“Good hotel for very budget conscious solo traveller”
Hotel is located n the most convenient place in Bangkok, accessible to any point by BTS, taxi, uber etc. Cant expect facilities of a five star hotel, but whatever was there, was very adequate!

“Facilities, Mattress & Aircond very BAD”
I request a KING size DOUBLE BED. But give me SINGLE JOINT BED. Never mind. But the bed LEFT SIDE IS COLLAPSE. TOTALLY COLLAPSE. NEVER MIND. I STILL DIDN'T ASK TO CHANGE. I THOUGHT I STILL CAN SLEPT IN RIGHT SIDE. Find.... When until my last night, the AIR-COND SUDDENLY VERY LOUD & GOT SOUND “BLAT... BLAT...... BLAT..... ”VERY LOUD. LOOK LIKE THE AIR-COND WANT TO “BOMB ”... THEN AFTER I TOTALLY SWITCH OFF THE AIR-COND. AND MAKE MY LAST NIGHT TOTALLY CAN NOT SLEEP & NO AIR-COND. ALL THIS 4 NIGHT WHEN I STAYED HERE, ALTHOUGH I'M DIDN'T MAKE NOISE & VOICE UP. BUT I HOPE THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT GOT INITIATIVE TO CHECK & MAKE SURE THE ROOM ARE NO ISSUE BEFORE DISTRIBUTE TO YOUR GUEST. I HOPE THEY CAN REALLY MAKE VALUE THEIR CUSTOMER AS WHAT THEY PAID. THE ROOM KEEPER SHOULD GIVE A PROPER TRAINING & WELL KNOWLEDGE HOW TO JUDGE THE ROOM FACILITIES ARE WELL PROVIDE. ARE NOT JUST A ROOM KEEPER & DO A ROOM CLEANING JOB. Good point: Easy place for walking to shopping mall, food taste good. Bad point: air conditioner make noise, not so clean, request for ground floor because grandma hard to walk but ask to add money (before used to get the room in ground floor and never add money)

“it’s just not clean and they didn’t provide us stuff like other hotels wood”
I found a brown spot on my bed and there were missing items that hotels or guest houses would give out like a small toothpaste etc... I mean even DD house could do better than this.

“Bad rooms! Unclean! Not quiet! ”
Checkin took long. They were unable to find the reservations. The rooms they gave us were on the bottom floor, in the hall. Everyone that passed made noise and we heared everything. Two rooms were connected to the front desk and we heared everything. One room had a "window" which did not drown out the noise. We heard everything from the street. No propery should have such rooms! The breakfast was bad. Escelator wasn't working. Public toilet was dirty. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

“Worst Hotel Stay ever. ”
the hotel is not what it's shown in the picture, It's a total disaster. there is crocroach in the room. it's dirty to the extent that u will need to wear shoe/slipper in the room. the hotel is worst than a hostel, it does not even worth the 1 star rating.

“Stuff lost”
Booked 2 rooms as we were a group of 4pax. Food was great as they had options for chicken, fish or pork. They also had fruits. Our stay was almost perfect except for an incident that happened in my friends room. On our 2nd day, my friend did not put the sign to clean their room when we left for some tour. Thinking that that would be enough, they were shocked to see the room clean when we got back after a few hours. It was ok that they cleaned the room, but my friend’s AirPods was missing! That wasn’t ok. He left it on top of his luggage so he checked everywhere in his room first. Then we also did our own search. It was like 4 different pairs of eyes searching individually. And we found nothing. This was then reported to the front desk and my friend also talked to the housekeeping as we saw them cleaning the other rooms. There were 2 of them that day, an old lady and a not so young girl. My friend asked both ladies if they saw anything, both said nothing. But as my friend was sure where he specifically had his AirPods, we were sure someone took it. On our last day, concierge says they were still reviewing the cctv. Also, when it was around 2-3am, my friend was able to track his AirPods somewhere in the hotel, it was even buzzing (thanks to Apple’s Find my AirPods). The hotel didn’t seem interested to help us look for the AirPods. We understand it wasn’t their responsibility if items are lost. But as we were sure it was lost in my friends room, we were thinking someone took it when they cleaned the room. And probably kept it in some other room. We even talked to the couple who was staying on the room opposite ours if they heard any alarm. When we checked out and followed-up on status of their cctv review, their Customer Relations Officer said they did not found it and that their staff will return anything if they found something. We did not feel any empathy from that customer relations lady. So, we asked them where is the nearest police station as we wanted to repor

“My countless stay”
I’ve stayed many hotels nearby. Metro is one of my listed choice. Is a budget stay and room is clean. Bed is not so comfy and room is spacious. Staffs are polite and just note that room is not soundproof so you could still hear people taking outside, walk way is a abit creepy but so far so good. I enjoyed the stay very much.

