“Overall good, but...”
1 thing that really brings down the overall rating is that taxis are unable to drive up to main lobby entrance because it is blocked by the railings at the main road. GPS does not indicate that there's actually another entrance where taxis can drive to the back of hotel lobby, neither does any taxis know of that entrance. Probably hotel staff can find ways for this to be improved. Because it's frustrating especially when certain e-hailing drivers don't know how to get to One Udomsuk. For those that have many plans in the city centre, this location may not be ideal as it is a little far out although it is considered still within Sukhumvit area. And if one is going to take taxis frequently, do note that the main road's traffic is pretty heavy most of the time. But when it comes to convenience for transport & food, I would say it's excellent. BTS literally right in front of hotel. Taxi stand, 7-11, food market & restaurants at One Udomsuk which is a few shops away from the hotel.

“Decent value for money in BKK”
Good value for money hotel with adequate facilities well placed next to Udomsuk BTS. Gym is tiny - but one would expect they would have some free weights at the very least! Unfortunately they didnt. Located right next to a food market as well. I would avoid the breakfast as there really is no need - just go next door for delicious food at a third of the price.

“New and Small but getting more popular”
I started staying here in 2024 and the rates and occupancy have been going up as it gets more popular. The intimate (i.e. tiny) rooftop pool and lounge are nice, small gym w cardio, could use heavier hand weights, the BTS station is steps outside front entrance, large Thai street food market next door, 7-11 and Tsuhura, massage places across street, decent hotel restaurant menu at good value prices. Great hot water heater for real HOT showers at 120F or higher. Otteri laundromat 3 min walk. Has everything I needed for a great stay in this part of Bangkok. highly recommended.

“Non-Thais not welcome”
This hotel has a policy of rejecting bookings from non-Thai citizens. I have lived and worked in Thailand for around 15 years. When I tried to make a booking at this hotel, they rejected it because I am not Thai.

This hotel was a complete letdown. The car park is tiny, so good luck finding a spot. The entire place, including my room, reeked of urine, which was disgusting. The bathroom was a safety hazard—extremely slippery. I ended up slipping and falling, luckily escaping with just cuts on my hands and some bruises. When I reported it during checkout, the girl at the front desk didn’t even flinch or seem to care. Another staff member came over, asked if I was okay, offered me a bandage, and took a photo, but that was it. No follow-up, no apology—nothing. Breakfast was another disaster. I ordered 4 eggs, got 2, and they were undercooked. It took so long for them to fix it that we just gave up and left. Most of the food wasn’t fresh, and they didn’t bother refilling anything. The staff, for the most part, seemed like they couldn’t care less about their jobs. The only person who stood out was the security guard, who was actually helpful when I arrived and assisted with my luggage. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. The place needs serious improvements in cleanliness, safety, and service.

“Amazing stay”
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Staff was great, the room was great and cleaned every day. Next to BTS and to a small market. It takes longer to get to the center but all this is made up for with the stunning roof terrace and pool. Great breakfast!

場所 ホテルの場所は市街地から外れていて、ウドン・スク（E12）のBTSの3番出口の近くに位置しており、非常に便利です。ただし、サイアムの商業地区までは約20〜25分ほどかかりますが、BTSやボルト/グラブを利用するのも便利です。 周辺 ホテルの右側には7-11と小さな市場があります。BigCや商業施設に行く必要がある場合は、メガバンナーまで行かなければなりません。7-11の前には無料のシャトルバスがあります👍🏻 部屋 新しいホテルのため、部屋はシンプルで清潔感があります。デザインのスタイルもスタイリッシュですが、シャワーエリアにはドアがなく水が外に飛び出しやすいので、滑り注意が必要です‼️ 施設 プール🏊🏻と小さなジムルームがあり、十分です。 サービス フロントのスタッフは礼儀正しく、親切です。誕生日には必ずケーキをプレゼントしてくれ、とても驚きました🥳
