“築浅のきれいなホテル”

いつもスービックで泊まっているホテルではなくてこちらに泊まってみました。まだ新しいホテルで清潔感があり掃除も行き届いています。スタッフもフレンドリーでタクシーも安く手配してもらいました。ショッピングセンターへも歩いていけるし、ロケーションもよかったです。また利用したいと思います。

禁煙ルームに案内され喫煙者だと伝えると、素早い対応をしてくれました。 朝食を食べてほしいのか 明日の朝食のメニューは何にすると、何度も何度も聞かれました 最後に帰りのタクシー 2日前から、3度ほど話をし予約をしたのですが 当日、予約してないことが発覚し、そのうえ値段も５００ペソ上乗せされた料金となりました フロントは、まだ勉強中のようです

bed is not good its hard like there is a plywood inside the bed, pillow are all overused and hard to sleep you can feel the crumpled cotton inside.

We chose this place because of the list of amenities it offers. However, they did not have laundry services the whole 5 days we stayed. Buffet was only offered for 3 days of our stay and the rest was a plated breakfast. If you wanted more, you need to pay for another plate. We had no cable services available except for the first 2 days. If you order an extra bed, it does not come with a bed frame. We gave a poor rating for cleaniness since there were big cockroaches everywhere. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel's loaction is superb. It is near the restaurants and other establishments. With regards to hotel's facility, there is no hot shower and with only one trash can.

Staff are great but room furnishing are very old. My bed broke in half on my first night and have to sleep on the couch. Asked the staff for another room the next day and given another room with old furnishing but livable for next 2 more days.

“Glass shards on our bed sheets ”

This is very upsetting for the second time during our stay we found glass shards on the bed where we lay our newborn baby and your housekeeping OIC’s response was it could be from us very unprofessional blaming the guest for their negligence and lack of care towards the people who will be laying on your beds. From the start of our stay we had to ask multiple times for a mosquito repellent since your hotel is full of mosquitoes and our newborn was constantly bitten, had to ask your staff for another bath math since your hotel bathroom floors were too slippery when wet, had to ask more than twice for your hot water that does not work we had to shower in a cold water from the first day we arrived. On top of that we had to ask multiple times for them for a bathmat since on multi occasions they’ve had not given us due to the housekeeping department not having any bathmat available! What kind of hotel does that? When you’re paying full price per night! The offensive part is what could we possibly have in our body that we carry to have chunks of glasses as per your OIC of housekeeping’s theory it could be from us. Who in the right mind would be carrying sharp glass shards with them around a newborn baby!? Please see below for the photos of how poor this hotel’s management system is. Rest assured I will be taking this matter to the authorities since from the first day of our trip we did not had any pleasant experience in this hotel but more of regrets as to why we chose this place. Safety of guests were not assured in this place especially my newborn baby.

We had a smooth check-in and check-out time. The buffet breakfast is good. The facilities are a bit outdated but still clean and functional. I hope that this property can get more guest so they can maintain and continue to operate. The location is perfect. We had a wonderful time to rest overnight and walk in the morning and had coffee in the nearby coffee shop to relax and unwind.

The hotel itself is decent,great buffet bfast,building are bitbold but aircon and other utilities are working great with hot shower. Location is exceptional,you can walk to duty free,harbor point,lots of resto and things todo and do run/walk safely.

Except for the hot water shower which cannot supply guest especially in the morning, this hotel is better than the other hotels we stayed in Subic.

“A quick valentine's day getaway ”

We originally booked the hotel due to it's close vicinity to the harbor. But we were surprised by the set up of the town and how easily accessible it made out journey. The staff was very helpful and the fitness center was actually rather functional. Had everything you need to workout and the weights weren't limited to the small weights most places are. Everything is like a 15 min ride away to find what you need.

Stay away from this tired hotel. First, they placed us on the 3rd floor and the hotel has no elevator. We requested to move to lower floors and they were kind enough to move us to the ground floor. However, the room on the 1st floor didn't have a refrigerator which the 3rd floor room had. The water heater is trying its best to work. The bedsheets and comforter had big yellow spots and marks. The staff were accommodating, to say the least.

“Worth the Money”

Our stay was pleasant since the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. Our booked room also included a buffet breakfast. They require a ₱1,000 security deposit, which is refundable upon check-out. All in all, I would recommend Subic Bay Peninsular Hotel.

All in all the Staff is doing thete best and they are fast responsiv. And most of all they go the extra mile! If you want a peaceful stay this is the spot.

Stayed here for two nights, and overall, it was a decent experience for the price. The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. Room was neat and they allowed us to check in at 1pm. Only concern was the cabinet from the bathroom is broken. All in all great value from money.

Location-wise, perfect for the things I need to do. Clean room, nice bed, comfortable stay. Only gripe I have was having only 2 coffee cups for a room of 4, and asking for the extra cups took some time. No heater for the shower.

Great Stay for Groups Our group had a fantastic stay with excellent value, top-notch cleanliness, and a superb location. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The facilities were decent but could use some improvement. The rooms were spacious with comfy beds, great views, ample parking, and reliable hot water. Overall, a highly recommended choice for groups looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

“You get what you paid for”

The Breakfast was standard. Not much to choose from. Had a problem with the hot water in the shower, and had to call reception to have it fixed. The maintenance crew came right away and got it fixed after a 10-15 minutes. But I already had a shower before that, and endured the cold ice water. Nothing special about this hotel, but it is a place to have a good sleep. By the way, no elevator here. So not a disability friendly hotel. I borrowed an iron, the iron has burned stain and the ironing board has a big burned padding. They did not even bother to change the iron board cover for the next guest. 😕

Rooms are quite big..there is a pool which my grandaughter enjoyed..walking distance to food hubs.. parking is available..will recommend for stay again..

“Value for the money”

We had an amazing stay. The hotel room is nice and the staff are amazing. The only thing they need to add is an elevator! It was hassle for us going up and down the stairs and we were in the third floor.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. We appreciate the friendly and accommodating staff. They also accommodate our request even beyond the time. The complementary breakfasts were very generous! Room was maintained and spacious for a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child). Though the hotel has no inhouse restaurant, the hotel is near to various restaurants, walking distance and via food panda. Thank you very much for this stay.