“Reasonable hotel for short stay”
Location is alright as it is nearby platinum mall. Nearby shops and for food. Room is big but quite old, water pressure is weak. Hot water supply changed from hot to cold and back to hot randomly.

“Value for $ $ & good location”
Very satisfy with the hotel. Inside the hotel very spacious. Staff are polite helpful. Breakfast abundant ( fried rice, noodles, vege, fish, chicken, porridge, soup, breads, fruits, sausages, ham,....beverages like coffee tea, fruits juice,milk, etc. Location really good. About 7~10 minutes walk to BTS Ratchathewi station.. Nearby the hotel have massages, seven eleven, street foods, pharmacy, tuktuk car, taxi... and opposite is platinum fashion mall, about 20 -25 minutes walk to talad neon, paladium night market, big c, and further down is Errawan Shrine, I would highly recommend this hotel . Value for what you have pay. Thanks.

“excellent location poor frontdesk staffing”
booked a triple bed room. room is big and clean has a bath tub. excellent location very near siam paragon mall where there is so much variety of food. lacks micro wave in room so its difficult to heat food. front desk staff has difficulty understanding english. the hotel requires 1000baht deposit. all in all great value

“Good place to stay coz near shopping mall”
It’s good place because it located on the big road. Good service at food place (helpful). But we can’t early check in, that’s really hard because my grandma too old for long road and need to relax but she can’t get in. (Other customers came late than us but they can check in before us) No tissue in the room, I see only two pieces in the box 😂.

I am sorry to say this out, but the hotel staffs at the reception in the day shift were extremely rude to us. Absolutely unprofessional and unwelcome service. Room amenities and comfy were not actually like what shown in the picture. I am writing to you to make you aware of the irresponsible and rude behavior of your reception staff mentioned above.

“Poor tv signal & power socket faulty ”
The tv channel signal was very bad & unable to see any of local channel programme & no international channel . The socket power point also not function well and faulty...(believe the hotel did on purpose to avoid usage of electricity . There is no iron usage & strictly not allowed to be used.

The hotel is really bad ! Mention check in after 2, but after 2 I still cannot check said what my room haven been done yet ? Other then that, the room cleanses really bad , and the water heater as well .... the water heater and the air-cond not function well .... hotel internet really suck ! I think I won’t be stay at this hotel anymore ...

Good location - walking distance from BTS/Train stations. It’s near shopping malls as well. Staff are courteous and friendly. Will choose this hotel again when I go back in Bangkok! :)

“Not as it appeared in the pictures.”
The best thing about this place is the location, and the location is decent. Place is ok for a few nights, yet, I would not stay again. Wifi was good, hot water was fine, staff is helpful. Yet, the rooms were below average.

“The worst hotel”
The worst hotel ever,Reception staff extort customers, food was very very bad and not for human beings , no facilities in this hotel and looks like a hospital, very bad smell everywhere, very noisy sounds you hear all the night ,dogs barking, very uncomfortable beds, filthy rooms, cockroaches everywhere, rooms full with ants, bathroom was so dark no lights so you can't even shave your face, room was very uncomfortable, hotel customers was very noisy and very bad people, no hot water in faucet, shower heater very small so you can't even enjoy a hot path, no ventilation fan in bathroom .i really don't recommend this hotel for anyone.

“Shabby in the Name of “Deluxe””
Despite the outer appearance & lobby/reception setting, the room(s) is of very poor standards (due to lack of cleanliness as well as the decorations/ lighting/painting on the room/walls itself sends depressing vibe; not to mention no windows/balcony existed inside/annexed with the room) which made things worse and it charged costs around $45 per night (includes free breakfast) and in my opinion, the Hotel should not be rated more than 2 stars. The only positive thing about the Hotel was that it’s situated within walking distance of the Pratunam Market (which made me to go for the Hotel in the first place) but after checking in and changing the room (which I was offered at first) to another one; I couldn’t wait to get out of the said room.

“Room filled with baby cockroaches”
The room was crawling with baby cockroaches the whole time and I was afraid that there were some in my bed too. We requested a room change as such and were given a different room a few doors away. I wonder how much cleaner it was, or whether it was just that we could not spot the little roaches. The bathroom had a lid above of which there seemed to be a dead bird/massive insect wedged with its leg exposed. Whenever I took a bath, I was very disturbed by that sight. The bed is hard and the aircon is noisy. Sound insulation was poor in the rooms as you could hear groups of guests walk past each time they made their way to/from the elevator. Overall, it wasn't a super bad experience but much much more could be improved upon.
