“No Elevator & Gloomy hallway”
Elevator is not available and there are areas which seems to be under construction such as tiles and open walls. Staff also needs training and did not offer to help with luggages from 1st floor to 3rd/5th floor. The hallway seems to be too dim which makes it creepy at night. Room is neat but does not feel like breathable (stuffy smell). There is no security available in the bldg and no staff at night.

“No Lift! ”
We were a group of 2 young men and 5 elders. Our room on fourth floor and there's no lift. It's really like hell for the elders.

“It's very horrible! ”
There's no lift. We are a group of 7 people, which most of it are older people. We stay at 4th floor, you can imagine how hell it is for the elders. Drinking water is also not available. The owner said because it's songkran. But until Songkran's over, there's still no any water as promised.

“If the lift is working this hotel is a good choice”
The lift is not working like forever, with giving the lame excuse of electricity issue. If those travel with old and young kindly find those with lift. Need to climb at least 4 storey.

Location is good, very near a cheap street resto and very near necessity stores and other restos. The room is so big, it can even fit 10-15 people honestly. The room was way too big for 4 but it is definitely a good thing. Floor space is wide.

“Reasonable price and good location”

“Elevator out of order for 2 months!!!!”
I recently stayed at the hotel and was very frustrated to find that the elevator had been out of order for two months. This information was not disclosed prior to my stay. As a guest staying on a higher floor, I had to carry my luggage up and down the stairs multiple times. This was extremely inconvenient and tiring. This is completely unacceptable. It's disappointing that a hotel would allow such a major inconvenience to go unaddressed and fail to inform their guests.

The place is secluded, quite scary at night, doesn't have a proper lobby, there's no receptionist at certain times, there's no phone number for receptionist or anything to contact when I have left my jacket and tumbler. Please choose another proper hotel.

“Budgeted stay”
The room was okay for the price that we stayed. It didn’t have any windows. However, it’s in the perfect location for those we wants to do shopping in tofu skin care and platinum mall.

“Good place for solo traveller”
I would like to high recommend this place for solo traveller, this place location is very close to Pratunam market, December, Platinum Mall. The location is behind Tofu skincare. The amenities is good (Hairdryer, bathub, towel, soap, shampoo) also theres a mini refrigerator.

“About Glur Central Pratunam”
It is located in a quite convenient place, suitable for a not too expensive trip but worth the experience, I must say that. The staff is friendly, and the food at the nearby area is also very good.

Good location. Unfortunately, the AC is broken (it's leaking) and the maintenance team could not fix it. Several rooms are located near the mechanical room, so those rooms are very noisy and hot. Also, there isn't enough ventilation inside the bathroom, so it's quite smelly. Fortunately, the only staff in the hotel is friendly and helpful.

“Needs an onsite maintainer”
Trash piles up; no one ever at front desk. Cleaning by request. The fale grass is soaksd and the clear plastic is cracked. Sonk is clogged, safe is broke shut. (And of course i had valuable items stolen.showr water low pressure just barely hot enough. If you fill tub slow its piping hot

“Good location, spacious room but JERRY living in the ceilings! ”
I have booked for 6 nights at family room 4th floor. Deposit thb 500 . Lift was available and big enough even for 6 persons with luggages. Breakfast starts from 8 to 10am, they changed menu everyday like fried rice, spaghetti and the taste was good. Or you can request omellete+sausage set for breakfast just for thb 50. The room was spacious. Air conditioner was good. The cleanliness was okay. The staffs was really helpful when the hot water for shower was broken. They fixed it asap. Room amenities only shampoo and shower cream was available. The location was good, and easy access to many malls around like Platinum, Central world, Big C, Gaysorn etc. All connected if you walk thru Rwalk (ratchaprasong). not really close to BTS ratchathewi (walk around 15-20 Minutes) from hostel. Cons: last 2 nights respectively, about to go to sleep around 10pm ,there was a " JERRY" mouse scratching cit cit cit cit running around the ceiling . at last night, again we saw there was "JERRY" mouse droppings everywhere on the breakfast area. I hope the hostel can find way to get rid the "JERRY" mouse due to we were in rush check out in early morning and forgot to let them know about this case.

“空港から楽、買い物の楽”
ドンムアンから赤バス一本。十分も歩かずに到着。入口は裏手、レストランや駐輪場ある道を入った所。 朝飯付（飯一皿）、エレベーターあり、ありがたい。 一キロ圏内に買い物が出来る場所が多くあるので、お土産を買うために帰る前日に泊まるのもありかな。
