“Unit needs general cleaning”
Too many cockroaches for me. I guess the building is infested because the roaches were coming out of the sinks. They were on the bed too.

“Lots of little cockroaches”
No towel change, no toilet paper, no cleaning, no desk, no one to talk to. Completely different from the picture of the hotel on your website. But excellent location.

“Horrible experience”
CONS: First and foremost, CARD Key not working. When I ask the staff below, they dont have contact with the owner. Fortunately one of the bldg manager has a master so I was able to go in, but of course, because I dont have a key, I cannot go out to my room anymore. Tried to contact the owner uaing their number in Agoda but out of reach, tried to reach thru agoda messenger around 11PM, they replied the next day around 6AM. No toiletries, no tissue, no soap and shampoo, toilet is messy, no free bottled water. PROS: Not pricey, big room, working aircon, has refregirator, has kitchen utensils, has a kitchen sink inside the room. I would still book this room if they will improve. Just make sure your card key is working. I told in my booking that I will arrived very late at night, so I know it will be very difficult to contact the unit owner if there is an issue with the room

“Dissatisfied”
This is the worst stay i have been to. First the staff is unresponsive if have not threathened to cancel my booking they will not respond. There is no wifi and there is an odd smell in the room like the linens. No microwave at least to heat out food so we have to eat outside. Never will i book in this again.

My recent stay at the condo unit was disappointing but the hotel and the staff were good and they maintained the cleanliness of the hotel. The problems started with the flickering lights – a constant, irritating blink that made it difficult to relax. Even worse, the unit was far from clean; I encountered numerous cockroaches in the kitchen, comfort room and on the floor, making the entire experience unsanitary and unpleasant. I discovered there was no Wi-Fi despite my booking clearly stating it was included. When I attempted to lodge a complaint with the reception staff, I was told the issues fell outside their jurisdiction and they advised me to call the owner/staff of the condo unit. This lack of responsiveness and the overall poor condition of the unit left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with my stay but I can still recommend this hotel but not the condo unit. 😊

I arrived at the hotel and they were looking for the room number assigned to me. Sadly, Agoda provided me nothing, no room assignment. They did not allow me to enter even though I already paid the hotel. Walang kwenta!!!

My days at the I Suites were okay. the size of the room was good, exactly like the pictures shown here, which is good! the bathroom a bit small, and the shower area was not lit properly. so when the shower curtain used, it was dark. cleanliness was standard. I need to ask my room to be cleaned, not automatically cleaned every day. on the third day, I saw few small cockroaches running around. hopefully they noticed and cleaned it thoroughly. There was some issue with the payment, bcos apparently the EDC was not working. One employee spare his time to accompanying me -in the rain- to three different ATMs to find one that works. he went above and beyond, really good service. 👏🏼 meanwhile, a different employee, asked me 10 pesos for a shower cap that I was not given after the room being cleaned. she thought I need another and therefore need to buy it. anyway, overall experience was okay. if you're staying in Malate area, this is a good option. oh, they also provide Netflix!! that's a giant plus! 👍🏼

Our room smelled of cigarettes. The assisting room boy just dismissed it and said that it will go away. We were tired and wanted to rest so we weren't able to demand another room. The smell did eventually go away, but assigning a room smelling like that should not happen.

“We were happy with our stay here. :)”
It was peaceful and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I wish we were able to find the place at an earlier time. We were able to use the pool and the water was warm. Food deliveries are allowed although there are near food establishments from the building -- walking distance. The gym also looks neat although we were not able to use it. There are cups and stirrers but no coffee -- which is fine. No available spoons and forks if you need -- but you can buy it in the nearby convenience stores. Water heater, water, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, conditioner and others -- available. Thank you. :) I'll definitely rebook if we need to go somewhere near the area.

“Near Rizal Stadium”
We stayed there to join an event in Rizal Memorial. We found it at a walking distance to the venue. Facilities were good. Furnitures and fixtures were ok. The bed was comfortable, 9-12 inches, with a good comforter, towels and face towels were excellent. Toiletries are available. However, the sofa had a smell, the corridors had a smell of smoke too.. and in the bathroom, the foul stench from the drain was emanating and cannot be removed by the exhaust. Overall, it had a view of the swimming pool. Internet connection was good too. Good value for money.

“Expectation vs reality”
-Everything had Chinese translation, and most of the guests I saw are Chinese. Do what you want with that info. -Agoda pictures and what you'll see irl are VERY different, it was so disappointing. The unit we got is ugly. -Couch mattress is so thin you can feel the metal underneath. -There are coffee mugs but no coffee. -They advertise as non-smoking but the entire hallway smells like cigarette smoke. -No towel bars, so figure out on your own where to put your towels/clothes when you shower. -No phone even. They make you contact the front desk using Telegram or WhatsApp.

“Awesome! ”
The facilities were good as well as the staff. They are very hospitable and friendly. The swimming pool is open and had a great time to dip after a long tiring day. The gym is also open for flexi'n time. Parking is available at premises. Had a great stay all in all.

“Great value for money”
The staff were very accommodating! We loved our housekeeper who was very friendly and kept making sure we had everything we needed. It's near La Salle, and the location was good since it was close to a lot of convenience stores and fastfood places. Would definitely book another stay if the situation calls for it!

They are scammers! They are using photos of ISuites hotel but they're not the hotel itself. They rented or own few condo units and it doesn't look the same as what's seen in Agoda. I booked a hotel but sent me a different condo unit that doesn't satisfy my expectations so I booked again to ISuites hotel. I need to get back my money now! Be careful when booking for ISuites, the one who's posted photos of the hotel is a scammer & doesn't care about others!
