“wifi problem night front desk not as accomodating as day time ”
The problem with tourist infested area is that sometimes they treat foreigners and local differently. At night time we were having problems connecting with our wifi they did send someone in our room but it did not resolve our problem and no follow up. But the next day we informed them again on our concern and was able to resolve it.

Front Desk were not as helpful especially when we checked in at night she was not attentive to our needs especially since we were having difficulty connecting to the wifi but the front desk in the morning was great she sent someone to fix it for us. Wifi is important because we were working while staying in at boracay.

Overall good hotel, only concern is during breakfast the buffet was not properly refilled with foods and pandesal/watermelon did not get refilled at all even at 9am (10am End ) and have to wait for a while.

“Beautiful resort”
We had a lovely time at Belmont — felt like we found a gem. We were celebrating part of our honeymoon at the resort and they made us feel special. The resort is clean, have a lovely swimming pool and bar. And the staff (special shoutout to Donnie and housekeeping) for making our stay beautiful.

“Worst i have ever been”
I was excited to be here but upon seeing the room with cockroach i was really disappointed on top of that the air conditioning system not working in our room its so hot. And lastly the bed sheet was not replaced as there were hairs on it. Hair of a female person . No toiletries.

We had a very pleasant stay in Belmont Boracay. Upon arrival at new coast, they immediately inform us that we can just wait for an hour then they can grant us early check in. We were able to rest early and enjoy their amenities specially the beach. The breakfast was the best! And they also offer variety of activities and shuttle which help us go to different parts of Boracay. They really have the best sunrise in the island. Looking forward to our next stay! :)

“Ripped of, RX stolen. Conflict with staff mgnt”
I think this is the worst hotel experience. Goid price. Condescending staff. Refused my complaint on room robbery. $235 prescription. Just refused to investigate. Worst was beachfront loungers were cut off 'Reserved for our Muslim Friends (2 days before moving to other hotel. Pre Ramadan travel place. No watmimg poor signage snd zero shade at all. 4 loungers in hot sun only. Tripped over thim wire connecting loungers. First aide helped took photos and when I reported at front desk told 'our vendors are responsible for all spoiled foods! No neon ribbons on wire to warn people? Rent space to vendors and then they are losing money because hotel neglect is vendors duty to lose all profits to replace seafood and 2 fruit shakes? What Extremely serious booking issue refused first night in. 600 php later found wonderful Summer Palace Hotel. Van use, Belmont to core beaches food activities and tourist hot spots long way away. 30 minutes and 2 to 4 times a day gets expensive. I was not at all comfortable and it cost me a lit more than I was happy paying out. Worst mgnt policies that screw over beach vendors that pay to be there. And that seems abusive and punitive to vendor to take $7 food $5 shakes, then replace everything? It's ussary! 1/5 location 1/5 resolutions 1/5 security 4/5 private beach but not warned I could nit use it last 2/7 days? Sleazy. Really nasty. Moved to core area. 100% drama free for 3 more weeks. Boracay Island is great. Next time 2 weeks Boracay and 1 weeks Palawan Never thought it would feel so safe 25/7 ... really wonderful people. On core area White Sands Beach area was never a off moment with self and friend who joined me 8th day. Great tan. Great people. Beautiful sun. Really warm water. People all gather on beach for sunrises amd sunsets. It was a memorable trip! Blip at first ... smoothed out! Great time.

We loved our stay the ambiance were very comfortable good value for but the price in the restaurant is a little bit pricey rice cost 90 pesos but does not taste good quality of rice .

“Awesome Staff!!”
Had a great stay last December for my partners birthday celebration. The people at the reception were very approachable and had good vibes always wearing a smile. Room has clean sheets everyday. Even gave my partner a plate of sweets for her birthday and she loved the macaroon. Also loved the fact that they have free shuttle when going back and forth from hotel to station 1. Just be aware of the sched. Will definitwly go back.

“Peaceful, Great Breakfast”
Great buffet breakfast, other side of the island so not much going on there but very quiet and peaceful, beach is lovely, rooms are very modern and clean. Very nice stay.

“More than we could ask for”
We were so happy with our entire experience. Staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were tidied up nice. Elegant. Place, though far from station 2, but prompt shuttle service is provided. We were so happy.

“Amazing Value for money $50 a night”
For the price of $50 a night, this hotel stay of 10 nights was very very good! The service is amazing, the hotel is high 4 Stars or 5 Stars in my eyes. Very nice stay, will come back for sure! Location is far from station 1,2,3 but free shuttleservice makes it OK. Very quiet, very beautiful area! Loved it!

部屋のシャワーのお湯が出なかったので、フロントに連絡するが45分待ってもこないので、コンシェルジュに電話をしてもなかなか来なくて、1時間以上待たされた。
