“The facilities not good”
It is like a trap that when I entered to the 1st room, it is not good then moved to another room, the old problem was resolved but another comes. I had to exit to equip my convenience, but they did not refund for money paid back

“Would not book this broken hotel.”
Shower door was broke, the sink faucet was about to come a loose. The desk chair in was very weak. Was unable to turn off AC unless you pull the key card which within off the electric.

“The room is spacious”
It is near Suvarnabhumi Airport. Good for a short stay. I got the ground floor. The room is spacious and is a good hotel to work if you’re traveling during weekdays. Although if you’re checking in late or after 6pm there might not be a receptionist. You have to call the phone number they mentioned at the counter which take a while. They should have mentioned or notify the guests in advance though.

we have been there a few times, 1st time it was good. but last time been 4 days room on 4th under the pool, in the morning when the filters go on the pool a lot of noise, the room was not in order no small towels no soap available, sink tap was loose, half shower door was gone. day after the room was not changed so no bath towels, after complaint with reception, they did provide new manuals the day after, but no soap yet, after complaint they brought it. but that's not how it should be. upstairs terrace had not been cleaned for a long time, so with dirtier feet in the pool. I did see that they were renovating the room downstairs, so hopefully it will be okay again

“Good value for money”
Paid a very good price, room lived up to basic expectations. Close to trains etc. clean room, big fridge freezer, it was a great stay for the money, would stay again and recommend

“wouldn't come back”
Generally, the hotel is in a good area of Bangkok, close enough to rail links and shopping malls, however, it is located up a long dark alley with a noisy road system less than 50 meters from your balcony. the reception services at this hotel were very poor, no information about the hotel or the surrounding area was available we received more information from a departing guest, and there was nobody manning reception for long periods. the room wasn't cleaned for 3 days had to ask for clean towels and replacement toilet rolls. to have your room cleaned you need to leave your only key with reception, again there was no information on this, and we only found out from another guest. the internet in the room was poor with only one channel in English which was only available via dual language setting on the tv. our bathroom had a dead cockroach in it on arrival and the shower screen was missing two doors with the tap on the basin loose. On the plus side the room was big and the bed comfortable. this hotel is cheap but the basic services we received were not value for money. I am sorry but I would not return.

“Unclean room and bathroom ”
Worst stay of my Thailand trip. This is not a hotel, it is some apartment that is not serviced right. They have no receptionist, just guards, the room is huge but the bathroom is super smelly and floods when you shower. They don’t do daily checkins cleaning so be prepared. Finding the property was another warzone as they have no signs and the house numbers are weirdly aligned

The place is quiet and within the walking distance from Big C super center. Our first time stay at there is really good and the second booking has been cancelled by the property 1.5 hrs ahead of the check in due to the cracked glass caused by the weather last night. The notice of cancellation was too close to our check in time and it makes us delay for our appointments. The room service is good.

“Cheap but good location”
The room was comfortable and spacious, as we selected. We arrived way early than check in time (2 PM to check in) , they kept our luggage safe while we roamed around the city. They don’t have much facilities like microwave but we had a fridge in the room, also a hair dryer. There was a communication gap at first but it was all sorted.

“Best place to stay for budget travellers”
I'm travelling with my wife, and just checked out today evening from there... Everything is clean and perfect. Nice reception and welcome. quick checkin. nice staff. This included a large LCD TV (we didn't use it actually... just turn on and off after a 10 minutes when we first arrived there...) Bathroom, also good, but I added 4/5 rate to facilities because, hot water is not well heated. But okay... apart from that everything is nicer. And there was a fridge as well (2 door, upper door for freezer, and lower-door for fresh items..) toiletries were there... and two water bottles. and small balcony with patio (table and two chairs). This was a convenient place for us as all the surrounding places are nearby or in waliking distance or even few minutes with a Grab taxi car. Most of the town attractions are within 1-2 km away... I will definitely select here, if I plan a trip to Bangkok in future as well. Thank you.

“Bad location, Bad cleanliness, moderate service”
-The location is really hard to find, it’s not close to any convenient stores ,so you must order food by delivery. -The room looks not clean and sth. untidy ; the floor is gummy, the lightbulb and water heater in bathroom is unusable.Additional, the water has droped from air conditioner all night!!!! (also the air conditioner can’t be tuned) It was really worst experienced and not worth staying for….

Budget friendly. In a fantastic location, everything is near. But the facilities are too poor. Would be a better choice, if you only want to stay at night for sleeping.

