“いまいち”

エアコンのカバーが外れていたり、日当たりも悪かったりと、全体的に清潔な印象はありません。ほとんど場所代といった感じでしょうか。エドコンが至近で、空港も近い点は文句なし。

“バーに近い”

“室内広く、空港へのアクセスの利便性がよい”

翌日の帰国便が早朝であったので､空港に近いこともあり、このホテルを選んだ。空港T1まで車で７分１００ペソであった。ホテルから車で５分のところにフイリピン最大のモールがあり、そこでは毎週土曜日には花火が打ち上げられている。 ホテル設備はあまり良くないが、一泊なら問題はない。コンビニは近くに無かったので、室内に空の冷蔵庫があるのでモールで飲み物やフルーツを買って利用すると良い。また、道路を挟んで赤色の派手なソゴウホテルがあるので目印になる。。

“トランジットのため泊まりました”

トランジットのため泊まりました。空港に比較的近く受付も24時間開いており、飛行機の出発が早朝の3時半だったのですが、タクシーを深夜よんでもらえました。また、事前に受付に出発時間を伝えておいたため、出発の時間に部屋に連絡していただき大変良かったです。

“ラブホテルです”

夜遊びのためには。異絶好の場所にあります。ただこのホテルはラブホテルで入口も一杯あッてややこしいです。目的がそうだったらいいかも

“リーズナブルで綺麗な部屋”

マンゴーを買ったときに、皿もナイフも貸してくれたし、温めたい料理は温めてくれた。とても店員の対応が良い。

“長年愛用してきたHotelだが、だんだん値上がりしてきた。”

今までずっと空港からのPick up serviceが料金に含まれていて重宝していたが、別料金になってしまった。

“乗換えなどには便利”

通された部屋には窓がなく、エアコンは旧式でとてもうるさい。 毎日の掃除はなし。タオルはフロントに持っていけば代えてくれる。 基本地元の人用のモーテルです。 スタッフはフレンドリーで朝食もまあまあですが、女性にも評判わるく、旅行者が連泊するホテルではないと思います。

“モーテル形式だがスタッフの対応がよいホテル”

部屋に冷蔵庫が備え付けられたホテルの中で、一番安かったのがこのホテル。 ロケーションもスタッフの対応も申し分ないが、難点は近くにコンビニが無い。 しかし夜は静かで快適だった。

“モーテルのようなホテル”

エドサエンターティメントコンプレックスに歩いて３分のロケーション 付近にはコンビニなどはありませんのでちょっと不便です。 全体的に薄暗いです。

“空港からわりと近い”

空港からはイエロータクシーで160ペソで着きました。夜遅かったので道も空いててすぐに着きました。宿泊料金がすごく安いので狭い部屋を想像していましたが、意外に広く快適でした。朝食も着いていて種類は少ないですが、まあまあ良かったです。

“モーテルのようなホテル”

連れ込みモーテルのみたいなホテル　エドサエンターティンメントコンプレックスで遊ぶことをかんがえれば悪くない。ホテル敷地内は全体的にうすぐらい。

“スタッフの感じが良い”

モーテルだが泊まるには何も問題がない。冷蔵庫がないのだけが惜しかった。スタッフが感じが良くて素晴らしい。WIFIもセキュリティー設定してないのでキーを入れることなく使用できる。

“泊まるだけなら十分”

気に入ったので帰国前日にもう一泊。帰りにタクシーを手配してもらったら330ぺソでした＋電話代10ペソでした。レセプションから遠い部屋だとwifiが届きませんので、レストランでやりました。

“Edsa”

Edsa Complexから、歩道橋使わなければ直線距離100mぐらいなので近くて大変便利です。 お姉ちゃんたちに歩道橋は危ないから使うなと言われるしね。

“連れ込みタイプのホテル”

エドサコンプレックスに近いので、そちらの目的の方には最適かも。但し、同額なので最初に2名宿泊で申し込まないと、あとから追加料金を取られるかも。道路を挟んで目の前はソーゴーホテル（こちらは時間制）金額の割には歯ブラシ・ヘアーシャンプーが無かったのが残念。ただ、部屋はダブルベットが２つある大きな部屋でした。無料の朝食はまあまあでした。

“サービス対応が悪い”

何かに付けて、スタッフの対応が悪い　チェックイン時に朝食予約したにも関わらず　朝、朝食が準備出来てなかった　また空港まで送迎をお願いしたら３５０ｐ言われた仕方なくタクシーで行きました。１００ｐぐらいでした。

“モーテル風ホテル”

マニラ到着が夜でしたので、１泊だけ利用しました。空港から近いです。1泊だけなら可だと思います。連泊はキツイです。

空港から近いため早朝出発には大変便利。スタッフは親切で安心できます。 セーフティボックスがレセプションのみで部屋にないのが残念。 あとホテルの地図が間違っています。

“見た目は　日本の連れ込み旅館”

　部屋に冷蔵庫、ドライヤーが無く　困った。ルームサービスは　敏速　ルーム内禁煙は、喫煙者には苦痛かも？徒歩圏内で　カラオケ　ゴーゴーバー　生バンドありのバーとか　かなり沢山飲むところが点在している。逆に近場にレストランが無い。

