“快適なホテルでした。”
サービスは良く、ロケーションもよかった。価格は思ったより高く、ｋａｌホテルの格の高さからくる価格設定だと思います。結果としては、部屋は清潔で、快適ですが、少々設備が古く、特にバスルームに関しては古さを感じました。でも、清潔で、湯量も豊富で、使用に関しての不便は感じません。

“気持ちよく滞在できました。”
親切、交通の便がよい。１歳の子供をつれて家族旅行でした。ダブルベットの部屋を取っていたのですが、落ちると大変だから、と床に敷く布団を貸してくれました。 若干年期が入っているようではありますが、部屋は清潔で、気持ちよく滞在できました。 カルビを食べに行きたいと相談して紹介してもらったお肉やさんもよかったです。 空港からは500番バスで20分くらい1000ウォン、帰りはタクシーに乗りましたが15分くらいで4000ウォンでした。交通も便利です。観光地の中では、「三姓穴」がすぐ近くでした。 済州島でリゾート気分を味わいたい方は、海沿いのリゾートホテルに泊まられることをおすすめします。

“とても満足致しました。”
スタッフの対応がよく、ほとんど日本語が通じるスタッフでした。8/31～9/1で2泊致しました。 スタッフの皆さんが対応がよく、日本語でほとんどＯＫです。 規模は小さいですが、カジノもあります。 また泊まりたいホテルの一つです。

“普通のホテル”
接客はよかった部屋は普通のビジネスホテルといった感じ。寝るだけであれば何も問題はないと思います。ホテルには一通りのものはありますのでホテルライフのみでも問題ないと思います。

“周囲の建物と比較すると目立つしロビーも綺麗だが、部屋の内部は年数相当”
スタッフの対応は丁寧室内にインターネット装備がない。徒歩圏内に飲食出来るお店等は少ない。建物管理はロビー等はきちんとされているが、室内や室内装飾はイマイチ。

“また泊まりたいHOTEL”
スタッフの対応が温かみがあって素晴らしい特に無いですが部屋がもう少し広いと快適ですこのHOTELの女性スタッフは実にきめ細かく対応をしてくれる 一人はコンシェルジェの女性 この人は日本語を少し話すが英語でいろいろな質問に対応してくれた もう一人はメガネをかけた女性（コンシェルジェか？）この人はこちらがHotelで販売の商品について苦情を言ったところ実に気持ちよく対応してくれた Housekeeperの女性も家内が部屋で落とした指輪を拾って置いてくれた

“済州KALホテル”
清潔、水が地下水で冷たくてきれいなので驚いた。従業員の接客も親切で丁寧だった。町の中心部にあり便利。ホテルで、観光について従業員に質問したところ的確な回答をえられた。日本語も通じるし、タクシーや観光の手配なども親切に対応してくれた。非常に気持ちがよかった。

“everybody in Jeju knows Jeju KAL”
You are always safe to stay there. Very traditional hotel and well-known by every Jeju people and taxi drivers. In walking distance to the harbour and to Jeju city hall, where people gather in the evenings. Although the hotel has some years on its back it is in perfect shape - very solid and very well maintained - pleasant experience. And there is a good swimming pool and sauna as well as gym in house. The Skybar unfortunately was closed last time due to Covid restrictions, but when open recommended to see.

“Good location, clean, and value”
The place is a very central location in Jeju city for exploring the city. Relatively older facility but maintained very well with a clean room and good amenities. The buffet breakfast was our favorite.

“good hotel but beware”
I searched for a breakfast included hotel with a pool and while the hotel does nominally fall into both of those categories the pool is extra behind a pay per entry fitness center and the breakfasts are not included with all rooms. so be careful if those are the services you are looking for

“A classic but dated”
This is a hotel of choice long time ago. Located at old city center. Walking distance to markets and local sight seeing places. Facilities are dated.

Always one of my first choices in Jeju City - stable good quality, well maintained and professionally managed, good facilities with (indoor) pool, sauna, gym. Sky Lounge was closed this time due to Covid19 - accepted.

“Best place for exploring Jeju downtown area”
I would not have stayed at this hotel if it was not the location. This property has been renovated but it is still out of date. The bathroom really needed some touches and my room was also small. However, the KAL hotel in Jeju is a great place to stay as you can walk to Dongmun & Seomun market, the noodle alley and more.

There is fee for using swimming pool and fitness and spa While most hotels dont charge hotel guests If facilities are charged there are cheaper options or better cost friendly hotel which has free facilty use

“Can not really be called a 5* hotel”
I do not think this hotel can be called a 5* hotel. I stayed 4 nights in the hotel during off peak season in Feb 2020. On to the good part first - 1) Room was decent 2) Concierge was generally helpful Rest Of the exp, not quite positive 1) Unfortunately I arrived earlier to the hotel since I had the overnight flight and requested early checkin. The reception staff was quite rude and even though many rooms were free he did not allow me early check-In. He asked me to pay for 1 full day if I want to 2) Room lacked basic toiletries like toothpaste and brush and expects you to purchase the same. Seriously this in a 5* hotel? 3) The gym and swimming pool come at an extra price which was 1/3 price of room. Seriously this is a 5* hotel? 4) My last day of checkout I went hiking to Hallassan, arrived back in evening. All I requested is a quick shower in Gym. They didn’t allow this. 5) Multiple requests to talk to General Manager on several occasions refused

Gests staying next my room was noisy because of a little kid . The staff kindly changed my room quickly even midnight. Though the hotel is not new , the staff hospitality is polite and traditional. I could spend safety time in this hotel.

“A good place to stay.”
You can ask the front desk to order a taxi to the airport. It takes about 10-15 minutes to the airport (waiting time not included). The location is good. It just takes you 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea food market.

“GOOD HOTEL FOR STAYING BUT NO FOOD”

“nothing special but good”
If u are looking for no special hotel I recommend KAL Hotel location is good. it takes 15mins by taxi from Airport I reserved deluxe room but it is quite small. inside the room it is difficult to control lights if u want to control light u have to use controller next to bed.

“It's not recommended to stay this hotel.”
It's been the first time for me to stay this KAL hotel. And I didnt know the hotel is that old. And maintainence is very poor and even the reception to the guest is the worst. I would recommend whoever you re make a reservation at newer hotels.

Hotel location is convenient for my meetings. Bed is comfortable, breakfast is good. Staff is also helpful.

“Value for money”
整体房间家具还新也很干净，就被地上的残旧的地毯给吓坏了。 大堂的Ms Park非常出色，帮忙预定出租车的事也很上心，非常专业，旅行在外最幸福的就是能碰到像Ms Park这样敬业乐业的人。

“An excellent hotel which is very near to airport with many good eateries nearby. ”
Room is a bit small. They have international power sockets in the room. Love their bathroom amenities.
