“初めてカンナムに泊まりました”

部屋にトイレとシャワーがついてる部屋で、時間をあまり気にせず過ごせてよかったです。ドライヤーがあって洗面台も広くてよかったです！タオルも貸してもらえました。

江南のみの観光なら便利な立地だと思いますが、ハンガンより上によく観光に行くなら乗換えが遠いな。と感じました。 でもオーナーさんがとても親切で良くしてくれました。

“フレンドリーなオーナーと清潔なゲストハウス”

部屋は寝るだけの広さしかなくコンパクトですが、ゲストハウス全体は清潔。オーナーがとっても親切で親身に相談に乗ってくれる。朝食はパンと卵とコーヒー。トイレとシャワーは共用だけど、2つあるので、そんなに順番は待たない。ただ…泊まった季節は夏だったので、1階の部屋の窓を開けていたら蚊が入ってきて大変だった。窓を閉めてもどこから入ってきて、その夜は蚊との格闘になってしまった。あとから来る友人に日本式のベーブを持参してもらったらピタッと止まった。蚊さえ入ってこなければ快適なゲストハウス。

韓国語をまともに話せない私にとって、不安がなくなり、束の間でしたが、家族のように接してもらえました。部屋も落ち着きがあり、ずっといたくなるような感じでした。

The owner is friendly, helpfull n kind. He can speak english. House is clean n room is private. Very reasonable price. And close to Kangnam and other shopping.

The host is really friendly and helpful. He speaks (for Korean terms) really good English. It’s a nice ‘coming home’ with the dog and the cat. Rooms are a bit small, And it’s a bit loudly. You can use everything in the kitchen. You can cook your own breakfast/ dinner. But host will make you toast bread with egg and coffee if you want. And he even did my laundry. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Kukkiwon, where they had a taekwondo demonstration show. Very good and nice experience. And it’s a 10 minute walk to the big shopping streets of Gangnam. Subway is also a 5 minute walk. I recommend this guesthouse!!

When I couldn't find the guesthouse, after calling them, the owner came to pick me up and take me there.

The host is really nice. We arrive very late that night, but the host waited for us until 12. And the location is good, near the bus stop and metro station.

The room is good and cleans. the location is a little bit far from MRT but near the bus stop to incheon and from incheon. There's many restaurant around the street.

The staff was friendly and helped me keeping my concert ticket. The location is quiet but not far from main streets and metro stations. The single room for male guest is not good enough: shower room is too cold in winter.

I recommended this guesthouse for those who solo traveling or group. Great location near subway & convenience store and strategy to go to anywhere. Clean bedroom & bathroom, complete facilities like a home. Having small talk at night & during the breakfast time with the owner mr. Lee was a great time. He is very friendly and helpful. Even I got strawberry for freeeee :)

“Higher Expective of Mine”

I select this place for my 2 nights staying in Seoul with not much time to consider because I had just got notice that my booking since July was not confirmed and I do need to redo my booking by my own @ 4pm. on my check-in date! Not expect that this kind of problem will be occurred with me. Without notice I go the the wrong place coz there is another guesthouse with similar name there. Ultimately I had arrived the correct place 9pm., at my first sight, this place looks nice with warm welcome owner/ manager (who can speak English well), the room+bed+blanket+pillow looks clean BUT THERE IS NO PRIVATE BATHROOM! In front of my room is public area, where the owner/ manager and some guests are talking outside until almost midnight which makes me feel uncomfortable coz I would like to be up early in the morning. Notice that the room-rate will be with breakfast but seems my two days living in this place, there is no breakfast served or even asking from the owner/ manager. Ultimately on my last day in Seoul, I do need a taxi so asked the owner/ manager to make taxi reservation. I do need to go to airport limo. bus-stop but the answer is "I am afraid they will not come because it is really near to the location. I suggest you to go out to the street outside to call taxi. So I had to carry two big luggage and walk to the main road by my feet! Seems the previous review that I had ever read from previous guest is not correct!!

I was in Seoul for a budget trip here and there so wasn't in the room much to be honest. I can say this: 1) the staff spoke sufficient english to help you with the little things you may need 2) the rooms were clean and doable (we just needed a place to sleep and dump our things anyway) 3) it was pretty hard to find and probably a 10-20 mins walk to the nearest metro station, depending on how fast you walk lolz Aside from that, no big complains honestly. An okay place if tou just need a place to crash and dump your things. Plus its in Gangnam lolz

I loved my stay here! A great price for expensive Gangnam, and a quiet, safe location not too far from the subway. Simple toast and amazing coffee in the morning was a welcome breakfast. Very simple and clean room--the bed was hard as is popular in Korea, but I slept very well.

