“Will definitely book at Elly’s Guesthouse again. ^^”

Elly’s Guesthouse is located near the beach, stores and restaurants. You can get there by bus or Haeundae Station. I stayed in the room on the 2nd floor that is separate from the other dorm rooms. It has its own bathroom, ac and heating system. It’s a cozy private little area. You’ll get value for your money as the guesthouse provides basic stuff like towels, hairdryer, toiletries. Breakfast is included as well. Max, who manages the place, is very accommodating and friendly. His dog Choco added charm to the place as well.^^

“Short stay”

This is really well located but very chill and peaceful, unlike some other places in Busan. The facilities weren't luxurious but it was perfectly decent, especially for the price.

“Pleasant Stay ”

Stayed here for 2 nights in early of April 2019. It was a pleasant stay and hassle-free check in. The owner and his dog are really nice and welcoming. It's just few minutes walk from Haeundae subway station and Haeundae beach, not really difficult to find this guesthouse with the help of kakao map. The bed was comfortable and clean, just the blanket was not warm enough when a roommate wanted to sleep with window opened one of the night. Otherwise everything is fine :)

Location is so close to the beach. Room is pretty comfortable with Korean-style bedding (ondol) Staff is friendly, you can cook eggs for breakfast too. Pretty recommended!

The location is excellent, minutes away from the Haeundae beach and the heart of the bustle. Very value for money. We stayed in a room with no attached bathroom in winter and the room was adequately warm. Owner Max and his resident dog Choco are super friendly and helpful. A must recommend!

It's very close to Haeundae beach, walk few minute to beach. There are many food shop around and also fresh market that you can try seafood.

Short waddle distance to both Haeundae subway stop and the beach. Really nice location. Room was a bit tiny but clean. Lockers available. Host was friendly, courteous and welcoming, Choco the dog included ! Enjoyed my stay.

Facilities are outdated and not kept well. Moldy bathroom. Good location (close to the beach and restaurants), but I wouldn't stay here again unless I am desperate.

“Super convenient budget guesthouse”

The place was very close to Haeundai Beach and easy to get to from the subway. The owner was friendly and spoke English well. The common area was clean and homely. Our double room was upstairs and has a separate entrance from the rest of the rooms, so it's great if you want a quiet space and some privacy. The room had a small but clean bathroom. The mattresses were hard but not bad. Breakfast was eggs, toast, juice or coffee. Would book again!

The room was quite bright at night, so bring an eye cover if your light sensitive. The staff was really nice and the pillow and blankets were really cozy.

“not suitable for muslim”

the questhouse is in haeundae beach but far from other famous place to visit. the owner live at the 1st floor room with his dog. muslim traveller may find difficulty to cook or having breakfast at 1st floor. however, there were 3 halal indian restaurant nearby. the guesthouse is near 2ne1 hotel and in front of wow hotel.

“Location is great”

The place is near the train station, convenience stores and to the beach too. The room is clean, warm and comfy and during my stay I had it all for myself which was great. I would recommend it to my friends and would definitely stay here again and again.

“Clean and good location ”

The guesthouse owner Mr. Kim is very nice and helpful. Good location , just few minutes walk to Haeundae beach and metro. Plenty of eating place was nearby. Breakfast provided . Korean style single room which was very clean and big. Unfortunately, the cold water in the bathroom was not work during my stay. Anyway , I would most probably stay here again when I return to Busan.

Nice staff, clean room with futon bed. The room had a very small window, that was the only negative. Breakfast consists of bread, jam, juice, egg and coffee.

The landlord is extremely kind and hospitable. Plus the location is very near to bus station, the best combination! I will suggest tenants to take buses instead of subway given its proximity to the Haundae beach bus station. Next time, I'll still chose this guesthouse for its reasonable price and convenience.

The location is good, about 5 mins. walk to haeundae station and close to the famous haeundae beach. The price is reasonable enough if what you are looking for is a place to stay. Ondol style room is comfortable (for me). With accommodating staff and cleanliness is maintained.

