my child was 12 y/o this year but the hotel take as adult and not allow us to checkin at the first dur to system rejection(they said). After they took consideration, almost 1 hours they give us to checkin.

Overnight stay should give nicer room then hourly stay. Before I take hourly stay and the price cheap with window view. But yesterday book room without window view and the price expensive

Overall okay. Just a bit disappointed when there is no respond from them when I try to contact them from Agoda.
REVIEW OF ABHOME 1. I come to relax, not to work for you. 2. I am not familiar with your RULES because I am not your employee 3. As your paying guest, I expect you to extend your services to me. (Not the other way round!) 4. I have never encountered any ABnB services as bad as yours. (You guys have damaged the reputation of ABnB industry and create distrust) 5. On my arrival I called customer support. I was told to collect the key at an unfamiliar place which was not within walking distance. This means I had to find a local person kind enough to assist me. Otherwise I would never locate the unfamiliar place which is over a mile away) 6. This is so ridiculous! Later on I found out the reason for all these hassles. You guys are operating illegally and that's why you dare not locate your key collection point within the premises itself. You are short-changing all your customers by making them suffer stress and loss of time. 8. Your customer support staff has an attitude problem and totally unhelpful. They made a remarks and had to delete it. 9. Staff expect a first time visitor to understand your confusing guidelines. I0. I had to asked around for help which was not forthcoming. Finally I approached the estate management staff who disclosed to me that you were breaching the house rules. You guys were disallowed from ABnB but you did so under illegally. 11. For this reason I will file a complaint tomorrow and leave your key with the management staff. Don't expect me to deliver to your door step. I am NOT YOUR EMPLOYEE. 12. I am not interested in your rules as I find you guys totall dishonest and dishonorable. 13. I will report you to Agoda and demand compensation for this horrible experience. 14. You have the cheek to ask for 5 star preview. You deserve a negative review with ZERO STAR. 15. You guys deliver the most SHITTY SERVICE and ruin the future prospects of ABnB with such irresponsible behaviour.

Sadly the room I was in was a bit dark as it has only one ceiling light and a headboard light is available. I would suggest having extra light if possible even a side lamp would be great.
We were checking out at 6.15am to catch our morning flight. There was no staff at the front desk. There was no signage that they are away or any indication when they will be back. I have to go around to search for them. Then they appeared from the behind at slow pace. They told be they went to the toilet in an impatient tone. How can I know where were you as there was no sign or notice that you were out for toilet break. We ended up missed our bus and have to wait for the next one. Luckily we didn't miss our flight. I would hope that they can out up a short notice or signage if they are leaving the front desk so that we know when they will be back. Also, the staff attitude ned to be improved.
Pro: Good location, walking distance to public transport. Friendly and helpful staffs. Cons: Room had very low lighting and neon green lights on mirror wall which was distracting and did not help lit up the room. The bedsheet had stains. The bathroom shower were old and rusty, and toilet flush wasn't working properly. The lift had an awful smell.

Theres mosquitoes and flies in the room. And itchy bed. So we extended one 1 night and decided to change room. Its abit better. But can do better. Need to mop and sanitize the room. Smelly room

The room is small and i get flu after few days staying they because of the dust. Not providing for water bottle.

Room rates scale exponentially with the size of the rooms. Unfortunately, high room rate offerings are not appealing as an economy-tiered hotel. Our hotel maintains a regular and stringent routine of housekeeping management. Nonetheless, we will step up inspections for our guests' benefit. We provide one bottle of drinking water per guest per day. The water in Singapore is potable and can be consumed directly from the tap and a kettle is also provided in the room. Keep leaking water and cramp space. Not worth the money

With our highly competitive room rates, you can only comparatively find a pod hotel or hostel with shared bathrooms at similar price. Hot water in Singapore really cost a fortune?? I went to this and another hotel to find out that hot water is to no avail. Towel not clean Floor dirty and sticky Bathroom cleanliness is not acceptable Sad ruin hotel

Unlimited hot water is available in the room, the heater needs to be switched on via a switch just outside the bathroom. It is the policy of the hotel to remove and replace all linen (bedsheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels) with clean ones upon the check out of every guest. Additionally, our housekeeping team will replace used towels as part of room make-up service in line with usual hotel standards.
