“Disappointing ”
it was rather disappointing. The blinds were very dusty and when we tried to open them, we were greeted by plumes of dust. There was also bits of tissue between the pebbles. Overall, I felt that the quality of our experience did not meet my expectations. Considering the price we paid, the room was very basic.

“Good for short stay”
Stayed for 3 nights, it was comfortable. The room had a great shower head! But there's only shampoo and shower gel (no toothbrushes or ear buds or toothpaste) in terms of hotel hygiene facilities.

“Great service and lovely hot spring room”
Beautiful and clean hot spring room in convenient location. Amazing services - we broke a glass of wine inside our back bag on the way to hotel, and asked the front desk for some newspaper to dispose of the broken glass. Turned out the staff offered to clear the broken glass. He carefully and meticulously cleared every piece of broken glass from our bag. He went above and beyond to help us - greatly appreciated!

“Nice affordable hotel”
Hotel is modern, with artistic wall design and very clean inside the room. Downside is they don’t serve breakfast but there’s quite a few street side food you can buy. The security system does not offer the card tapping for your floor and there’s no fitness or gym centre. They offer a water dispenser on the 2nd floor for those who don’t like plastic water bottles. Overall, it’s a nice hotel for short stays and I enjoy staying at the hotel w it’s beautiful wall decor!

“free greater than my expectation”
I saw some review shows that its noisy, but when I live there, I don't feel any loudly voice from next door. Also, the car noise or enviromental noise is few, it's could be acceptable. The JSL hotel is new, and I like the cute design on the wall. Not far from MRT. No breakfast but its ok! I will come back if I have to live in Taipei next time.

“Rude Staff and Dirty Carpets”
I really do not recommend staying at this hotel. First of all, the staff is very rude and probably not trained at all. They do not say "Hello", "Thank you", "Goodbye". They do not smile. They act in a very cold and arrogant way. The room was big and nicely decorated, but the carpet on the floor was full of brown and orange stains. Finally, there were other guests shouting and fighting at 2 AM on my floor and nobody from the staff reacted or did anything. I will definitely not stay here ever again.

“整體不俗”
已第三次入住, 可能是個別房間問題, 這次在洗手間偶爾會傳出渠味 ，但房間沒受影響。 其他的都不錯, 只是它離捷運要十分鐘， 所以我們一般搭公車會比較近。 性價比不錯，下次還會入住。

Do not disturb the sign turn on , However the staff still phone in to confirm no need to have make up room , ( I’m still have a rest at noon) , I replied them , Yes, No need ….. What is mean that “Do not disturb” ? Other hotel just leave the notice or messages out of the room

“6N in JSL hotel Jan 2025”
What i enjoyed most was the spacious and carpeted room. Came with 2 separate basins and a bath tub with jacuzzi. Even provided crystal salts for soaking. Have a long balcony which i didnt get to use as it was too cold outside. However there's no facilities like pool, gym in this hotel nor breakfast. Nevertheless there were many food stalls right outside the hotel and many opened till late night. The airconed store selling bee hoon is the best! Must try! Convenience stores were all around. There was even a supermarket and wet market within 5mins walk. The hotel is not next to any train station. But you can walk 10mins to the nearest Brown line Nan Jing FuXing station easily. Something to feedback is that one of the bath towels they gave me was stained in red colour at some parts and i didnt realised till after use. Housekeeping shld take note not to give such dirty unhygienic towels to guest. The reception desk during check in could have been more warm and friendly. However the morning shift lady greeted everyone who passed by the lobby. So that was a good thing

“Recommended”
First time staying in this hotel, the electricity seems to be unstable, once in awhile it will trip but fortunately it is always for a sec and everything will turn on again. Other than this minor issue, the location is surrounded with eateries and the room is pretty spacious too, but TV only have cable program.

“Short Stay”
Good clean hotel for a short stay. Location is OK, plenty of places to eat nearby, but not many attractions around. Train station is 10 mins walk away. The rooms are freshly renovated and very comfortable. Will stay again.

“Quiet location, modern hotel”
Hotel was located in a quiet area, nice modern design. Room was spacious and clean, came with all the basic amenities. They also have self service laundry facilities together with a water refill station on the 2nd floor. TV and bed was very big, comfortable stay overall.

“Convenient but problematic stay”
JSL Hotel is well located with many food and drink options available within less than 5 mins walk away. The MRT is also a short stroll away. Unfortunately, the room we booked was quite dusty when we checked in and had a consistent smell of sewage throughout our stay. Staff did send housekeeping to clean the room after we feedback on the dust. Hotel did not inform that there was a flooding issue in a room two doors and only addressed it when we asked why there was water inside our room.

“very convenient ”
The location is good. Though it is not next to the MRT station, there are so many restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel room is new and big. One recommendation is to install hooks for hanging used towels in the bathroom.

The hot spring is the attraction. The room is nice except the dark lighting. It would be great if the lighting is brighter and a mirror can be provided for ladies to do their make-up.

We appreciate the size and decor of the room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pity it doesn’t offer breakfast, however there are cafes and restaurants nearby

“It’s a dusty room but size and facilities are good ”
The size of the room and spring water tub is just perfect for 2. Unfortunately, this room is dusty causing allergic issues for my partner.

“Nice room ”
This room is big and comfortable, we were surprised by the 2 sinks and jacuzzi bath tub. The TV is quite big too. The location is not nearby the mrt but a lot of food choices around this hotel.

“すごく良い”
This hotel is amazing. This is my full trip in Taipei and I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I navigate around mostly with buses and around this hotel there were few bus stops, making it convience. But abit far from metro station, around 13minute walk and might be tired to walk after few days in Taipei.

“Nice room but shower is moldy”
Best feature are room size and pretty new. Parking is underground and convenient with direct elevator access. Location is so so. A bit far from mrt at about 15 min walk. Staff is just ok, nothing like the bigger hotels so don’t expect much. Biggest issue is the shower. My first room had a stuck drain with lots of left over hair from previous customer. They gave me a new room but that one had spots of mold all over the shower.

Not very close to MRT station, need to walk about 10-15mins. Room is clean and quiet. Bed is comfortable.

“Nice boutique hotel”
Lots of food choices in the neighbourhood. 15 min away from the subway station but you can easily get a cab with the help at the concierge. Good location overall to explore the city.

“Amazing Value”
We were stunned at how much space we got in this beautiful room. The sitting area was a huge bonus and we loved the cute mural. The neighborhood is good though not super eventful and you can catch a bus that takes you across town with ease
