Had a great experience. Ms. Shiva helped us to visit factory and buy tea..and well explained about tea. Also arranged a tea taste as well.

“Best budget location on ramboda”
This tea factory hotel is best budget hotel stay in thawalnthenna. They organized a free tea factory visit and tea testing. Very frendly staff. Room facilities are considerable. If you travel around kothmale this is the ideal place.

“My Experience”
I booked this place while I was travelling to stay one night there. It’s was just a quick booking while I was driving through Agoda, and they were provided with a 60% offer. Even it was 60% low priced booking hotel staff provided exemplary service to me. They offered me a 50% discount for products I bought from their tea shop. The room was reasonably ok, and the cleanliness was good. You can enjoy a refreshing environment and can plan mountain hikes too. A break first was excellent. The complimentary fresh tea experience was terrific.

“Very Nice. A bit novel to have hotel & tea factory”
Was not given choice for breakfast. No fridge in room all other horel similar price had small fridge?

“Horrible Experience ”
It was a horrible experience we were on the wrong day to the hotel. It's a long weekend and hotel owners family was on a stay it was too noisy and we couldn't enjoy the other facilities at hotel. We had to stay inside the room it was one of the horrible holiday experience. There that resident manager was very helpful and he tried his best to cater us. But it is very unfortunate. I have experienced one of the most unsatisfied food experience. Regards Nawfel Farook

“티펙토리만 신경쓰고 숙소는 대충 운영하는 느낌 받음. 티펙토리 구경 후 시내 쪽 경치 좋은 방갈로 추천함.”
차밭에서 거머리에게 물려 피가 많이 지속적으로 났었는데 직원의 비상 구급상자가 잘 비치되어 응급처치 잘 받음.