My experience for this hotel was so bad. After booking confirmation from agoda I have sent so many messages requests to the hotel so many times. I have not received a single reply for any queries I have asked. I have made the payment before the arrival of one day to the hotel. Since we are reaching time to Bangkok was @7:00 am in the morning I have asked whether you will be coming to pick up from the airport more than 2 times. I have not received any reply. After arrival to Bangkok spending around 8 hours in the journey to Bangkok I have went to the hotel by myself with a taxi. When reached there was no receptionist at the desk. After a while some one came and he did not understand anything I have asked. He called to the hotel manager and she told we have to come after 2:00 pm for the room that we have paid and at the moment the hotel is full. I asked I have already paid and send lot of messages and have not received any reply from you. The whole experience was very bad.

“Hotel in bad shape”
Firstly they out me in room 103 where in the bathroom there were sewage leaks from upstairs. The bathroom celing was mouldy.I asked for a change in room. The next day they obliged but I find the house keeping dirty. Bathroom shower clogged, soap given was just a hand soap for shower, very tiny! No housecleaning on Sundays! Aircon ducts were not cleaned for ages.You can see the amount of dust in it! Bathroom towels were quite dirty! All in all quite disappointing! I stayed there once when it was new and it was okay BUT! It does not deserved to be a hotel.Dog in the reception area which is unhygienic! Don't think I will stay there again unless they they get their act together especially in the cleanliness aspect. The whole hotel needs a total make over,ie plumbing, bathroom,aircons, reception area..ect.. very disappointing!

“Need more improvement ”
Parking issue, can park only 2-3 car. It's uncomfortable. Bath towel was not available in room. I asked to staff and he given me 1 damage one.

“Nice size room”
Pros: big rooms. Only 2-4 rooms on each floor. Daily housekeeping can be requested if you leave your key card, otherwise they don't clean your room. Beds are comfy and not too hard. There's parking but can only fit 3-4 at a time. If not, you'll have to park in the alley. Cons: Funky smell in the bathroom. No hot showers. Noise travels, so you can hear everything. You're in an alley, so it's tight squeezing by sometimes. There's no trash can outside the room so people leave their trash on the floor outside the rooms. The workers don't really understand English, so it was hard communicating my needs. Laundry was overpriced (50baht/k, I had no more than 7 and was charged 400 baht, front desk guy tried to ask for 450 but luckily the owner said 400 was fine.)

“Not honest hotel”
I booked to stay at Parkview Ratchaprarop but once I arrived, their staff took me to nearby hostel without telling me a reason. If they have no room available, they should not accept the booking!!!!!

“It's okay. ”
The room is clean (at the first time) and the view is good. After I stay here for 2 days , there is no staff clean my room. So I have to go down stairs and ask for cleaning room. Actually, they didn't clean my room but just keep the trash and go. They are look lazy all the time . I don't know how to explain by the way.

“Short Visits in Bangkok City”
Spent a night at this clean, quiet place in the heart of Bangkok. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Bathroom has warm water all through and enough towels plus hair drier. Good fridge so you can stock enough drinks. It's pocket friendly and a good one for a couple who would like to tour around the city of life. Check it out, you won't regret.

- car park is too steep and the car got damaged - can't sleep because the air compressor is really loud. - no one is picking up the phone, so you should go there during the day to be able to see exactly where the place is cos the sign can't be seen during the night. - we have to abandon the room cos we really can't sleep.

“Big room”
The room is very big. Location is okay like 12minutes walk to Pratunam market and 16 mins to Platinum mall. They will not clean the room during your stay. You have to ask towels and tissue from the reception area if you need new one. During our stay for 4N they never clean the roo. Please do not stay at room 401 its very smelly and stinky the smell is coming from the fridge actually. Its like apartment or airbnb. The room is huge. There is a swimming pool at the roof top. Theres no eating places near by you have to go to to the mainroad to find eating places. Overall the place is okay and the staff are polite.

“satisfy also dissapointed”
Hotel is nice but due to we are travelling back on evening flight so we leave our baggages at counter, unfortunately we found one of our souvenir bag missing.

very welle situated for the international airport, clean with a swimming pool on the roof very pleasant. It's ok if everything goes well but it's more an RBNB than an hotel: for instance the cleaning is not done every day (just once during our stay) just a man at the reception very nice but speaking hardly english

“Wondeful and helpful people”
Although it's not easy to find the place and a little out of the way, the experience with the helpful owners and staff made up for it. A very pleasant stay. Only wish the pillow was firmer.
