“Excellent hotel & staff”
Condition, cleanliness & staff.Very impressed with what the hotel offers in terms of boarding & service. Only drawback was that the air-conditioner in the room could not be set below 21Deg C, as informed by the maintainence team. Given the superb insulation that Brasov, a mountain city has, summer nights can get very uncomfortable indoors. Didn't sleep well on either of the 3 nights. However people who prefer warm rooms would benefit. I expect that a hotel that has great scores all around should not be this rigid with environmental conditions, especially while catering to international travellers. Would definately recommend Kronwell-Brasov, but I wouldn't go back unless they can offer me a cooler room.

“New Hi-tech style and 3 mins walk fr railway stati”
New, Hi tech and convenient for railway travellersThe hotel is new, black and white and hi-tech designed. Wifi speed is good. Room too dimly lit for my taste. Food is average and one has to be careful walking on the lobby with part of the floor slanted. Alicia, the waitress at the coffee chop was exceptionally helpful and proactive. Main advantage is its location, 3 mins. walk from railway station.

המלון מצוין שימו לב לחיוב נוסף על מיטות בחדר (חיוב של 30 דולר למיטה ) בנוסף הזמנו מלון לזוג +2 וקבלנו רק מיטה זוגית ומיטת יחיד אחד ( מאוד בעייתי) מעבר לכך מלון מצוין ברמה גבוהה עם שירותים חיצוניים בתשלום מעולים

“New and quite high tech feel”
It was quite a pleasant stay, esp when one wants to check train schedules. The old town is relatively near and arranging tour to the nearby area can be arranged near the train station. The hotel is quite new and has a high tech feel. Internet was fast and food is slightly above average. The hotel is great for train travellers like us.
