スタッフが親切です。バスとバンのターミナルに近いです。ホテル内と周辺にたくさんの食事の選択肢があります。タゲイや近くの町を訪れるには素晴らしい出発点です。

私たちの旅行は、このホテルに滞在することで快適で便利なものになりました。設備は良かったですが、スタッフは特に素晴らしかったです!全てのクルーに感謝します!本当に必要なものはすべてホテル内にあります。私の唯一の懸念は、私は早朝と夕方の空気を楽しみたくてバルコニー付きの部屋を予約したことですが、すぐ近くに新しい建物の建設が進行中で、壁がすべてを遮ってしまっていたことです。それ以外はすべて素晴らしかったです。私の唯一の提案は、ホテルが各部屋に2枚のキーカードを提供すべきだということです。そうすれば、ゲストが外出する際にマスターキーカードを持ち出して部屋の電源が切れるのを避けられます(マスターキーカードをパネルから外すと電源が切れます)。
そのホテルは信じられないほど素晴らしいです。

本当に言いたいことは何もありません。スタッフはとても親切で対応が良いです。新しい建物の建設を除けば、バルコニーが遮られています。以前は、そこからの景色は素晴らしかったです。
隣のバンドが夜中までうるさい! バスルームの下水の匂いが逆流していて臭い!ゴキブリが部屋にいる! プールサイドを利用するのに金を取られる!日本人には到底無理なホテル!

ホテルの場所は非常に良いです。空港にとても近いです。部屋は清潔で、エアコンも良好です。空港でのピックアップに関して一つ問題がありました。ドライバーはホテル名や乗客の名前を示すプラカードを持っているべきです。車両がすでに空港にいるかどうかを確認するためにホテルに電話する必要がありましたし、受付の人から私たちのブラウスの色を尋ねられました。乗客はそんなことをするべきではありません。ドライバーは乗客の名前やホテル名のプラカードを持っていれば、簡単に見つけられるはずです。

As we entered the hotel, the staff didn't even crack a smile or greet us - they just stared. During check-in, I asked the receptionist if the pool was available for use of anytime and they said yes. However, when we went for a swim past 11 pm, we were told the pool was already closed. I overheard the receptionist loudly saying "NO WAY" when I mentioned that they had told us it was available anytime. What's more, you’re not the one who assisted us during our check-in. The contrast between the unfriendly reception staff and the friendly restaurant staff was stark.

Reqest of amenities ang tagal dumating you need to follow and clearly you will hear na nasabi na sa staff pero wala pa pala pumunta. This is my 3rd time to stay at carmelita and 1st time to book via agoda.

Room is old and not built well. Hot water ran out on the 2nd and 3rd day.
We checked out same day as the room doesn’t meet our expectations. Their deluxe room is small, same with their bathroom. Perfect for couples without kid though

Our family stayed at Hotel Carmelita from June 19 to 23, and unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the expectations set by the listing on Agoda. Upon arrival after a 15-hour drive from Manila (departing at 5:00 AM and arriving at 8:30 PM), we were exhausted, yet received a very underwhelming welcome. The staff were not accommodating, and there was no bellman or concierge to assist us with our luggage upon check-in. This was quite disappointing, especially given how tired we were after the long journey. We also tried contacting the hotel using the numbers posted online, but none of the contact numbers were accessible, and no one answered our calls during the trip. This was the first time we’ve experienced such poor pre-arrival communication with a hotel. During our stay, we encountered several major issues: • Ongoing major renovation with constant drilling and construction noise, making it difficult to relax. This important information was not disclosed on Agoda at the time of booking. • Unstable Wi-Fi connection, which caused inconvenience throughout our stay. • Water supply problems, which forced us to request a room transfer. • Dining area service was extremely slow, even when there were only a few guests. We experienced significant delays each time we ordered. What was posted on Agoda was unfortunately not reflective of our actual experience. We felt misled by the listing, as the hotel’s current condition and service level were far from what was advertised. While we appreciate the efforts of a few polite staff members, the overall quality of service, lack of proper communication, and ongoing disturbances during our stay made it a frustrating and disappointing experience for our family. We hope Agoda and the hotel management take immediate steps to improve transparency on listings and enhance the quality of guest service.

