“Great Location, Friendly staff, Convenience for business and shopping”
The property could desperately use some new fitness equipment. The treadmills have been in need of repair for a long time. The HOA should take care of these. If maintained, the fitness room is used a lot. Swimming pool and outdoor facilities and great. Proximity to Rustan's Market Place is nice.

“Second pleasant time here ”
Our second time here. We had a pleasant stay again. Very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms. Everything is fine. Okay if you want to use the electric stove or washing machine, you have to pay extra, but you know it before you book. 😊

“Poor hotel suites ”
Staff were very accommodating, but the hotel room was very basic . The bed was very hard , you woke with sore neck and lower back. AIrconditioning was very noisy and even were up to 26th floor the noice outside was bad and you can’t get comfortable at night. The breakfast was poor. They partnered with two restaurants in front of the building. The Japanese restaurant we went for breakfast was disgusting and dirty. The food they serve was very greasy and poor quality of food. The Filipino restaurant was ok and not much choices for westerners and all the food they serve was fried . The hotel amenities was poor the pool was dirty especially the indoor pool. It’s a suite hotel but they charge you to pay the washing and cooker for 200 pesos each per day. The toilet smells foul once you open the toilet the room smells like your next to a sewage.

With regard to the noisy air condition, we are now looking for alternative solutions with our contractors as some of the rooms with a balcony have a fix air-condition compressor cabinets. For the breakfast providers, we will surely report and make improvements immediately on this. Our amenities are cleaned by the admin personnel, rest assured this will be reported and improved immediately. Our washing machine and electric stove usage are currently not inclusive with the rates, however, by 2020 all room rates are inclusive with the usage of an electric stove and washing machine daily. We want our guests to have a pleasant experience with us, our sincere apology if we did not satisfy and give you the best comfort during your stay. “Plenty of amenities and good value for money”
Availed the room for a bridal shower party, where they allowed guests until 10pm. The room had a good view with spacious seating area. A lot of shops and restaurants are nearby.

Cleanliness : Room cleaning was OK. But previous guest's lunch box and alminium foil were remained in refrigerator. Room keeper should fully check all drawers, closet etc opening all closed equipment. Facilities : 1st night, shower room and lavatory were flooded and water level was going to reach bed room by clogged pipe of shower room drainage. Appreciated for receptionest's treatment to change the room. But new room had new problem. Afoul smell was filled in shower room and lavatory also to bed room. Next day aromatic smell was in the spaces. Room keeper may noticed the defect and sprayed it. Complete pipe cleaning is required for all waste water lines.

“Suite was well appointed and clean”
Pros, cleanliness and spacious apartment. Well organised from their office on the 18th floor and the staff where friendly and superb. Cons no hand towels provided in bathroom and two bath towels each would have been nice because in a hot country I need two showers a day. There is no clothes dryer in the apartment so my towels where wet when I wanted a second shower. No pot towels where provided in the kitchen so you could not dry your crockery. Also no drying wrack.

“Unpleasant smell in the bathroom, long wait for the lifts”
The check-in counter was located in Room 18J, not on the ground floor. The bathroom of my room, 16E, had a really unpleasant smell. However, it was probably coming from the pipeline because the bathroom and the room were properly cleaned. It was a 35-storey building and each floor had about 10 units, all services by just three tiny lifts (one was not in use). The aircon was really, really loud. However, I usually play white noise when I sleep so it was not a problem for me. If anything, the aircon noise helped drown out noises coming from the hallway. I did not use any facilities there so ignore my score for facilities.

“CSuites made my tight wedding preps more efficient!”
I booked 2 Family Suites, 2 Studio Suites and 1 Twin Suite for two nights: the eve before our wedding, and the night after the reception. All of our needs are well-facilitated, and because of the clean facilities in our suites, we were able to cook our meals for the night and the day after! They accommodated our requests for well-lit rooms to facilitate the pictorials. Props to all the ladies at 18J and Sir Josh for all the efficient services! We will definitely come back. 😊

“Good location, room is sparse”
The location was good for my stay and if you plan to walk to The World Centre, it is about 10 minutes by easy stroll. However, no cab driver I tried to use had any idea where it was. The room was clean and a large studio, but for a large studio it was sparsely furnished. Lots of places to eat nearby.

