“Dirty Room”
Book this hostel as the price is good. but regret the moment we are there. My friend do not even want to stay as all as the beds are dirty and with stain. We check the toliets and can even see dead roaches. Left unhappy.

“dirty bed sheet”
The location is great but unfortunately the room is so bad. It smells so badly and the bed sheet are so dirty. Manage to stay only one day and move to another hostel the next day which is so much better and at the same price.

“worst hostel I have stay in my life. ”
I regret in booking this hostel as there is better hostel around. The room bed is dirty and smell like haven change for months. Beside the location which is good, the rest is bad. The front desk receptionist is no where to be seen almost whole day during my stay. Will not return again.

“its was good for money u pay”
it was I think 1 of the cheapest homestay at singapore. however, the chepest room we rent smell weird and too many clothes r hanging on the bed by the monthly renter. so maybe dont choose the cheapest room as its a bit smelly. but it was ok considering the room quite cheap. u get what u paid for right?

“WORST hostel . I made a paid booking & the manager (MIN)@ 11PM told me NO ROOM ALL FULL. I CANCEL U”
The manager MIN has no respect and extremely rude towards customers. THIS IS 1 HOSTEL WHICH WILL CANCEL YOUR PAID BOOKING AFTER DEDUCTING YOUR CARD. I AM A VICTIM OF THE GUY CALL MIN. HE NOTIFIED ME AT 11 PM & SAID THERE IS NO ROOM I CANCELLED YOUR ROOM BCS ALL FULL. I SAID I BOOKED VIA AGODA AND PAID FULL PAYMENT. HE REPLIED AGODA SYSTEM STUPID SYSTEM. SO NO BED FOR YOU. LOOK FOR OTHER HOSTEL.

“The most disgusting hostel I ever stayed in”
Please don’t stay there. There are two cats around, it is not a hostel, it’s like somebody’s house. Smells of cat urine. Dirty, disgusting people living there, no atmosphere, people crammed into tiny awful windowless rooms. I can’t understand how Agoda sells this place. I had to sleep on a couch at Reception for two nights because I couldn’t stand the bad smell in the room. Nightmarish. For the same price I found a better place and left.

“Very Dusty”
The place is very different in the picture..It is very dusty and dirty! There are molds in the wall, the air conditioner is not cleaned, and there are toothpick and cotton buds in the floor which I believed that the room is not cleaned.

“Never return.”
The room was ok, but the face-washing area was very dirty. It always had bad smell and dirty. Moreover, the shoes on stairs were not arranged and had smell. :((

“Dirty dirty dirty ”
The dirtiest place I've seen. And yes, photos on agoda looked fabulous. There was no hot water and no toilet paper in the toilet.

“Dirty toilets with noisy bedrooms..”
They dont really change the mattress sheet as well as i notice one of the staff simply make the bed without changing anything after the guest checked-out..

“Receptionist was a cat and 2 other cats”
2 days before I was to check in, I visited Moni to check it out since I was nearby. I walked in and saw the large long haired cat on the receptionist with no one else to be found. I walked in further to the back of hostel and passed another cat. Then finally found the receptionist and another cat. 3 cats! Having allergies and asthma, I asked to be released from my 3-night stay starting 3 days early in advice. They were neither courteous nor understanding. There is nothing stated that it was also a cat hostel with at least 3 cats casually strutting around the reception and kitchen areas After speaking to Agoda several times onver 7 days and 9 email responses from Agoda, Agoda has not been able to receive an email response nor did anyone answer their numerous calls that I insisted while on hold with Agoda. I ended up getting charged and then getting a gift card for future purchases from Agoda as a courtesy. Stay away from these irresponsible people who do not respond to over 10 call

“2nd time there and still love this place”
I've been there in february with friends and a few days ago because of an overnight transit. The stuff is really nice and kind and helps you with any question. Would recommend it to backpackers!

“Bad wifi connection”
The staff and room were quite good though the wifi connection was really bad. I asked the staff and the answer was 'the connection is slow because there're too many people using it'. This should be improved. The cleanliness was also not good. It seems there weren't enough staff for cleaning the bathrooms.

Dear management if this hostel , please employ more employee if not this hostel will wind up soon due to your bad management . Staff IS good but I can see only 1 staff . Only reason I gave this good point review is because I can see this employee working very hard

“Short of manpower”
FOE is a burmanese, very good man . Place is very cozy except that our dear Friend is really really busy sometimes he only sleep for 5hrs (I can see it) . Hope that the management will be able to employ a few more employee to assist him and this hostel will be one of the best in Singapore

“許容”
The place was not as I expected. Very nice pictures on the website but completely opposite when you are actually on site. The room and bedsheets are dirty, wall socket doesn't work, the dining area stinks and very dirty. Though a bit near to mrt, still far from the tourist spot. Requested to change the room but it was rejected. I had a chance to talk to some foreigners who lived in the same place and we have the same view.

“Not as expected but still a good place to stay”
I don't expect more from a hostel but the wifi was too weak during 6:30-11:30 (mentioned on the wall) is still terrible. It's dirty but this place is the most cheap and full facilities in Singapore so I think it's still a good place for budget tourist.

“Do not stay here”
I booked this for a girl Friend staying alone. Twice she was molested by a guy customer. The rooms no lock. Anyone can come in. The first molest was a police case. The second time she got molested we packed our bags and left. Someone broke into the lockers and stole money and valuables. She lost some money and designer perfume. The lobby is filthy....the rooms and bed filthy....toilet worse. She started to clean the room and toilet herself bcos she couldn't stand how dirty it was. Aircon very hot.

“My days in Moni”
In a few words the owners are part of the staff who are traveler too. I love the place cause, it is a nice art hostel where you can feel comfortable and at the same time enjoy salsa, bachata classes.

- Staffs are friendly, they answered all of my question. - It's really value for money. - Location is convenient, some bus stops, MRTs near there - HOWEVER, the wifi should be improved, very difficult to connect; sometime music and noise are loud

“I'd definitely come back”
I didn't intend to stay here that long but finally extended my stay in moni gallery hostel. Because I liked the place. The location is really good, so close to boon Keng mrt station and easy access to bus station. The place wasn't really clean but not that bad either. The staff were really nice. I liked the ambience, it made me feel like home. It has nice back yard. I loved the swing and they also have cute cat named coco :)

“Being able to back depends on your kind of travel”
This hostel has a little mess. Every there always has noise as music of player behind the hostel. Toilets are used by everyone outside the room. Because price is cheaper than some places, it will be a smart choice if you just come back and sleep after a travelling day.

Main thing about this hostel is that the staff are very warm and welcoming. It is also quite clean and I like that the location is central.

The staff names luke was rude and seemed drunk during his night shift for 2 consecutive nights. The staff in the morning are ok. Trash bins are already full in the afternoon or evening but would only be collected the next day. It seems like the restrooms are only cleaned in the morning.

Its not necessary for breakfast to be included, just pop out and there are an abundance of places to eat.

“Facilities completely dirty . No recommended ”
I have booking in 24 hotels in different places and this its the most dirty place than never see. The kitchen and the refrigerator is completely dirty. On the room some sheets are dirty.. the bathrooms do not look neat, if I could take pictures I would really put 0 stars on evaluation.
