“Delux Room”

The location is accessible. Ang hindi ko lang na gustohan is yung bed makati at ang lababo barado.

Location is good but it is not comfortable to stay there because of the facilities. Specially restrooms. Its dirty.

“Basic budget hotel”

Book only if you are staying on a short term vacation or when you think you will always be out of the hotel and just need a place to sleep. The room we got is the deluxe standard room with its own toilet and aircon. It's very small, with the bed to fit only. hanging tv with cable (remote not working in our room) and very basic toilet, no amenities except for toothbrush and tissue. Do not expect much, this is as good as what you pay. picture on the net is the same with the actual room . The walls are not noise proof of course Since we stayed for couple of hours only, and was able to transfer to another hotel then it was okay. Location wise, it's good, it's in fuente osmena circle. with lots of transportation option, near restos, convenience store, etc.

Very untidy place the bedsheet was dirty and have stained I dont know what it was. The comfort room was not clean and shower not working. You have to use bucket for bathing. They dont have security.

“Very near fuente circle and restos”

Location wise this budget guesthouse got it. We booked this capsule with shared bathroom in Agoda which was not indicated in the description but when we went to the place we asked for a room with private room and luckily there was and we got it for 900+ each night which is not bad as this is a booking we made last minute in exchange of the one we have already booked in Bantayan that we were not able to use due to typhoon tyson so for us not to worry about our safety we stayed in Cebu City instead. This little room is clean with basic toiletries and really cold AC with cable tv and comfy bed. Again, as I mentioned earlier with the location this is so walking distance to robinsons fuente where cabs are always lined up, just downstairs is a pizza resto and around few more restos. Very near Taboan market where the dried mangoes and other food pasalubong from Cebu is cheap. You will just smell after...hehe... this guesthouse is recommended and is pasok na pasok sa budget. Especially the capsule if ur ok with mix and shared bathroom coz it is just 500+ per nyt.

“Worse place ever ”

Had to pay extra for the room I have booked. Most of the staff members are very arrogant and rude, not welcoming. Worth giving them costumer service trainings, had a broken toilet handle, wifi stopped working, cockroaches in the room, one member of the front desk called July who I found very rude, she was very defensive in which made me uncomfortable to ask her to fix things as I was really stressed with everything not working, had to use other external toilets as there's all were broken, I would never go back there again even for free accommodation. Please avoid this place as the only good about it is the location., save your money as they mislead you with the pictures.

I had an issue with Julie (Receptionist) who had an unpleasant personality. She is inconsiderate not understanding and rude! I just came from a long travel and had no sleep at all and upon checking in she decide and let me transfer from one room to another 3 times bc the a:c wasn’t working and I refused to stay in that room so I went back on to the original room. I’d like to complain her to the manager but she hesitate to do so! Her attitude is a liability to the facility and she should be fired since she already suspended before because of other complaints from guests.

I love that I can always ask for a pair of slippers. The guy receptionist who was there when we checked in refused to provide as with 1 though. He said that they are not available anymore. Had to wait for a change of receptionist and yeah, I was given a pair. Still, I am giving a satisfactory rate for staff for now.

My cellphone was stolen while sleeping inside my capsule. Every capsule with curtain connection. They don't have any cameras. They set up it now. Also, they didn't want the identification card of local people, not a safe place.

we arrived at the place on the day of the booking. But the place was not what we expected. the place was not secured no toilet for privacy. We asked for the front desk to assist us in cabcelling the room. Because we'rehaving a hard time contacting agoda for some reason. Now you will charged us. I understand the first night but the whole booking. That was absurd. We didn't even stayed with your hitel if that is yoy called a hotel.

We stayed in their deluxe room with bath which was a really small room with private bath and, a tv with no cable. They also provide bath essentials. The location is very good it's in the heart of cebu

Excellent location to almost everywhere in the city. However, AC was terrible. We thought it was just in the first room that we had. So we transferred to a diff room. But AC was still not giving out enough cold air. We were sweaty til the next morning. Food from outside is not allowed. No cable connection. Place is clean. Staff is very friendly. If you're looking for a comfortable stay, I do not suggest this place. But if you're in a budget, you'd better go for this.

We have stayed at a lot of hostels worldwide and while this one had a good location, it was very disappointing. Pros: Location Private cubby beds with half doors to shut for more privacy. Cons: Super hot Bathroom was really disappointing: women's side wasn't even open the whole time we were there, no toilet paper or soap to wash hands Pay for your own towel Really loud from outside People turned the lights on super early in the morning/very loud in the dorms

Everything was great almost, just the linen in capsule I don't really like it it was rough/not smooth feels like powdery. But deluxe room was great.

“Valuables not safe in room”

This is the second time staying at this hotel in over a year and perhaps the last. The problem is $500 was stolen out of my room last year and the same amount was stolen out my backpack this year. The location is good around Robinsons Mall and a park but to many poor people asking for money and food always. The hotel has no cameras or security lock boxes to protect your valuable things. I realized now this thief was not a mistake, I’m being watched when I leave outside my room. I don’t know how many people are involved in this stealing, but I don’t owe them nothing. The Philippines is a great country, however, this maybe my last tourist trip here because no one has ever stole from my hotel in Thailand or Hong Kong. These folks act like because your American your rich and it’s ok for them to steal from you. I see why very few foreigners come to the Philippines but go else where. It’s there mentality to steal every nano second as to why tourist avoid visiting the Philippines.

“Affordable Guest House”

Our stay was good despite of heavy downpour outside. The location is at the front of Fuente Osmena Circle near to Robinsons Fuente, and is very accessible to major establishments and hospitals. The receptionist is very hospitable and responsive to the needs of their guests. The WiFi and Cable TV is good. The price is right and what you see is what you get. We will go back to stay soon.

“Good for backpackers ”

Cleans and basic. Near tourist area I guess but lots of drug dealers, prostitution and men selling “young girls” - homeless everywhere as well. Pro - city center area, lots of restaurants and close to everything.

A lot of food chain near the hotel. Accessible for transportation and gala. Also, it's clean. Free coffee and bottled water is a plus. SUGGESTION: Improve the wifi connection just a bit for more satisfactory.

Deluxe room comes with a functional attached toilet and shower, cable tv, strong wifi connection and air conditioning unit. Soap and toilet tissue provider, however no towels were provided. No restaurant or cafe in the property but outside is packed with 24hr fast food and pharmacy convenient shops so its still convenient as well as taxi and public jeep are passing in front of the hostel.
