“Just a night only”
The place is really close to the shopping area and metro but the room is too small. The toilet smells really bad and we could not feel our privacy at all. We could hear people talking next to our room. The staff is not really helpful but a night before your flight or another city would be just fine.

“Value for money ”
We arrived 30mins early before the check-in time and waited for another hour late for our room to get cleaned. The hostel room is a bit small. There’s only few space for the luggages good thing we only have few small luggages. We stayed for 5nights and it’s worth the price. Location is few meters away from subway and from myeongdong market. It’s 3flr without elevator and the ceiling is little low for tall people.

“Dirty Place, not recommended”
We decided to change our accommodation on the 2nd day because the place was VERY DIRTY. There were food wrappers under the bed, the hair dryer was filled with dust and the bedsheet were yellowish. Was told to put our trash bin out for the staff to clear but it wasn’t clear when we were back. Staff was not friendly too.

“Dusty Rooms but good location”

“Few walks away from Myeongdong!”
Very good location and worth the money as it was really a reasonable price for a night. But there was a very heavy smoke smell coming in to the room from the bathroom, mind that if you're going to stay here.

“Appreciate a cleaner room”
The only good thing I can say is that the location is superb. It is in between Myeong-dong station and Chungmuro station. Also, I think it was helpful that they allowed me to enter the premises by providing me the codes for my room and for the main door. However, my room is not as clean as I expect it to be. There is still a dirty towel on the bathroom. No lights on the bathroom as well. The sheet covers are not clean. The floor looks like it wasn't mop for days. Not to forget that the bathroom door on my room was broken. Good thing that my friend wasn't able to come, if then, I don't know how to do it. I informed the staff right away on the issue. I think they really need to work on the cleanliness. I know the price of the place is not very expensive but on my first time in Korea it was same rate but better in terms of cleanliness and facilities. Unfortunately, that one was fully booked on my travel dates.

“Good Location but Untidy Room”
We are a group of 4, and we booked the Private Room with bathroom. The room size is okay. However, the room was untidy. We stayed here for 7 nights, and the staff only swept the floor in our room once during our stay (and they only did this the second time we asked them to clean, they didn't clean during the first time). The pantry is okay but we were frustrated with the refrigerator was turned off and very dirty with foul smell. So we couldn't use it for our food and drinks bought from Emart. Despite the bad things, we were happy about the convenient location. It's just a few minutes walk from Myeongdong Night Market, and about 3-5mins walk from Myeongdong station Exit 10, so transportation was just a breeze. The staff were okay too, but hope they'll improve on cleanliness and the facilities.

“Small but great location”
Great location, 5 mins walk to Myengdong station exit 10. Room was comfortable for the price you pay. Only small towels available so bring your own. Could have been a bit cleaner and the air con started dripping water in the middle of the night and I had to put a container under it. No breakfast or coffee available at hotel but not really an issue as there are many places you can get food nearby.

“Cheap and good but can be improved”
Pros: *Cheap *Good location, very near to Myeondong Station. *near to convenient store. *near to Myeondong Street. Cons: *No iron. *no lift, the stairs quite steep. *there are towels but it's like face towel. So, better bring your own towels. *no cleaning service, probably because it is a hostel. *cleanliness can be improved. I can find rubbish behind my bed.

“A place to sleep. Maintenance needed. ”
We had 3 + 2 nights stay here. There are 3 floors of rooms available. Given first floor room on first 3 nights, which is not a very pleasant stay due to very small size of room (unlike the display picture) where our luggages can hardly fit and spare us space to walk in the room. Air ventilation is an issue for the room as the toilet air suction is very weak and window of room is facing a workshop which allow "burned plastic smell" to flow in if windows are opened. Location is good, 10mins walking distance to subway station and myeongdong shopping street, safe and peaceful to sleep. Staff are helpful and friendly, able to speak chinese, english. Breakfast no longer provided but pantry is available. Overall, suggest to take second/third floor for a bigger rooms as displayed but have to afford climbing the staircase.

“Value for money”
If you’re looking for an affordable place, I’d recommend this place. Their sheets are clean. However, they only offer instant noodles for breakfast. Cereals were made available only on the last day. Good thing we were given coffee by the staff on our first day, but they don’t usually offer this so you buy your own coffee. The bidet in our t/b doesn’t work but our friends’ rooms don’t have that problem. You have to bring your own towel because they’ll only give you face towels. As to location, you can walk going to Myeongdong Station and this place is also close to shopping centers. Overall, 6/9 :-)

Pro: Very good location - just 2 blocks away from Myeong-dong shopping street Cons: The room is ridiculously small No one to help you carry your luggage-we carried our luggage to the 3rd floor The bathroom stinks and has molds all over The room is untidy as well To borrow an extension socket you would need to deposit 10000 KRW and pay 10000 KRW to rent it -however we were unable to get our deposit because no one is in the front desk The front desk staff work hrs is from 1pm to 11pm only The staff does not understand english The toilet was clogged one night Overall- the experience was horrible

“Poor cleanliness, very very small room”
No room service but just add new towel only. Dust everywhere in the room. Dirty blanket and pillows. Too small room, no space to open the luggage inside the room. No lift and need to carry the luggage to third floor by ourselves.

