I know there are still so many people who're not reading reviews before finalizing their reservations, but that will definitely cost you not only your money but also your time and experience like what happened with us. Unfortunately, we didn't see all the warnings given by the other reviews here, and I hope others won't make the same mistake especially for this booking in particular. The price of the reservation itself is cheap, but they will come back at you with hidden charges like utilities (which should definitely not be paid anymore and no reservation host should ever do that), the room was unclean and it looked like the hosts have no plan in cleaning it every time a guest leaves the place. I booked this for my brother and his friend and it was very embarrassing.

too many hidden charges, check in/checkout is from 2:00pm to 10:00 am ??? units are infested with insects, torn out beddings and small towels. room 2712 aircon not sufficient. floor was dirty. In room 4706 we were deprived of sleep due to the crawling insects even after we were given spray for the insects. sanitation is really poor. we were truly dissatified with the services. we were ask to pay 150/ pax for utility but the room is poor in condition. We are not recommending the units to our friends. we are giving them very poor rating. the 300/room deposit has not been reimbursed until as of this writing. if you want to continue to engage in this business please step up and do something about it!

“The very worst, we didn’t stay the whole 2 days.”
PLEASE BEWARE. SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE. First of all, the caretaker welcomed us with hidden charges. 250 pesos per her per night, and we had to prove to them that the listing said 150 pesos per head per night before they charged the right price. They also charged late check in fees, which were not in the listing. Then, after paying, we came to A VERY NASTY ROOM. The towels were used, the bedsheets were not replaced, the trash was not taken out. The shower head was broken. No toiletries or bidet or drinking water were provided. Overall, it was dirty and unkempt. The A/C was not working well, we had to use the fan and it was really hot. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE guys. Cheap, but it’s like you’re paying to be traumatized. The caretakers were so unprofessional and it was so frustrating to be tired and just want sleep, but have a caretaker complain to you about your check in and check out times and not extend care. Book at your own risk.

The property is AirBnb not a hotel. I booked for Bank Drive (back of SM Megamall A) but they sent a different address to go to. They only changed it to the correct location when I complained thru call Aircon is not cold. No hot water. Linens and towels are not comfortable to use. They referred us to the policies in the app but did not disclose that there is a deposit of 300. The app showed 150 but the text message they sent was 250 per head

Stayed here for 2 night and 3 days too much disappointed with all the hidden charges they have they asked for 150 per head and per night and also asked 75 pesos for 1 year old baby for also 2 nights, were 3 adults and paid 900 pesos and 150 for the 1 year old baby, another charges for electricity, Wi-Fi, laundry, garbage etc, room has a lot of cockroaches small and big, also paid 900 for the parking fee 300 per day and 300 deposit refundable, got problem was thinking to do my laundry since they mentioned that the 150 per head would have an access to swimming pool, use electric which is completely normal to all of the hotels, and laundry they do have washing and I asked for a hose to connect the washing machine to the water to be able to use it but they let me wait the whole morning telling me from 9-10am then waited until 12 noon without having lunch since were waiting then they told me that they’ll do it at night, now I asked them for what time they will be coming over to the unit then they told me tomorrow wherein I’m about to check out already, they are not even giving an update if I don’t call them I might be waiting again for nothing! Very poor service better not stay here if you don’t wish to spend more money for such a useless thing!!

Our experience was unsatisfactory due to several key issues. The property's cleanliness was notably deficient, with housekeeping services failing to meet basic standards. The quality of the amenities was poor, directly affecting our sleep quality. Additionally, the staff provided limited assistance, and the location proved to be inconvenient for our needs.