“空港まで近いので、早朝出発には便利”

朝食なしでの予約だったが、チェックイン時に朝食付き（ルームサービスでの）と言われた。ただ、次の日の早朝出発だったため相談すると、簡単な朝食を用意してくれた（トースト、コーヒーのみ） ホテル周辺の雰囲気はあまり良くなく、夜は出歩けるような所はない。 ホテルすぐ近くにガソリンスタンドに併設されたコンビニ一か所、食堂一か所あり。 食堂はおかずの種類も多く（酒類もあり）事足りる。 空港までもホテルタクシーで15~20分くらい（330ペソ）

“見た目はラブホです。”

昨年の11月に続き利用しました。EDSA駅までは徒歩圏内です。モールオブアジアも歩いて何とか行けます。ラブホ街ですので、見た目は完全にラブホですが、普通の観光客もいます。

“寝るだけなら十分”

周りにはラブホテルもあり、このホテルもモーテルの様な作りになっていますが、外国人が普通にホテルとして利用していました。価格も安い為、寝るだけなら十分です。

“ナイトライフに使うにはロケーションも良く、タクシーも簡単につかまります。”

エドコンにも近くナイトライフには最適です。タクシーも簡単につかまりますし、ＷｉーＦｉも使えますので、少日数のビジネス目的でも使用可能だと思いますので、安価を希望される方はオススメします。ビクトリアよりは普通のホテルに近く、スタッフも丁寧な対応でした。

“コストパフォーマンス抜群です。”

成田からdelta航空で深夜にmanila着。 翌日cebu pacific航空の国内線に乗換。 taxiは使いたくない、という状況にぴったりです。 空港（t1）をでたら左に200m程歩くと大通りにでます。 そこでbacralan行きのジプニーに乗り終点まで。※ジプニーは8ペソです。 そこから歩いてすぐです。 有名なbacralanマーケットと隣接なので 乗り継ぎの短い滞在時間でも楽しめます。 cebupacificへ乗るには、空港（t3）に行きます。 これはbacralanからnicol行きのジプニーに乗ります。 ただこのサイトに載っている地図、間違ってます！！ 実際の場所は、sogoという有名なラブホテルの対面。 どうにも道に迷ったらtaxiに乗ってsogo！といえばok。

“バスルーム、室内にスリッパ等の履き替えがなく、二人利用でしたがシャンプー、石鹸等も不足でした”

このホテルは、カーモーテルタイプでした。周辺には同様のホテルが半額以下で多く見受けられました。予約なしで飛び込みでももっと安く十分利用できそうなホテルが周囲にたくさん見受けられました。 空港の各ターミナルとの位置関係を聞いたら地図を持っていなくインターネットで調べて教えてくれました。

“すごく良い”

Just a walk away from Baclaran Church and bargain stores. Cross EDSA via the pedestrian footbridge and hail a jeepney to go to Mall of Asia which is only a few minutes ride. Very convenient location.

“Just enough”

Location is good and ambiance is suitable for family as well as affordability. But, when it comes to comfortability and cleanliness I will not recommend this place. Probably because the place is old and needed some renovation. The attendants were nice though.

Please put some more facilities. Put more towel & hand clothe's. Aircon is really OLD when they blow the AIR stinky. Toilet bowl is broken .

“An affordable stay for a night”

Located relatively close to the Mall of Asia and EDSA, approximately between them. Features a modest outfit but is acceptable for a short stay, to make some shopping and visit the historical center.

“My 3rd stay and still thumbs up”

I would like to extend my grateful appreciation to the management for allowing me and my mom to check in early. She was from a non stop flight from LA, did not sleep well and arrived in Manila at 4am. While me on the other hand arrived around 7am and was also groogy. The hotel is situated in the Baclaran area and near MOA. We were also surprised that they lend to us an electric kettle, water pitcher and cups. Again.. I will be staying in this hotel whenever I am in the area and this is highly recommended

Nice staff, clean room yet the rooms are kinda old, maybe they should change the furnishing and appliances but overall, my family are satisfied. Good Job guys!

“My Review”

This is the 2nd time that me and my family stayed at this hotel. Time and again, I will say that this is found in a good location, great staff support and even greater value for money. If I may suggest or recommend any improvement, then it is with the cleanliness. Not that the place or rooms are dirty but it would be better if the staff would regularly clean the rooms and not wait for the guests to request for it. Overall, this place is highly recommended and see you again this May

“Lacking”

The staff is great, and try their best to help you with your needs, but the facilities are sadly lacking. We had no hot water, and no cable TV. Getting up at 3:30 am for an early flight, and having to take a cold shower was not fun! A shame that with a great location and staff, the owners don't keep the facilities up.

very disappointing. only good thing was the bed was comfortable. The air con was disgusting, so bad we turned it off. It was black from dirt and dust and grime. Could not open the window due to insects and security. No fridge and we had no water. It was terrible. The floor was clean and the bed was comfortable

“Fair rate but not clean enough”

Not our first to stay here. Definitely not expensive, not cheap either. My husband & I appreciate the staff friendliness as always, but the cleanliness of the room. I think it might be because it’s already old. We usually stay at Mabuhay Manor but I heard it’s already closed.