“The place was okay, stayed here for the strategic location”
The room was cramped and there was not much space to move around. I guess you get what you pay for. The location was great though, as it is near Myeong-dong station.

“Highly not recommended”
Although the hostel is very conveniently located near Exit 10 of the Myeongdong station, this was the worst accommodation I've come across in Seoul so far (and I've been to Korea for no less than 5 times). The rooms (I stayed in Room 102 during the first part of my trip and Room 301 during the second part) were not satisfactorily clean (I actually saw hair on the bed), plus there was bad smell in the lobby AND Room 301. There was no lift (granted I didn't expect there to be a lift, but perhaps to have at least some sort of system to bring heavy luggage up to the upper levels, but there was nothing like that) too. The worst thing was when the staff saw me having difficulty lugging my luggage up the stairs, she simply asked me which room I was staying in, and said that I could check in the next day. Did not offer any help. My trip would have been perfect, if not for the stay in the hostel.

“Bad cleanliness and smells ”
I have to agree location wise is good but the hygiene of the hostel is poor and I wasn’t given a proper bedsheet and there’s even visible threats of hair that the previous traveler stays. The bathroom has fungus growing and overall, the management should take the initials to maintain and upkeep your rooms to ensure your guest are comfortable. Also, I have cobweb on top of the ceiling. Is really upsetting and dissapointing that I have to check out the next day although I booked 7 nights. Instead, I only can stand for one night.

“Location near transport terminals ”
We stayed for 6 nights. Pros: -Location is very near to transport terminals, subways and myeongdong shopping street. The room has its own hot and cold water -Toilet has bidet and seat warmer -hostel staff can understand and speak english -we landed Incheon at 2am, the hostel staff gave the passwords so we can check in without hassle Cons: -Hostel room is not that clean, a lot of trash/receipts are under our bed, dust are all over. -the hostel smells old, our room are smelly when we arrived, the smell lasted for two days but i think its gone by the following days (or maybe I’m immune already) -our room is located in the 2nd floor, no elevator. Good luck on your huge luggages -room is quite small so no area to mound if you have a lot of stuff with you -it says that breakfast is included but we never had a chance to have breakfast because they only offer cereals and milk is always empty. You cannot report this to staff because they usually come in around 1:30 in the afternoon. Overall our stay is just ok (for me that is not so nit-picky)

“Close to subway station, helpful staff but room is quite dusty”
There are restrictions to follow, no food allow to eat in the room. But there is no chopsticks or forks and only 1 spoon in the kitchen. But no sign for No making loud noise and respectful to other. Late at night the room with 3-4 people they were drinking, talking and laughing so loud and the room is not sound proved.

“It's a nice property to stay with the benefits we got. ”
Positives: * it's close to Namdaemun market and Myeongdong night market so close. Just take a walk. * it's close to the Airport bus shuttle. * it's close to the Myeongdong subway station. * the room is perfect. It has the water dispenser #hotAndCold, bathroom with exhauster, hot and cold tap water, toilet bowl has Electric stuff and warm #weStayedAtWinter and the floor is not cold (we experienced one property in Hongdae with cold floor while the other property has warmest floor. Du Temps just fine. Negatives: The smell of the receiption area wasn't good. It's pretty far from incheon Airport #aboutMoreThanAnHour but it could be managed well.

“すごく良い”
Excellent location for tourist like namsan cable car, myeong dong market and subway station. For me, our room for 4 is good, we have enough space for our luggage. Our bathroom is a little bit old but ok. Overall, I would recommend this hostel especially for budget traveller. Staff are nice they allow us to stay even though we came at the hote late night and askes us to pay the next day.

Staff was helpful, able to speak Korean, chinese and a bit of english. Allowed us to leave our luggage at the lobby before check in time - 2pm. Simple breakfast, water dispenser and basic toiletries were available (Shampoo and body wash). Around 5-10 minutes walk to Myeongdong station, exit 10. Airport limousine stops at Sejong Hotel, 10 minutes walk away from the hostel. However the rooms was small and there was limited housekeeping. We had to clear our rubbish ourselves. Towels were small and had strands of hair (we brought our own toiletries and bedsheets / blanket because we were more sensitive. Refrigerator is shared but has an odour. Elevators are not available Overall, the 3 storey-tall hostel is more suited to non-fussy budget travellers.

“Good location but super small room”
Good location which is near to Myeong Dong. Staffs are friendly. Room is super small (we thought the room size is not too small because they provide water dispenser in the room). After few days staying, there is redness & itchy on skin. Maybe the bed/blanket is not so clean?

“Just okay.”
Overall stay is okay. The location is convenient and very near Myeongdong. The only problem is they did not allow early check-in which we have to wait til 2pm to enter our room. Also, Agoda package said that breakfast is included however, no breakfast was served. Staff is nice but the language barrier is real, we had to google translate so she can understand what we were saying.

