“Honest review ”
I don’t wanted to rate anything to this place but yeah AC is fine and bed is ok but there is a lot of uninvited guests (cockroaches ) they are the one who welcomed us once we opened the door! We found them everywhere from door step, bed, cabinet till bathroom everywhere you will find them I have paid internationally so price was double my advice avoid staying there if your traveling from abroad even locals also .

“Stressful stay. Never again.”
We went there as a family expecting a relaxing stay, but we were disappointed. First, "Benjie" the caretaker was RUDE to me via text. I was asking a few things closer to our stay and he dismissed me by saying "Saan ba kayo nag book ??? Magbasa ng booking confirmation andun ang mga tanonng mo" I called him the following day and gave him a lecture. My reservation is already paid, and he couldn't even be patient enough with my questions. The thing is, the questions I asked him were not even in the guide. His excuse was "Ah sorry maam buzy ako for double checking nito". If you're too tired of what you are doing, then resign. Simple as that. Next issue was PARKING. We had to pay 300 for overnight parking and was given a slot when we checked in. We went out to eat and go somewhere and when we came back, THE SLOT GIVEN TO US WAS ALREADY OCCUPIED. We went to their "unit" and was given another parking slot which turned out to be occupied as well. It was tiring because we had to go to their unit and back to the parking area and it was all back and forth. Finally, after the guard's confirmation, we were given a parking slot. It took us almost an hour, and it was already past midnight. We were tired AF. The sofa bed that we had to use as a bed (because there were 3 of us in the room) had a broken leg. It was loose and we just had to adjust it so it can be slept on. They provided 1 pillow each guest and 3 towels (that did not look so clean, we did not use it). One of the pillows had a stain on it too. The shower head was positioned so high that the water actually hits the wall and not the person. We had to hold the shower head while using it. The sink inside the bathroom looked like it needs plumbing because the water is not draining fast. Considering we stayed at the 35th floor, the view was nice. However, one of their windows WAS BROKEN AND CANNOT BE CLOSED. It is dangerous and scary, what if something or someone goes in through the window. Worse is what if something falls off. We just had to pull the blinds. If I were to stay in The Sentinel again, we won't be staying in the units provided and looked after this owner and caretaker. They said they have a few rooms owned so we'll just need to find another.

“Cleanliness”
The entire place is ok location, facilities, staff and value for money. The only things that were very bad was that the unit has a lot of coach roaches, the towels were not clean and absorbent, and there is a sign for no smoking on the floor but our room smelled like a smoking room. I hope the unit owners improve their unit. So it would be a pleasant stay for travellers.

“Honest Review”
We checked in at around 6pm and we are accommodated immediately but the room has no wifi. if you want you can avail it for an additional charge but even tho we want to pay extra unfortunately they don't have enough wi-fi so we spend our stay without wifi. The room is clean but unfortunately during our stay the sink in the kitchen area is clogged that's the reason we can't wash our dishes 😵 The bed is comfortable and good thing the owner is very responsive and nice.

“complicated process”
you have to talk to a lots of people to talk to and go to different floors to be able to checkin properly. there was no power/electricity on half of our stay and the staff initially agreed that we could extend our stay since there was nothing to do in the room and we ended up going outside until the the power was back on. but when i reminded them of this later, the staff got angry and asked why would i need to do that. checked out early and vowed never to stay here again.
