“Buen hotel buena situación”
Lo mejor del Hotel es la situación a dos pasos del museo de las artes y las ciencias pegado al corte ingles y lleno de restaurantes y cafeterias. Como siempre la garantía Melia que te da una calidad buena en todo. Camas geniales y cómodas la habitación en sí va pidiendo renovación. Recomendable. Piscina exterior en remodelación y gimnasio basico pero suficiente

“Trato decepcionante”
Tras un error de fecha al coger la reserva, tuve que volver a coger otro día más. Y tras este problema, aún nos cobraron 40€ por permitir que el peque durmiera en nuestra cama.

“Muy bien ubicado”
Pasamos un fin de semana en pareja con motivo del festival I love the 90’s. Está situado justo al lado de la Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències y rodeado de bares y restaurantes y justo al lado de un Corte Inglés. Teniamos reservada una habitacion premium. Comentar que todo era correcto excepto la luz del baño que era de poca intensidad y dificultaba el maquillarse ya que era una luz muy tenue. El desayuno buffet era correcto pero escaso si se compara con otros hoteles, pero suficiente para desayunar. La piscina pequeña y con falta de mantenimiento a nivel de la tarima de madera. Por lo demás todo bien. Destacar a Daniel que estaba en el bar de la piscina. Fue muy atento con nosotros y nos hizo unos cocktails muy ricos.

Pagamos por una noche 155€ y encima por nuestra mascota 30 euros por la noche . En ningún otro hotel , y he viajado mucho, nos han cobrado semejante precio por la.mascota. Un robo a mano armada.

Limpieza y normas covid un 10. La piscina pequeña pero para refrescarse bien, por poner un pero los ascensores que al ser un edificio con tantas platas y por el covid siempre suelen estar saturados

Ubicación estupenda al lado de la ciudad de las ciencias y centros comerciales. También hay zona para poder comer o cenar justo al lado. Personal muy amable y muchísimos detalles de bienvenida en la habitación. Sin duda, repetiremos.

“enttäuscht”
bei der hotelauswahl hatten wir uns für dieses entscheiden, weil die bewertungen gut waren (hi und da etwas schlechtere) und dies als prefered bei agoda hinterlegt wurde. schon beim hoteleingang und rezeption mussten wir feststellen, dass es an stil verloren hatte und auch schon in die jahre gekommen war. der erste kontakt mit der rezeption war ok, aber auch nicht so zuvorkommend wie man es in einem 4* erwarten würde. nach dem erfolgreichen check in ging es in zimmer wo schon nach ein paar sekunden ein zigarettenrauch begrüssend entgegen kam. dies obwohl es ein nichtraucher zimmer war. darauf hin wurde uns sofort ein neues zimmer angeboten. das zimmer ist gross und hatten einen sauberen eindruck. leider war nichts von der in der beschreibung erwähnten schalldichten zimmern. vom nebenzimmer konnten wir jegliches geräusch und gespräch ohne grosse anstrengung mithören. frühstück war in ordnung, aber auch nicht was man unter einem 4* erwarten würde. auch waren die weiteren kontakte mit der rezeption ok, aber nicht zuvorkommend so dass man sich willkommen gefühlt hat. allen in allem wurden wir mehr enttäuscht als das wir freude hatten. wenigstens hat die stadt valencia mehr freude bereitet. wir hätten lieber auf die negativen rezessionen gehört, weil die genau diese erwähnten punkte hervorhebten. preis war in ordnung. jedoch wäre ich bereit etwas mehr, für besseren service und einen gemütlicheren aufenthalt, gezahlt. buchen würden wir das nicht mehr...sorry.

Pobyt w hotelu jak najbardziej ok. Obsługa przesympatyczna i pomocna na każdym kroku !!!! Śniadania pyszne, nawet jak coś się kończyło to po chwili było donoszone. Dalej od samego centrum historycznego ale opcja wypożyczenia roweru bardzo ułatwia zwiedzanie.

“September stay”
Great hotel, a bit far out of you want to walk to the buzz of the old town as it’s an hours walk but perfect for the oceanographic centre. Hotel parking is €17 a day in its private underground car park but free if you park outside the hotel in the road, just don’t park in a blue marked bay as you’ll need to pay. Also the pool doesn’t get a lot of sun as it faces north so is dark most of the day.

“Great clean hotel with large rooms and nice views.”
We had a family room on the 8th floor. The family room just has two bunk beds that fold down off the wall for kids. The room was spacious and well appointed. Close to the aquarium and other sights in the cultural area.

“Fantastic location”
this is a clean hotel with great services - fantastic distance to all attractions and reception staff extremely helpful. definitely a yes for my re visit !
