“Accommodating staff, Sulit”
We booked 1 room for 1 night for 4 adults and messaged the property owner that 2 kids aging 2 and 12 are with us. We were given room 35J. It has 1 queen bed and a sofa that can be used by a pettite and slim person. A folding bed was also provided but you have to request it. Only 3 person per unit is allowed at the pool at the reserved schedule. You need to reserve 30 mins before the given schedule of pool time which js every 3 hours until 9pm only. Parking lot needs to be reserved when booking, just inform the property owner. There is a fee of 300 for parking lot. This is included in the instructions sent by the property owner after successful booking. We did not read the instruction well so we were not able to reserve parking but Benjie is considerate enough to reserve one for us when we requested. It has 7/11 at the ground floor and 3mins walk to SM Hypermarket and Fuel station. The owner also has a restaurant where you can order your foods free of delivery fee. Overall, sulit.

“Affordable and Nice Place to Stay”
Enjoyed the stay and would definitely go back. But there's just a problem with the internet. It's too slow and sometimes disconnects on our room that we stayed in. If ever I would go back and work while staying, I would be glad if the wifi would be a bit faster.

the condo it self mejo ok well madumi ang floor pag hindi ka nag slippers süper dumi sa paa. Nag karoon pa ng issue about parking the yung tauhan nag punta sa unit namin ng alas dos ng madaling araw para ILIPAT ang parking sana may provided parking na hindi yung palipat lipat tapos nilagay kame sa drop off parking kame pa bineblame ng guard e yung tauhan nag bigay ng slot lol Kada mag bigay ng pwesto may naka park. Plus the wifi Hindi maayos saglit lang nag work tapos Nawala na. Sana yung spoon and fork sa condo matigas hindi magamit ng ayos parang mababali eh paki wipe naman ang mirror for the view and yung walls may shoe mark pa and floor

“Waste of money”

“Cockroach's Paradise”
Our room was full of cockroaches,the toiletbowl was leaking causing bad smell all over the apartement.A broken not lockable window in 35th floor!! Bedsheet did not look like washed . No soap,no shampoo.All in all the worst room i ever experienced booking with Agoda.

“Cleanliness is so bad”
There are cockroaches inside the condo. The smell of the sofabed is so bad! So we tried to fit the four of us on one bed. The utensils is not enough for 4 people it only has 1 spoon. And when we arrived, we clean again the mugs and other utensil because it was so dirty. There's even a used oil inside a mug that we didn't notice that's why one of us got a messy shirt because of the used oil. The rice cooker doesn't even fit.

i dont like the room, maraming alikabok parang hindi nilinisan, mah cockroach pa sa bed when we arrived. Yung stove is not properly working, nagcook kami ng fried chicken pero it almost took 2hrs para ma cook. Sana hindi nalang nag free use of towels kasi kahit hindi kayo hotel-like wag naman sanang magpa gamit ng towel na parang ilang taon nang ginamit. Will not recommend it

“Not the best”
Tiny roaches roamed around the room I was given. I think I've read a review here about it and it turned out to be true. Bath towels smelled funny. Hot and Cold shower heater works but temperature cannot be adjusted because the knob seems busted so water gets super hot. I needed help in logging out the previous occupants Netflix account on the Smart TV because it doesn't work (their account was suspended) so I wanted to use mine but I couldn't figure out how to log them out I called the caretaker for help and committed that he'll send someone over but no one came at all. Good thing I figured out a workaround myself. Now it's my account that I forgot to logout when I checked out.

“非常に満足”
The place itself is worth the price. Good location, just a few blocks away from malls and just beside the SM Hypermarket. However, in terms of cleanliness, there are small roaches in the room. We also paid extra for a wifi room, expecting that the room has a smart TV with netflix but there's none. The kitchen stove also takes soooo long to heat up. All in all, we still had a good and relaxing staycation in this place despite few minor mishaps. Still worth recommending and we'll definitely book this place again.

“Sentinel Residences Honest Review”
With regards with the place, it is very convenient, never kami nahirapan hanapin since very near as in super sa main avenue, along EDSA pa sya so super good point yun. Issue lang is the facilities and cleanliness ng room mismo. I suggest to use white light instead sa yellow/orange light. Muka kaming nasa incubator and nadidiliman ako sa ganun talaga :( Ang dami naming naencounter na small roaches sa room na di namin alam san mismo nanggagaling :( And the door know ng CR sira :(((( Pero staff/s are ok naman kausap. Overall rating would be 3.7/5. Thank you :)

“Overpriced, not clean under equipped”
Great stay, Agoda offered this property for 800 pesos, ended up paying 1200 and the staff tried to charge me another hundred for wi-fi. So they are very helpful to get rid of my money. Nice. Kept my mind fresh with funny challenges by turning the room into a spectacle course. No towel no drinking water no soap no toilet paper. Had to figure out everything. I was glad coz I had company. At night cockroaches came out from under the bed to give me company. I killed four then gave up. Bathroom tiles discoloured shower has hair preinstalled before I even used it. Nice.

The location was convenient as it was near SM Cubao Hypermarket and MRT stations. However, we had issues regarding the cleanliness of the unit. We saw small cockroaches (yep, not just one) and the linens provided by the staff do not smell "clean" at all... if you know what I mean. Really felt uncomfortable sleeping using those sheets. Hope they can do something about these. 😖

“Great value for money”
The condo was more spacious than other condos I've stayed in. The place was clean with basic cooking and eating implements provided. The personnel were very helpful in assisting us and responding to our requests. Pool was quite small but clean.

The unit was clean. However, when i rescheduled my booking (from 27-29 to 28-30), nag agree sila. Pero when I asked to resched again the following day on the 27th, parang ibang tao na kausap ko and i cant resched daw on my booked date. I explained na nag agree sila sa 28-30 pero sabi sakin i cam still use pa rin daw ng 28-29.

“disappointed lol ”
the appliances were not in good quality. heater isnt working. shower isnt working. description isnt updated. its indicated in the description that there's wifi but when we got there, we were told that it isnt available anymore. would not recommend this place at all. not worth the price.
