“Better than nothing ”
The beach is dirty, the room is livable. The bathroom has dirt on the floor, there’s no hot water. When it’s raining outside it also rains inside. It was a OK.

“Not recommendable”
It's a Philippine resort with European pretensions - their name and welcome signage are in Italian - that didn't live up to my eyes. And I've lived and traveled all over Europe and from the north to the southern tip of Italy as well as in Sicily. The rooms were sadly NOT maintained and there were plumbing problems in the 2 villas that we booked and an inconvenient location for the standard room as far as access to the shared (public) toilet and bathroom: the room was on the far end of the 2nd floor and the toilet & bath on the ground floor of the cafe/bar area. And when we requested for a transfer from the 2nd villa and the standard room to their premium room due to wet floors and standing /undrained water in the bathrooms, we were made to pay extra for "transfer fees." The location was an issue for us who wanted to do some business in the town proper of Pandan. It was around 10-15 minutes tricycle ride on a national highway and rather risky after sundown. A fact not shared truthfully by Louis the manager when I inquired in a message.

“Vacation ”
Cost per night way too high for with all the issues and hidden additional fees. Room has nice design, but too many flaws inside. Doors have no seals to keep mosquitos and bugs out. Mosquitos bite you in your sleep. Ants around TV. Split unit A/C drips on your head at night. Flys and mosquitos in the bathroom. Bathroom sink faucet not secured and wobbles when trying to turn it on and feels like its going to break. Electrical connection issues with outlets. Outlets shoot sparks when trying to plug anything in. Beach hasn't been cleaned up of trash since Tsunami a few weeks ago. Too many added hidden expenses. Food cost hotel are extreme in comparison to local area outside hotel. Take a 15 min walk and get better pricing and service for 1/4th the cost.

“Not very helpful....”
When we arrived the road to the resort was blocked by bridge works. We were told it had been that way for a week but no one has bothered to contact us. The only way across the river was by two planks of wood. Of the two rooms we were given one had no key to lock the door and the other leaked. After much to and fro they agreed to move people from the room with no key. When we told them of the leaking room their answer was "we know". We negotiated free breakfast for our trouble, which was only 2 pieces of toast and a coffee or juice. On our arrival we learned they had a birthday party booked under the rotunda right outside our rooms. The music and DJ were so loud our children couldn't sleep after our long journey. The facilities are run down and need updating.

“Quiet Beachside Stay”
We met the owners during our stay and they were very welcoming. The resort is well maintained and has a white sand beach at the front door. Food was varied and well ccooked.An enjoyable stay with good dining and a quiet relaxing environment. The place is 10 minutes by tricycle from Pandan.

“Fantastic stay”
the rooms are comfortable, clean and beautiful with all the private services you need. The location is amazing, directly at the sea with a private beach and a calm waters. As far as you can see you really got the bay all by yourself. Sometimes there is just a bangka with a fishermen peacefully floating in the panorama. There are also then mountains and beautiful colourful sunsets accompanying your trip. Cold springs with the cleanest water in Panay and waterfall are close to this place. Louis Giovanni is a chef with Filipino/italian roots and a seeet heart! We would always book this accommodation again. We really enjoyed his pasta! Vai giooo 🩵

“Relax”
Ho soggiornato alcuni giorni e il posto è perfetto se si cerca un pò di relax e tranquillità. Si trova proprio sulla spiaggia e la vista del tramonto è bellissima. Staff super gentile e disponibile, la pizza di Giovanni è assolutamente da provare, è buonissima!

“Mnoho povyku pro nic”
Resort je již vlastně mrtvý. Personál se hostů bojí a je šťastný když odejde. A teď podrobněji. Areál byl hezký, ale již jej nikdo neudržuje. Cena bez slevy je naprosto mimo jako v celém Pandanu. Nevím na co si tu hrají. Snídaně je parodie. 4 trojúhelníky toustu, jedno studené volí oko, kousek marmelády. Když je období hojnosti, je i pucinek másla či banán. Apartmán byl zanedbaný, plno písku, přistýlka tvrdá, boční dveře rozpadlé, držák sprchy chyběl, pavučina všude. Palma tloukla celé noci do střechy. No kdo chce přespat a zajde si na jídlo jinam je vpohodě. Motorku v této oblastí není možno půjčit. Obrovské zklamání🥴