I would recommend this hotel and agoda app for those who want to book in hotel carmelita. We actually got a 4 hour free pool access. They got nice amenities and everyone in the hotel are approachable. It was a nice stay.

Location is very good but the facilities are too too old. Shower is not working, hair blower is yellow already because of its oldness, room is too dark, room is too confining. If you are claustrophobic, it will be your worst night mare. Despite having dedicated employees, the facilities and equipments need VERY VERY MAJOR MAJOR updating.

The facilities are great but there are aome issues that needed yo be address 1. Ongoing construction-which gives us hard time to sleep because of the noise and also walk up early because of the noise. 1. Late check-in only 1 rron boy assisting all guest so you need to wait for minutes kase isa isa ihatid yung guest sa room since yung elevator 4 person lam

Disaster ,first room we got the bathroom drainage is clog and there is a cockcroach,they transfer us to other but again the aircon is not working. Our time wasted because of transfering room to another . So we decided to transfer to other hotel .
Worst servise
We had fun with the facilities provided, the food is good and the staff are accommodating.However, the AC of our room had trouble(water is leaking inside) and the bathroom smells not good. Also cockroach running on our bed.
Slow service due to minimal manpower, only one room attendant and if there are many guest checking in, you have to fall in line in the lobby to wait til the attendant finish assisting one by one, no consideration of early check in.They are very strict with the 2pm check in, other hotels allowed 15-30mins early checkin but this hotel won't.. Arrived in the hotel 30mins earlier but have to enter my room at 230 just because only one roomboy is assisting guests I hope they can improve this rules, no need to wait for 2pm before accepting guest to check in,especially when you have only one attendant and can see that there are already que of guest waiting

well not rlly surprised but i expected more tho. For its price okay na din but didnt expect it to be that masikip and di na din ako nag bath since barado yata yung bathroom and may mga naglalabasan na black something na parang worm jeez. Nvm for uta price okay na pero swimming lang din tlaga pinunta pero pari towel ayaw nila ipalabas and u need to rent there.

We were disappointed that the hotel pool was open to public and it was limited to 4hrs for check in guests, succeeding hour will be charged 250/hr. Rooms are accessible thru their stairs that even public guests can easily access. They only provide 1 key card - hassle leaving your family at the room and get things from your car, you are not permitted to go up on your room not unless you wait for key access of the elevator. Staff saw me bringing a lot of things but did not bother to offer help but rather just stared at me. We ordered food from Culinare - informed us that if they will be delivering the food they will add 12% as service charge (optional to pick up at their restau w/o charge) and the food arrived late. Not again. I will not recommend this hotel.

これは、ビジネスでしばしば訪れるトゥゲガラオのホテル・カルメリタに初めて宿泊した時の体験です。立地は良く、料金も妥当そうだったので試してみることにしました。自分用に豪華なエグゼクティブスイートを、スタッフ用にダブルデラックスルームを一週間予約しました。 滞在はがっかりしました。主な原因は悪いカスタマーサービスです。以下にいくつかの問題を挙げます。 1. 部屋へのチャージは一切できないと言われ、預け金を使い切ったと言われました。7日間の滞在に対して1,000ペソを要求されましたが、明らかにそれでは足りませんでした。もっと高い預け金が必要なら、最初に言ってほしかったです。さらに、500ペソ未満の支払いにはクレジットカードも使えず、とても不便でした。 2. 毎朝部屋の清掃をお願いしても、全く行われませんでした。苦情を言うと、受付はハウスキーピングのせいにし、マネージャーは具体的な説明や解決策を提示しませんでした。 3. シャワーのお湯がうまく機能せず、修理も代替案も提示されませんでした。 4. 洗濯をお願いし、次の日の8時または9時までに仕上がると約束されましたが、できていませんでした。何度も確認しましたが、衣類は2日目になってやっと受け取りました。ビジネスミーティングに必要だったので非常に苛立ちました。 悪いカスタマーサービスが本当に滞在を台無しにしました。マネージャーは解決策を提示するのではなく、他の部門を責め続けました。人々はこれがトゥゲガラオで最高のホテルだと言いますが、こんなにサービスが悪いと同意するのは難しいです。もし真剣に改善しない限り、再度ここに泊まることはないと思います。
