“The Best Budget Hotel in Makati”

This is my preferred hotel when I go for a holiday in the Philippines. This is really highly recommended to everyone who are planning to stay in Metro Manila, and you won't be disappointed. This year I stayed for 13 nights and still had no issues at all. Thanks Fersal Hotel, See you next year.....

Room is clean and smell good everything is in proper place. I love the shower! Keep it up. We will be back and stay again!

“Not Bad for the Price”

First off, probably the best wifi bandwidth of all places visited while in Manila. It is close but a decent walk from Burgos. But there is a small mall and restaurants just across the street. overall another great spot to stay.

“Near the nightlife”

Next to nightlife if that is what you like, comes with the noise factor. A bit far from Makati and quite traffic usually in the morning and afternoon.. Walking to Greenbelt took 15 minutes vs. 40 minutes taxi ride during peak hours.

Room design was more than I expected for such a small space; hotel wss accesdible and strategically located. Reception staff can me more welcoming (smile more) although the porter and guard were efficient.

“Pleasant stay, good location”

Stayed in this hotel twice in March of 2014 and 2015. I stay here mainly because it's right by Century City Mall which has an unbelievable food court called Hole In The Wall. Have stayed in a room and suite and both are very comfortable, though I would stick with the suite if you have the budget. The building/rooms are a bit run down, but so are a lot of things in the Philippines, don't let that affect your stay here if you chose to book here. The staff are very kind and do their best to make your stay as smooth as possible. Love the wall art.

“Review for Fersal Hotel”

I was around Makati and so this was perfectly located in Makati ave. Value for money specially since they also offer breakfast, had a nice bed, and a comforter. Im not sure if it was the air freshener or something but the room initially smelled of cig smoke. Reception said all their rooms are non smoking so it must be the air freshener. The kitchen staff wasn't smiling at all and seemed unfriendly. The security and receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Hey are you a fan of incessant thumping techno beats so loud they make the walls reverberate? How about at 2:45am on a Thursday night? The good news is if you stay at The Fersal, you won't even have to leave your room to experience this. I've stayed here before but this club is either new or has gotten a whole lot noisier. If that doesn't drive you to tears (which it will), the aircon which measures in at 65 decibels will. About as peaceful as a warzone, so unless you're going to get blind drunk and pass out, just don't stay here. Oh and the breakfast...they didn't even provide fresh milk. Winner winner chicken dinner.

“Short Stay”

Room was better than expected. However, the noise from across the street was extremely loud. The band plays every night in the market area near the hotel from early eve to early morn. The breakfast is OK ... don't expect a large meal. The hotel charges for use of their computer in the common area ... I think this is ridiculous given availability of free use in other hotels but it is their decision.

A great deal,clean and perfectly located if you're in Makati for the clubs. If not then you may have trouble sleeping. Music from the streets and nearby clubs/bars is quite loud in the room and goes until very early in the morning.

“Good Hotel with a few issues”

Lovely hotel which is well situated in Makati. Rooms are quite dimly lit and the Internet can be spotty! The Internet did not work at all on one of the days. Breakfasts are varied, but we weren't impressed,fruit juices that are served are concentrates and the bread that was served was sweet. Our bathroom also stank horribly while we were there.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The service and food was excellent. I will return to this hotel in the future.

Moved to another room the next day, everything was better except the water leak which kinda flood the toilet for the two days we stayed.

You can feel they are trying to become this quirky new kid on the black but whilethere is definitely potential, they will need to fix a few things: - noise insulation: the central location shouldnt come at the expense of not being able to sleep without earplugs. Change the windows, close the gaps btw the AC unit and the wall surounding it so you don't get the impression to sleep in the middle of the road with karaoke during the day and a club during the night - maintenance: while the rennovation looks nice now, this will have to be maintained to not fall apart at the end of the year. Specifically, fix the plumbing im room 401, the smell in the bathroom is unbearable Apart from that, the design and furnishing of the rooms is lovely and I found the staff friendly and attentive. As I said... Its not a bad place, just could be soo much better with the improvements

Stayed overnight on a whim -- great value for money, rooms are new and clean, and the location on Makati Avenue is fantastic. Highly recommended for young couples on a budget!

Great location being right on Makati Ave. Close to all the good food and bazaar. The rooms are very beautiful and the suites in the front with the balcony are amazing and definitely worth the price. I would stay here again for sure if not on a budget but it is still very affordable compared the the US hotels.

Stayed in Junior Suite. Room size was good. There was a problem with the key card though. This is basically a budget hotel. Everything is made with cost playing a heavy factor. It is obvious that fittings, etc are not of the best quality. This is a new hotel, so most things are in working order, but surely after a little bit of time, many things will be broken or not working. Bathroom fittings, jug kettle, table/chairs, door, key card are cheap quality. Breakfast is ala-carte. You can choose from American, European or Asian type meals. I found them good and sufficient for me, but might not be enough for a big eater (I am a small eater). The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, which is their best point. Not a bad hotel, would consider staying again.

Choice of breakfast is limited and the rooms are not well lited. Bed linen is worn out. Only saving grace is the restaurant staff and the location.

This is very close to Makati's nightlife district and is everything you want from a short stay hotel. The room was spotless and modern and given the price, staff were courteous and fine with me having guests. Overall I was very happy with hotel this given my limited budget.
