“Feeling at Home”
The apartment at Sagrada Familia is located close to the locations we had planned to go to. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets close by. The metro station is close by. We travelled to/fro airport to the apartment very easily. The only “complaint” is that reception opens from 9am to 6pm only and we couldn’t get access to the coffee/tea amenities as we are not in at those hours. Overall, a very satisfied stay at the apartment.

“Very pleasant space, very friendly and helpful staff ”
It felt like at home. 2 night stay for a family of four. Couldn’t think of any improvement. It’s simply nice and enjoyable at Eric Vökel.

Stayed here because it was close to La Sagrada Familia. Booked a suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms but only got 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom. I showed the staff my receipt that I paid for the room with 2 bathrooms and she showed me that I had booking for only 1 bathroom which is disappointing because there was 6 of us and had to share 1 bathroom. I asked if she can give me the one with 2 bathrooms anyways since thats what I paid for and she said no...

“Best apartment in Barcelona”
Nice and helpful staff. Best location with bus stop and metro station nearby. Fully equipped room with oven, washing machine, etc. There is one minor disadvantage, which is about the lift. The lift is small and cannot access to the floor directly. We need to walk downstairs with few steps which is inconvenience, especially when carry luggage.

Very helpful, friendly staff at reception and great location. The only negative with the building is that the elevator does not stop right on the floor where rooms are located. This will be a problem for some guests with physical disabilities as they must be able to carry their own luggage via the staircases to the room from the elevator.

“A great stay!”
Very close to Sagrada Familia and St. Pau Hospital - both are very charming! We stayed here for 2 nights and more nights at other Eric Voekel's properties, so they let us store our luggages while we're travelling to other cities. Receptionists are very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

“Erik Vögel yes, Agonda.com NO!”
Loved this apartment, lovely and clean, great location, good beds, great shower and huge towels, toiletries poor though and the window in the children’s bedroom wasn’t openable due to bad smell wafting in.. we didn’t get what we’d booked..the fault of Agoda apparently who sneakingly changed my reservation on line, even though nobody picked up the phone after waiting for ages..and didn’t reply to my messages/mails.. never again, have just deleted their app. Thanks Myriam on reception, a lovely person! I’d definitely go back to Erik Vökel! A very high standard of accommodation on the whole..

I loved the penthouse here. Big terrace/balcony. Modern interior. Nice big bed. Great location (close to Sagrada Familia). good food nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros- location near Sant Pau metro station, a short 2min walk away, 10min walk and you will be able to reach La Sagrada Familia. Apartment has dish washer machine, washing machine, oven, heater etc and all the instructions on how to use them are stated clearly in instruction manual by them. The self check in kiosk is convenient and easy to use if the check in time is beyond reception opening hours. Cons- Food wise near this area might not be fantastic, depending on taste/preferences of the traveller. However, there are plenty of food delivery options, can try use just-eat.es Cleaning services will only come if travellers stay 4 or more nights, if wish for more frequent cleaning, payment fee will incurred

Wonderful location just next to the underground. The place is clean with wonderful and helpful staff. Only thing to note is that even though there is a lift in the property, it stop at certain levels such that you may need to haul the luggage down short flight of steps.

Everything is superb. facilities and it's convienence area. Near to metro and supermarket. Halal kebab is just opposite. Will defitnely come back to this place when visit Barcelona again

The staff are very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay and the facilities of this apartment. Very modern and clean. Near to public transport (2 mins) so no problem traveling to attractions.

“Good position very near to Metro station”
If you stay for 3 nights or less , you need to clean your room by yourself. But the apartment is large, can accommodate 3-4 persons, very high ratio if staying for over 3 nights.

“Nice location, apartment and service. ”
We stayed here for 5 nights. all of staffs are nice and helpful. This is modern apartment. Great location: restaurants and supermarket are located within 2- 5 walking minutes. A lot of restaurants nearby and a few blocks away from La Sagrada Familia. Highly recommended.

“A gem along Avenida Gaudi, spacious and stylish”
If ever I return to Barcelona, I will definitely re-book here - such value for money! Fully functioning kitchen with a washer and dryer and spacious rooms that are all stylish. There’s also a balcony overlooking a great view of the street. A short walk to Avenida Gaudi and Sagrada Familia. There’s a bus stop and a train station nearby.

“Big apartment in convenient location”
We took the suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which was very comfy for 4 adults. However, one of our toilet doors could not be closed. Also, it would be good if the owners provided 2 hairdryers in the apartment. Location was great, located on the L5, within 5 minutes walk to Sagrada Familia and lots of shops within walking distance for food.

This apartment is the best we ever rented. Very clean and fully equipped kitchen. Location is a plus. Staff are very helpful,accomodating and friendly. We cant wait to go back to BCN and stay here.

“Clean Apartment at Good Location”
Cafes and convenience stores nearby. Clean apartment, though the single beds are a bit narrow (by US standards). It's walkable to Sagrada Familia, but not walkable to most of the other touristy attractions.

We booked Eric Vogel apartment thru Agoda web site for our family. This apartment is compact, close to Metro rail & bus, immaculate from inside but balcony view isn't attractive. Reception people work in shift but they are all very helpful and provided useful guide/tips for stay. After hours automated check-in process is a breeze but looks like system only accepts Master/Visa credit cards.

“Fall in love with this apartment”
Reception staff speaks good English and very helpful. The apartment even provide all the basic cooking ingredients and laundry powder. Location is so close to the amazing Sagrada Familia and St Paul Hospital. If you like to use Metro for transportation, the station is just a minute away.

“highly recommended choice”
Very nice , big and fully equipped apartment near Sagrada Familia. Next to Hospital de Sant Pau metro stop (line L5). Very friendly staff ,ready to help you at any time. I stayed only one day because Bcn was a transit destination. However, I was fully satisfied with my choice. Highly recommended!!

“Great spot, some drawbacks”
Overall our apartment was fantastic and a fabulous value for the money. It was great to be close to a subway station and the Av. de Gaudi. Small things to be aware of: 1. In our two bedroom suite the bedroom with two twin beds had a sliding glass door right next to the exterior door so it was susceptible to noise from the hallway. 2. We were on the 4th floor and the street noise was relatively loud. There is a bus stop outside across the street and it was easy to hear, as well as trash/recycling trucks during overnight hours. 3. As we were there in January, it was chilly outside and we found that the living room wall unit did not do a great job at keeping the apartment from feeling cold.

“i recommend this apartment!”
eric vokel is so nice apartment! i stayed for 5 days with my family. this apartment is big and clean. there is everything that you need. u can use laundry machine, dish washer, and kitchen. there is a market(mercadona) near the apartment, so u can buy some foods easily. also reception is very nice and kind, they are very helpful! so if i go to barcelona again, i will stay this apartment again. everything is good, but sound proof is not good. so if you are sensitive, u should think one more time.

“The best boutique apartment in barcelona”
It was amazing to stay here, spacious, close to restaurant, and pretty close to sagrada familia. And really amazing automatic check in system. Really loved it! Will going to this place again when im in barcelona

“Good Experience but facility need to be improved”
It was nice to stay for our family, especially budget is reasonable. However, some of facilities are out of order, need to improved. Location is good, it is very near metro and Sagrada Familie etc... But little bit far from major tour spots.

The venue was great, with the train station just round the corner. Apartment was also very clean and well-maintained. Only flaw was that the heater was not working and the apartment was a little cold on some nights.