門口好難搵，地點也有點難搵。 園內也沒有什麼休憩空間，但作為這個價錢的酒店，員工敬業，早餐用心親手一個一個煮，咖啡沖埋放到你面前，房間有空仲免費upgrade我。我出門口，仲送埋我出大街。太窩心了～

以價錢來說就是很不錯,但我們住的3人房間設備太簡單,連垃圾桶,鏡子及紙巾都無,排衣服的地方都無. 浴室很大,但沒有放衣服的地方,只可以放在廁所板上面,很易弄濕;花洒水溫不穩定,風筒亦時有時無. 屋主有一隻小狗很可愛.

처음 들어섰을때 거실에 여자들이 다 모여서 떠들고 있어서 당황스러웠습니다.. 성형한 중국인들이 머물다가 예뻐져서 나가는 곳 같습니다...저는 모르고 갔던터라 당황스러웠지만 시간되니 다들 방으로 들어가서 시끄럽지는 않았습니다. 하지만 제 방에 늦게 도착한 중국인 여성분이 밤새 잠을 자지않고 불을 켜둬서 불쾌했습니다. 짐정리하고 끌줄 알았는데 한두시간 자다가 깨도 계속 켜둠..? 개인적으로 개념 없어보임...... 주인분은 좋으셨습니다.

강남역 바로 근처 위치라서 이동할때 매우 좋았어요 . 하지만 욕실은 일반 가정집처럼 생겨서 욕실 컨디션 중요하신 분들은 고려하셔야 할것 같습니다. 장기 숙박하는 중국인 관광객들이 있어서 조금 당황했네요. ㅎㅎ

왠만하면 후기이런거 잘안쓰는데정말악몽같았던하루여서 후기남깁니다. 도미토리를예약했는데단체손님이오셨는지 1인실로업그레이드해주셨어요 근데방음이정말안되는데옆방에 손님이가족인거같았는데갓난애기울음소리도들리고ᆢ아저씨가코를정말심하게골더라구요 이런거에그렇게예민하지않은편인데 침대가울릴정도라고해야하나 귀에이어폰을꼽고 큰소리로음악을듣는데도불구하고정말ᆢ 악몽같은하룻밤이였습니다. 물론뭐옆방손님ᆢ복불복이죠 근데방음이너무안되는거같아요~애기우는소리에코고는소리에ᆢ 정말너무힘든하룻밤이었습니다

정말 좋았습니다! 주인분도 너무 친절하셨고, 시끄럽지 않고, 편안했고, 불편함없이 2박 잘하고 왔습니다-

깔끔하지만 방음은 잘 되지 않는 편이었습니다. 하지만 주택가에 위치한만큼 밤에는 조용하고 좋았어요. 서비스도 좋았습니다.

가격대비 정말 깔끔하고 괜찮았습니다. 저는 4인실 예약하고 갔는데 전용 욕실 및 큰 파우더룸이 있었으며 침대 또한 싱글침대였고 제가 침구류에 민감한데 깨끗한 화이트라 안심하고 지냈습니다. 주변 다른 게스트하우스를 검색해보면 비슷한 시설에 보통 30,000이 넘던데 저렴한 가격에 좋은 서비스를 받고 와서 기분이 좋습니다. 번창하세요.

很溫馨的民宿。房間設施較為基本但是應該有的都有，還有個戶外小庭院和可愛的貓貓狗狗。 位置離驛三站不遠，只是是上下坡，拖著行李走會有點辛苦。從驛三站要走4號或5號出口才有電梯可以搭。附近有便利商店和其他店家餐廳，也可以直接步行至更熱鬧的江南站。 老闆人很好，通英文跟日文，我們最後一天趕著去機場還特地載我們到九號線上的車站直接坐快車去機場，真的很感謝他。 下次有需要住江南地區的話還是會想住在這裡。

地點普通，房內浴室有異味，是附近價格最具競爭力的，但如果非住附近不可，很難算是好選擇。

這次自己一個人自由行，想有不同的住宿體驗，認識不同的朋友，房東是很熱心的大哥，愛聊天，英文、日文皆可通，還會做早餐給房客們吃，房間不大但很乾淨，很晚回來，大哥還會等門。唯一美中不足的地方是地點有一點偏僻，公司行號多，早上還好，晚上那一帶沒什麼人，單身一人要注意一點，但大致安全無虞。往返演唱會場很方便，下次去還會再考慮去住唷。
