khaosan Road. It's basic but good enough. They gave me a quiet room so I can't complain. The staff were nice but it's not the cleanest place and constant door slamming.

Horrible place, the room is not well taken care of. The front desk lady does not speak English. I had to leave after checking in. They charged me for one night though.

Loved the courtyard, loved the dog, brownie! The massage place in the courtyard was great too! In terms of the room, it was a little run down and the bed was hard, but we barely spent time in there. We got free water and coffee everyday.

“Traditional Hotel in a perfect old town location”

It's an older Thai style hotel but with AC rooms. Location couldn't be more central in the old town, right next to city hall. Khao San Road, Grand Palace, Golden Mount, Chinatown etc. are all in walking range. It is a 10 minute walk to MRT Sam Yan or the klong boat stop at Panfa Bridge.

If you can get this property from 700 to 900 ( during peak season)then it is worth it, or else i think there are better properties. Everything just worked at the hotel but nothing worked well. For eg, the AC works but you cant control anything apart from temp. They don’t have an elevator, the rooms are big but very plain, the bed was not very comfortable. So yeah, if you are in bangkok and you just need a place to sleep and keep ur luggage, this hotel does that well .

“Need to replace bedding, then would stay again”

I stayed here twice 10 years ago; when it popped up on suggestions I figured I'd try it again. The place is largely as I remembered and I think they might actually have the same pillows, which could definitely use replacement. The whole bed was not very comfortable to sleep in, with pillows quite gross underneath very thin pillowcases that don't completely cover them and blanket itchy. The structure itself is well built and the rooms are spacious with good sized balconies too.
