“Hotel Platinum Stay”
The stay was quite good except for some problems encountered like the foot rug in the room was dirty. I hanged the “please make up my room” notice in my door but unfortunately no one made up my room.

“Good location”
I like the location - near the public market and the weekend night market. Near fastfood like mang inasal, mcdo, jollibee if you need to eat. Near airport too. Will stay here again when I'm in San Jose.

“Clean and convenient location”
Smooth check in, well-maintained rooms, and friendly staff. Internet connectivity is poor though, should fix the wifi. Overall it is a nice stay.

“Couple with a Kid”
Hotel location is accessible to market, nearby fast-foods and other drugstores. There are tricycles outside that you can ride on. Hotel is kind of small but has small elevator beside the front desk. The room wasn’t so spacious, if you order food and eat inside the room, there’s just a small table, you can’t eat comfortably. The bed is just for 2 pax and if you have a kid with you, bed would be cramped. They don’t have free breakfast, you have to order downstairs, food starts at 150 per order. Order took too long in our first day, food was delivered cold. They don’t also have telephone inside the room which was a hassle cos you need to get down to the front desk whenever you need something. Worst part was elevator stops running at 11 pm and we need to buy something at the store, we opt not to go down instead because we’re too tired to climb up and down the stairs. We stayed for 3 days but they never replenished our toiletries which I believed was included in what we paid. What I liked is just the hot and cold shower cos it worked and it served its purpose. Aircon was just fine. Wifi became an issue during our first day of stay, no internet for half day, it disrupted my work. If you can opt to a better hotel, do it, just arrange your service car for the day, don’t settle for less if you can have a better hotel experience while in San Jose Mindoro.

Close to the regular market and the weekend night market. Basic hotel, Wi-Fi sketchy in the rooms TV is Wi-Fi based and therefore did not work. No hot water. Hotel clean and staff helpful.

My cousin had no issues about his room, but there were issues with my parents room. A circuit-breaker issue had them transferred to another room, however, instead of a double bed, they were put in a room with 2 twin beds. This was later on rectified so all good

“Good value for money ”
The hotel seems quite new, but it was really clean and the staff was really nice to us. Room, bathroom, A/C,Wi-Fi etc… Everything was working fine (even hot water :)). The only negative point would be the breakfast, as it was a bit disappointing : really dry bread for the sandwich, sausages not really well cooked (quite raw in the inside). Well situated code to the restaurants and the central market (a must see). Roughly, it was a really good for the money.

“Clean place. Too many things to improve”
Room was well cleaned. Now cons... No wi-fi (funny they sticked an old sign "wifi not working until tomorrow" but the sign is clearly old... and tomorrow? Tomorrow is another day baby...) No hot water No soap No drinkable water in the room No window in the room Had to ask to fix the sockets and AC cz not working at the beginning, then OK. For the price, they should be more careful of all that.

The hotel is comfortable and clean and the staff is really kind and gentle with customers. They can also provide the tickets for the ferry to Coron. Our nights here have been globally good.
