“5mins walk to myeongdong train station and near shopping district”
place is clean and worth our money, we stayed there last feb 2020.. they also included our free breakfast.. cereals and milk.. i suggest to put up a public toilet inside the premises, for everyone who already checkout and coming back for their bags they left

“Room and toilet not clean”
No one at check in desk. So you need to wait for him to be available on the frontdesk. We booked two single beds but they provided double bed. After requested, they provide us two singles beds. The toilet is worst. Dirty and air ventilation is not that good. Overall, you pay for what you get.

We waited for 2 hours before the receptionist arrived. They don’t clean the rooms and they don’t collect trashes daily.

“Disappointed”
We came to this hotel in 2018 and we were very satisfied but when I came back again everything changed from the owner to the service. We arrived at the hotel from 10am and received information about the room but at 3pm we came back to check in, the hotel staff took our room for another person and asked us to go to another hotel. temporary 1 night. We are very disappointed in the service of this hotel. We will never go back to the hotel for later. Moreover current hotel room is old and not clean, breakfast nothing but milk.

“Value for money”
Location - a 3-5 minutes away from the Myeongdong shopping area, Airport Limousine Bus terminal and train station. There are nearby convenient stores (7-11, CU) and variety of restaurants and fast food stores. Simple breakfast is okay.

“24 Guesthouse Namsan Fair Price”
Cheap, value for money is good... Staff is very accomodating, although not good in english but good in service... 5-10 mins from Miyondong Shopping area, a bit stiff uphill going to the guest house but a little exercise only...

“The rating is misleading”
I booked the room as I saw the rating was good. However, the location is bit far from main road. Difficult to reach especially if you carrying a big luggage. Upon arrival we were greet by friendly guy and quite helpful. Our room air conditioned didn't work. We have to request to change room. After get a new room we found another problem. The toiler sink was leaking, so whenever we washed our hand or brushed our teeth, the water will flow directly to the floor and wet our feet. The towels was horribly. You better bring your own towels. Breakfast part: Compared to previous hostel we stayed, the breakfast was beyond what we expected. They only provide slice of bread and coffee. We not even allowed to toast the bread. While other hostels provided instant noodle, free eggs and so on. So again, I think the rating is very misleading.

“Good location and friendly host”
The place is 5 mins away from Myeongdong station and bus stations. The room is clean and the host is very friendly and has been great help. The guesthouse receive delivery goods in advance and you can check in early without costing any other fee. However, the room is too small and the air conditioner is noisy.

Not recommended if you are with a senior citizen since the in is located on a 'hill'. Walking up to the inn (pushing the wheel chair) might be difficult ...

“Great location but the rooms're old”
I've been here once for 2 years ago and had a great experience here but this time the rooms are old and stuffy as well as the air-con in my room automatically turn off by itself. Anyway the location is excellent, it just opposites Myeongdong street and have nearby minimarts

“Not worth with the price”
First, I booked a double room for one person. However, when check in they insist want to give me a twin room (which 2 single beds) and they told me the double room cost higher. After that, I show them the room I see and booked based on the website is a double room, so they no choice and arrange the room for me. Unfortunately, when I was go into the room, it was a bit dirty and I feel like it was no clean for sometimes. As I’m rushing to go somewhere, so I just put my luggage then go out. After bk to the guesthouse at night, I just realise that the air con is terrible and the sounds very loud till I can’t sleep for the whole night. I wanna look for the receptionist but always nobody around if you need anything. Breakfast can forget it cause it just white bread that’s all. Besides, their cleanliness is very terrible, I stay for 5 nights and nobody clean the room at all. Anyway, I really disappointed with this guesthouse as I’m curious why their rate can get quite high. Totally not worth.

“Dirty room and toilet, unfriendly staff”
We arrived with no one at the reception and had to wait for 30mins to be checked in. Same goes to when we wanted to check out. Irresponsible receptionist always not at the desk even during peak hours. Rooms were dirty and toilet mouldy. Cleaner worker came barging into our room dispite knowing its already occupied! Doesn't seem to change the sheets after previous tenants. Dirty blanket covers gave me rashes! Overall very dissatisfied.

“EXCELLENT LOCATION”
Location is at Namsan / Myeongdong. It's a 3 minute walk from Myeongdong Station Exit 4. And a very near the shopping area. You just have to message the guesthouse if you're checking in late coz the reception is only until 11PM. And oh! There's another 24 Guesthouse Namsan in the area but called 24 Guesthouse Namsan Garden I think. You might get confused.

“24 Guesthouse Namsan”
I had a great experience in his guesthouse. Met new friends and felt really taken care of. The location is near the metro, just across Myeongdong. A good area to walk in the morning as it is a bit uphill. Will definitely stay here again once I get back to Seoul. See you again Richard, Ace, Newt and Da young.

Uphill so be ready to walk a lot. 5-10 minutes away from Myeongdong. Under the bed was dusty. It was decent for a night's stay though.

“Overall is OK but Don't expect daily clean up, ”
Pro : near to myeongdong shopping street, convenience store is located just stone throw distance, we have own toilet but the glass door is see through eventhough they stick some kind of paper to blur it. Cons : there is no daily cleaning but it stated in the facilities (not even the trash ), security level is low ( on the last night we found out our stuff was moved pretty sure someone has comes in our room. If is the cleaner is even worst, not even helping with clearing the trash, so recommended all the valuable item please stow inside luggage and lock it.