“Disappointment on the room and facilities”
We have stayed in this Hostel for 4 days 3 nights and we were really disappointed with size of the room, services and their cleanliness although location of this Hostel is good as its near to the subway stations as well as near to shopping area. Our unsatisfactory comments are: 1. The hostel is a 3 storey building and there is no elevator available. We had a tough time to move much heavy luggage to the 2nd floor. The lady receptionist could not help much except advising us to leave our luggage downstair . There was 2 separate occasions we have to assist two ladies to move their heavy luggage down from the narrow staircase; 2. The staircase is rather dark and one of the light bulb has fused. They take no action to replace it even we had notified the receptionist; 3. The room is exceptionly small with 1 double bed and 1 batch room left practically no space for us to put our luggages and no proper place for us to hang our towel and clothes; 4. There was no room service or cleaning..

“Did not meet expectation.”
We're couple and we stayed for 3nights and 4days. The staff waited for the check in time which is 2pm but we were at the hotel by 7am and they allowed to drop our baggage. The package includes breakfast but we found nothing. The place is near Myeongdong station, you just have to walk 300-500meters. It's okay for couple with small luggage as the room is small but if you have big luggage you will be cramped. Overall stay it's 2 out of 5

Super nice staff qnd knows english very well. Super accompdating. The room is super nice and clean. The only con about this place is the stairs. Uf you have big luggage it would be difficult to go up 3 floors. But over all it was a nice stay and will be staying here again if i go back so seoul :)

“Very disappointed! Room is super small.”
I stay there during my first time travel to Korea. The room is consider big and at first floor. After 1 month i go again Korea and book the same hostel.During booking, i have request room at ground floor/1st floor as I know there is no lift at the hotel. After few days, I received confirmation email from hostel saying my request had been approved.When i reached there, the reception inform my floor was in 2nd floor and the room size is big difference compared to previous room, super small. No enough spaces for my two big luggage. When my luggage just put there, it's difficult for us to walk too. I have inform reception I got special request for the room and it's had been approved, they say "Sorry, we forgot to arrange your request". Totally spoilt my mood! Will not book the same hostel again if travel to Seoul.

“Good location but Messy facilities”
Pros : 1. The location is perfect. Walking distance from myeongdong, near bus stop and subway myeongdong station 2. Met 4 staff/recepcionist 2 of them are accomodating. They allowed us to stayed and eat in their kitchen even after we checked out. 3. The room assigned to us was ok its kinda big and spacious compare to other rooms. 4. We have water dispenser in our room. Cons : 1. We told them that we will arrive early in the morning 7am to 8am. They assured us that we can leave our baggage since check in time is 2pm. But when we arrived in the hostel no one was there for us to open the door (thanks to the taxi driver waiting infront of the hostel for helping us) 2. Messy. They dont do a housekeeping. They dont collect the garbage even if its already full. 3. My sister brought and forgot the cereal in our room (not intended to eat there) when we got back someone put a pin in her food. 4. Limited breakfast. No stock most of the time. We've only have our bfast once.

About the domestic garbage, our guests will classify the garbage or we will clean it after telling the reception desk. If didn't inform our staff of clean up the bin in room, we won't be get in your room during your stay. We hope it won't inconvenience you too much. Our breakfast time from 7:00am to 10:00am everyday and please let us know if you couldn't have it during the breakfast time and our staff would love to fill up for you. Really feel so sorry about you didn't enjoy our breakfast here everyday. We will try our best to giving you a better stay in our hostel next time. We all look forward to seeing you again

“small room ”
the room was too small and dirty, location oke near myeondong station, we asked for room cleaning, but they didnt do , just throw the trash for us

“The room is small but is worthy for this money. Another room that we stayed is smelly.”
Pros: walkable distance to myeong dong mrt and shopping area. Have water fountain and hair dyer in each room Have weighting scale for luggage Cons The size of the room is too small Some room is smelly. (Depend on ur luck) Some room is quite dirty.

“Simple and Nice”
It is very convenient to go around in Seoul as it is located at exit 10, Myeongdong station. You can easily access to go anywhere in Seoul by metro station. The room is small but simple and nice. Good enough for backpacker and easy travelers. However, the breakfast provided is limited and no option. Only cereals and milk. Sometimes the milk is just out of stock without staff refilling it.

“許容”
Room space and location were not bad. Staff is ok. But the hygiene was unacceptable . There's no bedsheet. Blankets are dirty. There are lots of hair on bed. The bathroom was dirty.!!! Not worth paying.

“It was not bad and comfortable”
All of things are fine accept cleaning. Even though they clean up the room, it is not perfect and dirty at specially Bed. All staffs were so friendly and kind. But the price was quite valuable. I recommend this accommodation. It is Chinese Hostel.

I was given a small room not as what picture shown. We cant move around in the room. But the location was good. Walking distance to myeondong centre.
