“Great”
We enjoyed our stay and everything was great. I hope they had more channels on their TV (cable) so we can watch movies next time. But the rest was all good. My kid even asked me to stay for 10 days. The place is simple and clean. The host is very responsive as well.

“Lack of cleanliness”
A fair budget option in Marikina. But the place was dirty. Half Used disposable shampoo vials left in the bathroom. Unhealthy. Plenty of ants in the condo. Wall ac not powerful enough for the studio room. The WiFi quit working on the morning of the checkout. The password had been changed. At least afford the client the decency until after checkout at 12 noon when you want to change the password. Very unprofessional and will never book again.

i booked for my child's bday treat an overnight swimming cz day1 palang ng april swiming na ang gusto, ayon subrang bitin dahil general cleaning daw alanagan nmn 6am swim na agad ang mga bagetz kaya 7-1030 lng sila nakapagswimming..and isa pa,i feel bad kc ang alam ko free used yung pool,haaayyy...another payment pla yun.my 1stym to book its a free of used kaya lesson learned before magconfirm ask muna if free of used ang pool.

The condo is a good choice for a quick staycation because of its good location and clean facilities. The cons are that you have to pay 150 pesos per head for the use of the swimming pool, unlike other condos where there is only a maximum of persons who can swim for free. Also, the owner of units 3127 and 2833 failed to inform me ahead of this policy and it was I who queried about it.

“Skyscraper”
The place was clean. I was on the 39th floor. Spectacular view. Pool on the 7th floors. 7-11 downstairs. Very near both Eastwood Mall & UP Town Center. Will stay again.

“The place was adequately small and the staff were very courteous”
The host was very kind and prompt when assisting, replies very quick. The place small and there is no exhaust if you want to cook so we had to open the windows, Wifi was is ok, aircon is cool, overall it was a decent stay. Nice and quiet.

“Not worth it”
In booking, one will always rely to the ad posted. In my case theres no mention of pets allowed/parking space in my end (as I have screen captured the ad) . I tried calling the number on the property contact number but was out of reach. So I took the chance to bring my dog along. To my dismay pets are not allowed. I asked the doorman if I can talk to the property owner or someone since my dog is inside the cage, the concierge without even asking me immediately dismissed and shooed me away. I have no problem with authorities or the policy but this guy had the poorest of the poor quality of customer service. To cut the story short, i have to go back home and leave the dog. Pay parking cost 240 for 20hours stay. The hot shower is not hot after all, and no hair dryer as claimed. The inconvenience and stress brought by the things mentioned above is NOT WORTH IT.

“The condo was filthy and the shower didn't work. The owner took a day to answer and fix the problem.”
No Wifi and laundry, despite being advertised with both. Also, no visa, and had to use cash unexpectedly. So dirty, had to clean the bathroom before we could use it

“Perfect late check in and great communication from staff ”
I was late to check in, staff contacted me as to why? And I thought that was lovely! They gave directions as to check the n and out.. room clean well AC and perfect for a stopover with a lot near bye.

just like my previous review, i really liked my stay here. very clean. complete with kitchen amenities. and the owner of unit is very accommodating. the room smells nice. water in shower have good pressure. very near convenience store and restaurants.

The room is very clean, complete with kitchen amenities. The owner of unit is very accommodating. The condo is very near a convenience store, restaurants and the metro is just walking distance.

“Nice option for a short-term business traveller”
It is a studio flat of a very posh residence building called Blue Residence. My room was on 31st floor and had a very nice view. The property is nicely managed. Another plus point to me was very friendly and helpful staffs. It will be a nice option for a short-term travellers. However, the facility may be insufficient for a long stay. Moreover, the rubbish is collected twice a day only (by the buiding's central management staffs). So, if you miss these times, you will need to wait for the next day.

“Staycation”
We are always trying new places to stay. This one is really poor in terms of the bed size, and the bed sheet. They have a very good WIFI. They have a key for the door and not a card. The bathroom is simple and clean. No tissue provided. So sum it all up, this one stills need a lot of improvements.

Nous n'y sommes demeure qu'une nuitée. Points négatifs: - nous avons dû contacter le propriétaire du condo afin d'obtenir le MP du W/F; il devrait apparaître sur la liste de règles à respecter affichée dans le condo même... - il faut payer pour l'accès à la piscine - la douche laisse à désirer... - nous avons tue deux bestioles. Par contre, j'y retournerais sans problème.