“Very near to myeongdong train station.”
Consider valuable with a very small room. Walk distance to night market.A suitable stay location for us who joining the local tour because the tour bus waiting point is nearby.The receptionist is friendly.

“Great location but a little bit hill”
The location is great! Near from namsan cable car and we just need to walk for a minute to go there. Also near from myeongdong street but the way to go there is a little up hill, for me it’s okay for walking more in seoul :)

“Pros and cons of staying here <3”
The room smaller than what I’ve imagined based on the pic alone. Room service not on daily basis. The guesthouse is on an uphill location. The shower room is small with no lock (can’t even close it properly and have small gaps) But, the owner and staff are helpful, friendly, multilingual. The guesthouse nearby Myeongdong market, so you can go there anytime you want, and of course nearby subway station as well. For Muslim traveller, there’s few options of Halal restaurant nearby guesthouse as well (but pricey ofc). Overall, the guesthouse is OK for those who doesn’t mind to walk a lot, but definitely not suitable for elders, or those with knees problems.

“すごく良い”
Location was good. Near Meyongdong shopping street and few steps away to Namsan Cable Car. Downside is i requested for 3 single beds, They replied and said Okay but when we get there we were only provide with 2 beds (single and double). So I askes the gut from the reception. He said the reply was an auto, intold him no and and he still insisted until i showed him the reply email. And then he said the staff who replied to my email was a new employee🙄

Pros: Walking distance to N. Tower cable car, with laundry facilities Cons: Not advisable if you're travelling with young kids since you'll need a bigger room. The guesthouse is also in an uphill area so it was more difficult when you're using a stroller. Cleanliness of the bathroom can still be improved.

“okay”
Room was small. Not enough space to put and open your luggages, or you can do it on your bed. Hairdryer and the table were dusty. Bathroom was not too clean. Had to pay deposit for 1 small adaptor for 5dollars. Breakfast was okay but very crowded. Not relaxing in the morning as it is noisy and kitchen space is not enough for all guests. Good location though and staff were nice and accommodating.

what is posted in the website is very deceiving. u have to cook your own breakfast(starts at 8am which is not stated), clean your own room, have to climb up to reach the place while carrying your luggage ( which should be forewarn).

“Feel at home”
Such a comfy place to stay in Seoul for more than a week. Feels like I was just staying in my own place surrounded by different restaurants, shops and close to everything you need and places to visit with in Seoul. Staffs are very accommodating. I would definitely come back again when I visit Korea anytime soon.

“Excellent service , Excelente servició 😊 ”
A very pleasant and warm place to stay. the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were warm while outside it’s was very cold. The location is perfect! just walk🚶🏼♀️ up hill for a ride on the cable car 🚠 to get to the N tower, or just go down hill to the shopping area like Myeong-dong market and Namdaemun market The metro station is very close by just get out on exit 3. Great place to explore Seoul from. I highly recommend for locals and foreigners. I will totally come back to 24 guesthouse again on my next visit to Seoul. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Spanish Un lugar muy agradable y cálido para quedarse. El personal era muy amable y servicial. Las habitaciones eran cálidas, mientras que afuera, hacía mucho frío. La ubicación es perfecta! Simplemente camine cuesta arriba en un teleférico para llegar a la torre N, o simplemente vaya cuesta abajo a la zona comercial como el mercado de Myeong-dong y el mercado de Namdaemun. La estación de metro está muy cerca. en la salida 3. Gran lugar para explorar Seúl desde. Lo recomiendo para locales y extranjeros. Volveré totalmente a la casa de huéspedes 24 nuevamente en mi próxima visita a Seúl. Gracias por una estancia maravillosa.

“Accessible”
Pros: -Very near the subway Exits 2 and 3, 3 minutes away -Myeongdong Shopping Street is 5 minutes away -walking distance to NSeoul Tower cable car -The staffs are accommodating if you approach them -I love the unlimited free breakfast (Oh I love the free egg! 😂) -Near the convenient stores -You can eat in the kitchen with your own food anytime you want -The view from the rooftop is daebak! You can see NSeoul Tower from there -You can leave your luggages in the reception area after checking out (they are so nice and not strict about this) Cons: -Going home to this guesthouse is a bit steep (But it's fine with me. It's not that steep compare to other's review.)

“Excellent choice of accommodation”
Room though was small but has the perfect location. Walking distance to N Seoul Tower, has grocery just in front, simple toast for breakfast. Can refill water in the reception area. Staffs are very friendly and waited for me until 3am for my check in. Very good choice!

“Good Location”
The guesthouse is very near to Myeongdong Station and Myeongdong Shopping Street. We made our own breakfast which is bread, butter, jam, egg, cereal, milk, orange juice and coffee. We stayed there for 5 days and there is no cleaning during our stay. We have to get clean towels and toilet paper from the reception. We can use the laundry facility.

“3RD TIME & STILL THE BEST”
It's our 3rd time here & still the experience is excellent! Mr. Ethan allowed us for an early check in & didn't ask for any additional fees. Thank you so much & in our future Korea trips we will surely book again here. The guesthouse is very accessible & close to myeongdong! Highly recommended! 10/10 rating!

“Room a little bit cramp”
We stay at triple room. Ot was so cramp. The toilet just is not so big. The best part is because the hotel is in myeongdong area and near subway. Convenient store also just nearby.

“Excellent stay ”
We're stayed almost 7 night there, which easy access to many accommodation, near by GS25 Mart and definitely come back.