This guesthouse is clean and comfortable. You can take about 5 mins from Haeundae staion and 5 mins to Haeundae beach. The staff is helpful and friendly. I recommend this one if you want the cheap place to stay with a good accomodation.

Nice location 10 minutes walking distance to subway station, main road, beach area and night market. Staff able to communicate in english, friendly. After check out email to them but no reply (left out something at room want to collect back).

“cheap, good location”

its suitable if you just need a place to sleep. basically you get what you paid for. the walls are a bit think though, we stayed there for 2 nights and on the 2nd night , there were a group of people up all night. One more thing, the room looked clean but if you take a closer look, there's alot of dead insects on the walls that havent been cleaned off. Anyways the location wasnt bad, it was about a 5 minute walk to the beach

“Affordable for prime location”

Hauendae is one of the most popular beaches in Busan and this Hostel gives you access to that. Bars, local restaurants, street food, ocean, walking paths, etc. The hostel is clean and staff are very friendly. You can do laundry for 3,000 krw which is great. I recommend you to stay in the beds if you want a slightly more comfortable experience. Beds are still pretty hard but if you are looking something affordable this spot provides you with that.

“Quiet hostel”

Good hostel to stay. Dorms are up stairs away from reception. The young man at reception is really lovely and helpful and patient, I really appreciate his help :) Breakfast the cereal tasted really weird like mouldy or something? Wifi good. Bunk beds in female dorm comfortable, good place to stay.

“cute but overpriced, odd atmosphere”

I'll start with the positives... The location was great. A few minutes walk from everything! Nightlife, beach, etc. Water pressure was good, beds comfy and aircon worked well. Now for the negatives... the staff was nowhere to be found. They weren't there for check-in and we had to wait for the room to be ready. At check-in, our room we had reserved (ondol) was not yet finished so he upgraded us to the two twin bed room in the main area. I explained we preffered the ondol but he insisted we just take the upgrade. We were a couple and preferred to sleep together but figured we would just be flexible and push the beds together. They had different part time workers everyday who showed up to clean the rooms and refill the breakfast and then they left, so if you had any questions you were on your own. When we pushed the beds together in the room we found baby roaches so we had to go searching through the front desk for bug spray. When we told the person cleaning in the morning they didn't seem concerned. The only time I ever saw one of the receptionists again was when he invited his gf over for a date in the common room which was super akward. I wanted to chill out there but they gave me death glares like I was interrupting their date. The common area was super cute, but they just made it awkward! Then, the 3rd day we were there there was yet again a different receptionist and she didn't understand why we were in the other room. She tried to charge us more until my gf explained in Korean we were upgraded. She proceeded to tell us we shouldn't have been upgraded and we would need to move to the open ondol room on the 3rd floor. My gf asked why and if the room was not reserved, could we just stay? But she insisted on us moving. Sooo we had to pack up and move to the 3rd floor which was an outside entrance in the pouring rain. Even though that room had not been rented. We sucked it up and moved, dried off and came back down to the common room only to be told we couldn't

“A nice, little guest house in Busan's motel city”

I like Elly Guesthouse for its location and cleanliness, not to mention its very affordable price. The staff, whom I met on the last day of my 4-day stay, were also nice. It's within walking distance to the Haeundae metro station and a few blocks from the famous Haeundae beach. Since I was out sightseeing during day time, I found the quiet atmosphere of Elly during night time relaxing. I would most probably stay here again when I return to Busan.

Not difficult to find, next to the beach with few mins walk. Apart from English, some staff can speak Mandarin. Very clean and TV has sports channels, quite good.

Very nice little hotel in Haeundae. Close to the metro, beach and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is cute and I really like the bed on the floor. The heating system in the room is perfect and the shared shower is excellent. I will stay there again when i go to busan

Its was good, only thing to remember you have to inform in advance at what time ur r coming. Else you may not find any one at reception to take care of you. and you will end up with nth. Overall very nice, everything is walk-able distance.
