The Hotel is excellent and very close to the new expansion of Haram which is really nice. Special thanks to Arwa at front desk who was very helpful! 😊 Sure will be my first option for our next visit.

“Best place to stay in Mekkah”
Strategic location. The hotel personnel are very professional and helpful. Recommended to stay. We stayed at room 1167 for 5 nights and it was a wonderful stay. We are more than happy to repeat our stay here next time.

“A short walk to everything ”
Best location and price really affordable. Recommended to stay as it is a short walk to the new extension Masjidil Haram. Not walking uphill like other nearby hotels. The breakfast buffet also good with some choices.

1 girl manager is very good but the other staff at reception is not skillfull and not helpfull..need 20-30 minute to wait to check in.wasted time to wait.. Location is very good.

stayed here to relax after performing umrah as a reward..and found it is suitable for me time & the distance only 5 min to the haram extension area gate 114

“Amazing hotel and great service”
The hotel was amazing and all the facilities within was good. Unfortunately during our stay, there was inspection works outside the windows which meant we had to keep the curtains closed pretty much most of the time. Other than that, the hotel was amazing. The walk to Umrah gate entrance to the Ka'baa was a little longer than I expected (10mins I'd say from leaving the room).

Very close to the Haram, less than a 5 min walk, friendly staff, spacious room, nice buffet (tried it for Suhoor) . Totally recommended

“الكادر الإداري نقطة ضعف الفندق”
دفعنا لسرير إضافي وقت التسجيل أمس الساعة ٤ واتأخر وقت طويل والمدير المناوب يتعذر بأن فيه مصعد خدمات عطلان وبعد أكثر من شكوى ارسل شخص يسحب السرير الإضافي من تحت أحد الأسرة في الغرفة يعني حكاية المصعد عذر فاشل وأغلب الغرف اللي فيها سريرين فيها سرير ثالث تحت واحد منها

“Room service ”
We do our check out very late and we request for delayed check out and lady allow us till 3pm and same written on card. But next after namaz we came back to room around 1:40 then room was locked and when I request one of supervisor of room cleaning then we talked very rude and said the check out is at sharp 12. We ring bell many times and then we expired the keys etc. I said I already discussed but he said not possible and better talk on reception and I have kids with me. The whole experience was bad and it took my 50 minutes and then I get new key. Why not someone call my number?

“My stay an Anjum”
Thank so much for your accommodation. Although we have faced some problem there in hotel by reception and and a miss who stand in reception tried to deceive us (demanded 100 usd more than our booking), we approached to the duty manager and our problem properly solved. Thank to her.

Good service and place only thing the rooms are very tiny for 4 people had put 2 extra bed had to hop from one bed to another to come out

“Good Stay”
I stayed for 5N include breakfast in the peak season (End of Year). The receiption was very kind, check in smooth and fast. They are changes amenities and throw my garbage in the room every noon. Breakfast was great in Arabian Menu, lot of breads and pastries. They have luggage storage in Tower 2 for customer before check in or after check out time, if you leave your luggage there they will give you a Tag number so it more save then other hotels that let you put your luggage anywhere arround lobby.

“Leaves a good taste ”
I had 2 nights staying at Anjum Hotel Makkah. The staff were nice and helpful. Especially when I requested capsule coffee, they give it right away. The distance from Masjidil Haram was quite close. Thank you!

“Book with your eyes closed”
I can't recommend this hotel more. The whole experience was amazing. The hotel staff are friendly, hospitable and caring. Very close to Haram, delicious breakfast, clean rooms. I will definitely be staying again.

استلام وتسليم الغرفة كان سهل وسريع طلبنا من خدم الغرف وجابوا لنا عشاء و كان اذيذ وحار و طريقة التقديم جميلة الوصول للحرم سهل لكن وقت العمرة تحتاج تدخل من باب الملك فهد وهذا بعيد جدا

“Abdul and his wife room 17-23”
To be honest we had 2 nights at the hotel, if you are driving by car it will be really hard to reach since there are a lot of traffic jam and construction around. First we had an impression when we arrived to the reception imagine we had waited so long just to check in (45 min approximately) there were a lot of people around and shortage in terms of the reception staff. We had a dinner after our umrah and me and my wife ordered some food from the main hotel restaurant ( food are average 3/5 ) but it’s clean and smells good. Breakfast in overall was great but we have asked where is the coffee machine they mentioned we have only black coffee !! Where is my latte or cappuccino they mentioned please find it in your room where you have to make it yourself! Last bad experience was the check out, imagine Friday prayer start at 12 pm and finishes at 1 pm they have asked to leave the room by 12 sharp !! How bad this treatment is !! I’m sorry to mention this but this totally terrible when you are having your own guests to be in Makkah and focus on their prayers.

“Cleaning and fixing ”
I have asked for cleaning couple of times , no body cares , despite the bath room has sink problem , all towels used for cleaning the water inside the bathroom, the hotel overall good but I think because of plenty p people keep coming to the hotel , this make the service bad and the staff don’t care !!

“FRAUD DISRESPECTFUL HOTEL”
This hotel charged my credit card even though I paid them in cash at the hotel. Now I have a long fight to prove I paid cash for my stay at the hotel. Do not give your credit card to this hotel.
