“非常に満足”
Doona was too hot and no separate sheet. Pool good size for laps. Be careful of the driver that takes you to/from the airport - ours tried to use the back roads to pocket the expressway toll cash.

“Beautiful Place”
The rooms are amazingly nice and the food is outstanding. They also provide halal food which is super convenient! will come here again for sure!

“Relaxing”
Great little boutique hotel set in a lovely coastal village,lovely staff great pool just be aware it is not in Negombo but after going there you can see it's sights in a few hours and returning back to hotel was a pleasure. You are fairly isolated so no restuarants and food and alcohol in hotel expensive.otherwise a recommended place to stay to start your Lanka journey and close to airport.

“Little Gem”
Lovely and stylish hotel with innovative little touches, nice and bright rooms with view to the sea and pool in a quiet area. Bedsheets were unfortunately stained on different areas, which could be better checked and avoided. Otherwise room is very clean. Bathroom gets easily flooded as shower glass is not wide enough and therefore not covering sufficiently.

“Great experience. Highly reccommended.”
Loved this hotel. Seriously the best we stayed in Sri Lanka. Every thing about this hotel made our holiday. Staff were excellent the food was unforgettable, particularly breakfast. Our room was lovely and the view terrific. I chose here because it was affordable to pay for a two night stay when really we were arriving very late and didn't want to pay a lot for one of those nights. We also wanted to be on the beach to relax before our trip around Sri Lanka. We were definitely impressed and wished we could have stayed longer.

“Relax .....”
Wonderful place to stay over the weekend & we did stay for two days ☺ The support received from the Marketing Manager (Mr. Kelum ) & his staff was extraordinary. Service on food and house keeping were spot on. A good service was delivered by the guy who did the linen for us. Overall I highly recommend Beach Boutique for people who are looking for a relaxed holiday. Thank you very much for all the support.

“Excellent stay”
Beautiful new boutique resort near the airport. Clean nice comfortable designed room. Very friendly employees. Good a la carte breakfast. Perfect place before the departure or after arrival from the airport. Definitely I will return again.

“Lovely property, nice staff, good service, good place to stay near the airport.”
This is a beautiful little boutique hotel. Great place to stay near the airport if you'd like to avoid the big resort hotels. The property used to be a private beach bungalow and has been converted into a boutique hotel with 12 rooms. The property is beautiful (pictures do not do it justice). We booked the superior room which is humongous with a porch, jacuzzi and shower room. The pool is beautiful. Food was good (I'm probably not a good judge because I'm vegan so my options were limited). Kelum, front desk manager (I don't know if that's his official title) was responsive and very nice. Staff is friendly. You can not swim in the ocean and the beach is dirty- which we knew before we went, having read other reviews so don't go expecting to be on the beach. As I said, the pool is beautiful and the views and sunset are absolutely stunning. In the afternoon of our stay, the chef sent around complimentary homemade potato chip which was a nice touch. We were able to do late checkout for an extra charge (less than Agoda had quoted to us). No in house laundry. Needs a bit of fine tuning (they offered us tap water with our meals but luckily we asked whether it was bottled or not, pillows need an upgrade) but altogether great place to stay near the airport.

“Bel hôtel proche aéroport et Negombo”
Bel hôtel très belle chambre décorée avec beaucoup de gout comme tout le reste de l'hôtel. Une belle piscine à débordement. Seul point négatif à notre gout impossibilité de se baigner à cet endroit et pas d'accès à la plage .... Il ne me semble pas que ce soit indiqué sur le site. Cela reste un très bon endroit à l'arrivée ou départ du Sri Lanka. Personnel très accueillant et bon restaurant

“Ein sehr elegantes Hotel”
Es war nicht so einfach, das Hotel zu finden, weil weder der Taxifahrer noch Menschen, die in der Nähe waren, es nicht kannten. Als wird dann nach einem Anruf und Wegbeschreibung ankamen, machte einen sehr eleganten Eindruck, Wir erhielten sofort einen Begrüßungsdrink und ein "Hot Towel", was sehr angenehm war. Unser Zimmer lag im 2. Stock und war sehr groß und elegant eingerichtet, Badezimmer voll ausgestattet und vom großen Balkon ein Blick auf den erleuchteten Pool. Wir bekamen dann im Retaurant um kurz vor 9:00 Uhr abends auch noch Abendessen, allerdings fühlten wir uns, als wären wir die einzigen Gäste, es war ein wenig gespenstisch, weil ca. 6 Angestellte um Pool und Restaurant herumstanden und wir uns die ganze Zeit beobachtet fühlten. Sie waren alle sehr aufmerksam, aber sie haben uns auch davon abgehalten, noch kurz eine Runde in den Pool zu springen, der sehr einladend aussah. Da wir spät ankamen und am nächsten Morgen wieder früh los mussten, können wir zur Umgebung nichts sagen. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, es gibt von dort aber keinen Zugang. Der Fahrservice (inklusive) zum Flughafen hat gut funktioniert, das Frühstück war einmalig gut.

“风景很美，员工服务超赞”
酒店坐落在稍远的海滩边，餐厅临海而建，客房也隐约可见海景，整个酒店透露出精品酒店的仪式感（对比兰卡本地酒店而言，与中国的酒店比就一般般了），亮点是服务，不管是check in，还是就餐，到离开，全程的服务都相当的到位，总而言之，值得！

“最高!”
Voorbije kerstvakantie hadden we het geluk om hier onze laatste nacht en dag door te brengen. Beste hotel waar we deze vakantie verbleven. Personeel en hotel manager doen heel erg hun best om hun gasten een geweldig verblijf te bieden. Top ontbijt, netheid, rust, zalig bed, .... kortom alles wat je nodig hebt om een vakantie af te sluiten.

The rooms and facilities were not very clean and the rooms were run down. We found a cockroach in one of the rooms. The food in the restaurant was overpriced, tasteless and overcooked. The staff was kind and helpful and tentative.

“非常に満足”
We had a 4 night stay in Superior room with the Jacuzzi bath, room was very spacious and very clean, the breakfast was amazing and the evening meals. Staff were very helpful in arranging airport collection/drop-off and tuk-tuk service. Perfect stay for our first visit to "Lanka".
