“value for money ”
Location is about 10mins walk from mrt/bts. My 1st experience in hostel is pleasant.. Have own room and have our bathroom just outside the room.. Space in room is big and with balcony.. Aircon n wifi works well.. Only bad point is no lift..

“BEST DECISION EVER”
Out of all my options, this is the best decision I've done. We booked the Classic King Bed - it comes with an external private bathroom, but didn't feel weird/open at all! It's like we own the whole floor! It, indeed, felt private. The money was worth it, we get to have a really clean, cozy, and fun place! There's free coffee, bicuits, and cookies in the lobby. We even got a complimentary drink and bread when we arrived! Nick was an amazing host! He speaks decent English and he is very accommodating with our concerns. He even lent us maps and suggested places to go to when we arrived later than expected (Btw, he allowed us to check-in early, too!). As for the place, it's location is very perfect. It's 10-15 minute walk from Sala Daeng BTS and MRT Silom Stations. The neighborhood felt very safe and sound. No loud banging party and bar sounds! It's perfect if you just wanna rest after a tiring day from touring Bangkok. I really loved this place!!!

“Stayed one night”
I was open to the idea of staying longer but felt that the place lacked warmth, lacked the energy that I was wanting from a temporary abode so I left after one night. With that being said, the hostel provides everything that a traveler needs. The locale is superb. I love that area. You have easy access to all things--amazing food, coffee, massage, shops, BTS. The hostel is also extremely affordable. If you're looking for simple, budget friendly, place to rest your head - then I highly recommend this hostel.

“Nice Hostel with Nice Owner”
This is the first time a travel to Bangkok, and i decided to stay at this hostel after read some good review about it. And when i arrived i saw the hostel loby is very unique, with all the action figures and other great docarations. The owner is VEEEERRRYYYYY kind and helpful. He explained me where should i go, the place for tourist and how to get there, he even provided the guest umbrella, just in case the weather is not friendly. I got a big room with balcony which is very good, since i can smoke freely. But the bathroom is outside the room, so i need to get out my room to the toilet. The location is quite strategic, in the heart of Silom, near to Silom Night market and Night life. But to the MRT you need to walk arount 15 minutes. But overall, it is a very nice stay.

“Great location & accommodation”
Location: It's located 7 min walking distance from Sala Daeong station, so that makes it easy to access to public transport. Cleanliness: overall the bedroom and toilet are clean. Hairdryer, towel, shampoo and soap are provided. We are really happy for that. Facility: there is no elevator, so you'll have to use the staircases to the room. The light of the bedroom is not as bright, there is a problem when we tried to use the mirror in the room & we couldn't see thru well due to the light. I would suggest to put some light alongside the mirror, maybe? Staff: the staff is really friendly, and helpful. Always with a smile on their face.

Love the interior of this place. There's a touch of modernism and homey twist to it. Friendly, kind and very helpful owner. Clean and comfortable bed. Location is just right for me.

“Owner with excellet service mind”
This hostel is located on a small road right in the middle of Silom, around 500 meters to the BTS which makes the location excellent. The owner is very friendly and the room includes the necessary facilities. The private bathroom is a little small though but it's not a big problem because compared to the price and this level of service, I would recommend this place to anyone and will stay here again if I get a chance :

“Awesome!!!”
I was a first time solo traveller meeting up With my friends in different parts of Thailand and Laos!! I not only stayed here once but three separate occasions. The location was great. Beds were a tad stiff but I prefer it that way. And after being in Laos. Having a proper warm shower was great. The only fault for me were the stairs. I’m just outta shape. 😂. But the owner/concierge was out of this world amazing. He helped me with my SIM card and travel tips, transportation trips and just an all Around great host. Total must stay. See you soon!!

“Felt like I was back in Japan!”
Really nice place. Clean, modern, comfy, hot-and-cold showers, good AC. Little balcony so I could dry my clothes. Coffee and a couple biscuits for breakfast even after I'd checked out. Nice styling and vibe. Only piece of constructive criticism is that the beds didn't have privacy curtains. But I'd definitely stay again!

“Great place that you will feel so homely”
I love the hotel setting and theme. You are treated like adults and be responsible to your own stays. The location is perfect for food and nightlife. The only thing I would like to complain is that it is too perfect for a vacation stay in the center of Silom

“No lift and No private toilet.”
No lift need to walk up to 4th every time. Hot Water need to go down to G floor to take, bottle water only supply on 1st day, 2nd day 3rd day all need to go down to G floor take a glass bring up to room . No house keeping. Everything need to do it by ourslef, like take toilet paper when it is finish, changing towel ...etc No private toilet all shear. 4th floor and 5th floor shear only one toilet. The chargers is not worth.