“Good place to stay”
We have stayed at this location several times. We like it. Clean, friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom is not really wheelchair accessible. But when I asked the desk for a hard rubber chair to transfer to, to utilize the bathroom. No problem. Right in the middle of Makati. Walking distance to nice eating places. good buy for the money.

“Condo/ Lodging”
The building is nice. Security in the lobby. Shops next door for basic needs. The building seems to be a combo of people living in the suites, as well as some of the suites being rented out. Maybe units that didn't sell. Over all, it was very nice and was worth the money. Will stay there again.

“Amazing location! Wide space and great view of the city”
There's rustan's marketplace and many restaurants and bars downstairs that you dont really need to get to the malls (Locavore, shrimp bucket, bar centrale, nono's, burger king, bonchon, plantation bar, mcdonalds, jollibee, 7-eleven, ramenagi)! The city view is wiiiiiiiiiide and awesome! You can really see makati from the room. The room is big, with a queen sized bed and a couch, plus a separate small kitchen. There is a washing machine inside the bathroom. The only thing is that the lighting looks tired and dim. It is not even mood lighting.

Nothing to rave about. The room was clean. You get what you pay for. The frontdesk staff was a bit rude, I guess they work long hours.

“Maybe it was just my room but...overall underwhelming”
This is a difficult review for me as I often like places that have a local feel but there were significant misses in the experience. Good things: People - The lounge and front desk area are polite and very helpful. 24 hour support is clearly key, Location is great, Gym in the adjacent building and pools are nice, and they provide free food options via Partnership with vendors until 10:00 pm. Areas of Improvement: Cleanliness - Dealbreaker for me. The first night I was there the bed was made with yellow stained sheets. Additionally, there were always flies in the apartment noticeable areas of dirt on the floor. Ambiance - Room 14A has a window facing a wall both in the bedroom and living room resulting in very little natural lighting. Restaurants - Limited selection and not to my taste so opted out of some free meals because of this.

“最高!”
I love CSuites! They have large rooms for a studio unit booking for a reasonable price, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. It is near my work so when I need somewhere to stay in for a night, I would always choose CSuites! However, one down side is that if you want to avail a free breakfast, you have to cross to the other side of the street to avail it as they don't have their own.

“Average stay”
Great condo unit but not worth staying for a few number of days due its OVERPRICED accommodation despite it's near in business offices and mall. I was disappointed with the given parking space. When I requested it, C Suites charged P250 overnight and also inconsistent coordination with the parking guard was observed making the rider wait 30 minutes when I already endorsed it ahead of time.

With regards to the parking rates, building developer has basement pay parking area which will cost you more that 250 pesos per night as they have different management and not connected with C Suites. We provide this parking spaces to lessen the cost for those guest who will bring their car with them. Our parking is private and in first come first serve basis as this is a condominium/residences. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that we had caused you, we will surely improve to provide the best guest care for you and to all future guest of C Suites. Thank you very much!

“some pros ad cons”
The residence is a bit round down and in need of some refurbishment. There is a terrible rotten water smell throughout, the bathroom displays dirty silicon sealings, not all room are quite. However, I got a good price on the room which was spacious, nice balcony, good location, overall I was pleased and will return if attractive pricing is offered.

“It s ok but less than expectations. Very noise though”
Room was definitely what I expected from photos and description: smaller, and definitely less fancy. In the website it looks like a luxury or at least fancy residency , in reality is a small apartment , very basically featured, and no thrill at all. One thing you have to consider is : air-conditioning is very very very noising, it could keep awake all night with its on and off operation

“The place is nice and spacious”
We had to extend for another day just because the place is very nice and spacious. They also got a very nice pool area and a playground for the kids. Overall, our stay was great and amazing! And also, staff were very nice and accommodating. Although, parking is a bit pricey and limited. They only had 2 parking space for all guests. Good thing though is that we were able to get one parking space with 250/day fee which is a bit out of budget. This should be free or charge... :(

you need to decide if you are a 'hotel', dormitory for staff, or condo for rent. we used your place for months, we paid hotel prices, and then you automatically blamed and charged us for staff washing dishes and breaking a silly coffee mug. never even asked if we did it and was aware of it. get your act together

“すごく良い”
I love the pool as they have an indoor and adult pool for adult and kids. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool is under maintenance during our stay there. They also have a playground which is great for the kids. What i don’t like about this apartment is the room ambiance, it feels very sad. I don’t know but maybe because of the lights. The room looks a bit old. The bathroom light is very dark as well. The room slippers looks very dirty