“Best hostel ever !”
Stayed there again for 2 night, live the nice designer hostel with a family touch nice staff and great owner! The bunk bed are comfy and very clean and you stay out of the busy traffic from BKK. They provide no breakfast but you got a fridge, microwave and coffee and tee -,7/11 is 30 sec walk near bye:) Stay again if I’m. Back in BKK- recommendet Place ;)

“Wonderful Stay in BKK”
Very friendly and nice design hostel with private rooms and so good staff & owner! We already enjoyed the short say in the district. Everything you need is in a short distance around you and the information from the staff is helpful even if you know BKK ;) - get insider Tips Room perfect clean and simply furnished with comfy beds and relatable bathrooms. You'll hv free Coffee and Tee at Lobby and if you are boring you could watch a movie from the big library *wow* " Feels like to be at home with friends "

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff make you feel safe and well cared for. They are very happy to help and give advice.

“Great hostel, large room, very helpful staff.”
Stayed here for two nights, the staff were very helpful recommending things in the area and printed us a map! We had a great sized room, although the toilet was down the hall it still felt very homely. The aircon works great, there is shampoo etc supplied. (Free coffee available downstairs in the communal kitchen area). Very close to local night market.. and 'the shows' if that's what you're here for! Nearby there is a large shopping complex with lots of eateries, also a good place to shop. There is also a 7/11 literally at the end of the street. 10 minute walk there is Lumpini park which is lovely to see day and night. The area is quiet over the weekend, during weekdays it gets very crowded. Great place to stay- would recommend.

“good location, poor double room space and facility”
Very small room space for double room... as well as poor door handle quality-- need to be fixed immediately. Shower room is very small and poor door design. I won't consider to stay in this hostel again.

“Great”
Good location，special decoration. It's near the Sala Deang BTS Station. Go out from the exit 2，and then if you downstair from the right side,just go straight. And if you downstair from the left side, you have to turn right and go straight. Until you seeing a sign "Phiphat " ,then turn left. And when you see 7-11, you can turn left. Everything goes well, but the stairs just a little slippery，especially when you wear slipper. The firstday，my friend felldown from the stairs. 楼梯有点滑，建议不纯拖鞋，光脚比较可靠.

“So Far Yet So Near”
It is strategically located near Pak Phong Area, whereby it is closed to the red light district and you can find many message store nearby. Surprisingly, a small 7-11 just steps away from the hostel. The TV connection with the net is a bit bad and i need to keep refreshing it and get a fresh new connection to play some clips via youtube.

“Brilliant!!”
My second visit to C40 in the last 2 months. I just love this place! Not only is it clean, the staff are helpful and polite. My favourite thing about this hostel is the lobby area in front of reception which has a lovely comfy sofa to lounge on while watching movies on the big flat screen TV. I look forward to coming here everytime I'm passing through Bangkok.

“Very nice place”
The staff was very nice, I booked a bedroom with a private bathroom. The room was clean, bathroom also, there was a fridge, tv, dvd player, A/C. Room is painted black and in my opinion it's a great color to be in, very calm. It is a bit hard to find, but it's in a great location, near the train station. And yes there is no lift, and the stairs are narrow but that wasn't a too much big of a deal to me, but to a lady it could be a problem.

“Good Hostel ”
Good clean Hostel little bit of a back alley place but secure and good facilities. 7/11 is close. No breakfast or curtains on the bunks but was a good alternative and priced well.

“Good location, affordable price”
The first impression is the space is quite small but attractive and cozy. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hostel like your home where you can find everything you need: kitchen, fridge, etc. Great location, near the BTS Sala Daeng and MRT with many convenient stores, shopping malls. You can spend your time at Pat pong night market and street food around. Highly recommended! ♥ Must try if you wanna travel with a little budget

“Second Review”
Second time here. The male receptionist, not sure if he's the owner and missed to get his name or I just forgot. Haha. He waited for my arrival even if it was 1 am already. The morning female receptionist also helped me activate my tourist simcard. Thanks to them! Love this hostel. Will rebook on my next visit to BKK/TH. Kop khun krap!

“awesome!good staff!good location”
all staff is kindness, very clean, location is perfect. i was left my important diary in hostel, i didn't go back to hostel because i was in myanmar already. so i was so sad.. but hostel staff took all diary picture and sent to me. it was really amazing and impressed. Thank you very much.

“Outstanding ”
I've stayed in numerous hostels in Bangkok and this one stood out. It's located a few minutes walk from 2 BTS stations, an MRT, outdoor food courts, Silom Complex and Patpong. The staff are all friendly & helpful. The place was spotless. Free wi-fi, a kitchenette with a microwave and free hot & cold drinking water. I stated in the dorm and made use of the the comfy couch in the lobby area with large TV and a computer for guests to use. Highly recommended.

“We are not happy with hotel ”
Anyone need to take off flip flops at downstairs. And be careful because flip flops will be gone. They will clean the room 3days a time. We leave in 5th floor they don't have lift. Only one good is location.

We stayed here with my friend for 3 days. It's an ideal location. Near the BTS and Metro which is necessary going to places you wanted to visit. It's accessible.

“Best place ever”
Good location, there's still privacy even if you're in a bunk bed, nice interiors. Friendly staff, near to market where locals go by.
