“Perfect place to have a peaceful getaway”
This place is clean, quiet, very relaxing and staff are always accommodating. It's a few steps away from Mist. I loved our stay in here coz it's a perfect place to come home to after a long day of exploring Panglao. We will definitely be back.

“Honest Review”
The place is conveniently situated close to shops and restaurants. It's quite basic but tidy. The security guard and the receptionist are both very friendly and willing to help. However, the noise from the pool can be quite loud since our room is near that area. Additionally, it would be nice to have a TV in the room for entertainment. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend this spot to fellow travelers

I pick this hotels since its walking distance to my divers school and alona beach. Very comfortable room and there is a balcony for every room. Its good for drying your clothes after diving :)

we didnt encounter any hassle our whole stay. walking to the city center is doable but there are also tuktuk that’s going around the area. the staff are also accommodating.

“Clean but Smelly room”
It was nice. Only 1 staff on duty. You wont see someone at the reception coz he/she may be cleaning rooms or cooking in the kitchen. Responsive when bell is rang. Room was neat and layout was nice but a nasty smell is coming out from the sink. Sink knob broken. Reported the smell and knob of the sink but seems that staff was already aware of the problem. Hope you fix the issues before releasing the rooms.

“Unexpected plans”
My first booking is only with my sister but we ended up taking our parents with us so they suggest us to pay for 850/each per night so that's additional bed for them but I didn't expect na matigas na bed ang ibibigay. We should have get them nalang pala ng different hotel or room if that's the case but they decided na sama sama nalang kami pero I'm so disappointed sa pa "bed" nila hindi man sya bed na makakatagal ka kung siesta lang kaya pa eh pero yung 3 nights ganun hihigan??? Masakit sa likod I swear 🤦 di daw pa nakaka buy kasi may ari? You should have anticipated that since nag papa extra bedding charge kau that kind of higaan 850/each per night? Not worth it. . So kung may plans kau . . for couples lang cla but for family of 4 not recommendable.

This place is worth every penny. Location is great, very short distance walk to Mist (famous resto), walking distance to other recommended restaurants. Staffs are super nice, i cant say anything bad to them. Room is big and all amenities functions well. The staffs will also recommend great food places and tours if you ask them. I know that I will be back again in Panglao and for sure will stay here again too.

“Quietest place near the action ”
Alona town is a zoo. We wanted a quiet place to stay and got that at this hotel. While they did play music near the pool from 7 am until evening, we turned it down when we wanted to enjoy that area.

Highly highly highly recommended. Overall, the staffs were approachable, the area was so quiet, the room was very clean. You can just walk to the busy area or the beach. Best for couples. 10/10

“Ok for the price”
Staff were friendly, although the standard of hospitality could have been better when we arrived! Body wash was empty, and I had to request hand soap separately. Their restaurant is open only until 3pm and the location is quite far from the main strip of restaurants (a good 10-15min walk along quite dark/busy road). Adequate for the price but overall so-so

Not much facilities but good rooms and very polite and helpful staff, can help you to rent scooters and tricycles to airport. Issue is that all the outside noise comes to the room. Because windows can not be closed properly, so you will hear all the noise in your room, which can be quite annoying in early mornings and late nights.

“If you want a hotel for a cheaper price.”
I would recommended this place because it’s close to the airport, the main road,and Alona beach. It’s close to several places where you can eat i.e. nora’s pizza and beer, mist, etc. Our room wasn’t spacious but enough for 2-3 persons. The faucet was leaking, so it was hard to fall asleep to be honest. We were charged additional fees for the extra person because we were only able to register 2 pax for the room. It was okay but something unexpected lang, but then again we understand. Overall, I would rate Alona M 3/5. Good enough but there could be improvements in terms of service, because the staff are mostly not seen in the front desk.

“Very poor”
Definitely one of the worst hotel I have stayed in. I have been visited over 50 countries worldwide and stayed in hundreads hotels and this one is among the worst i visited.

Staying at Alona M Panglao was great. Staff were very helpful. Though its a bit far the Panglao beach. If you like walking, then its Ok. I rented Motorcycle so it was not a Problem for me. They would even arrange the Rental for you.

“Great stay, highly recommended!”
The property excelled in cleanliness and had great facilities. The staff were friendly, making our stay enjoyable. Even though we were late on checking out due to our island tour in the morning they still let us use the room for 30mins. Overall, it provide good value for the money spent.

“Good No frills stay”
The stay is neat and well maintained, ideal for week long stay. The staff are helpful. They help in arranging transport, scooter, tours etc. The location is bit far around 20 minutes walk from the main Alona beach and dark after evening but its safe with very less vehicles hence walkable.

“Great place. Peaceful and serene”
This accommodation was a real surprise for me. I wasn’t sure when I initially booked but I was pleasantly surprised. Very clear, relaxing and peaceful place. Less than 10mins walk to all Alona’s stores, restaurants and all you need. Very central and yet very quiet. I will recommend it to solo travel as well as couple. The staff are very helpful and they do their best helping you even if the language at times can be a barrier but that doesn’t take away from their hospitality and generosity

“Try out Alona M...”
Its been almost 6 years since the last time I went to Bohol, so I decided to join some friends just for an over night stay in Bohol and just do some food trip and chilling at the beach. I checked out some accommodation in Panglao that is just near the airport and I came across with Alona M. When I checked their reviews, I get to read positive reviews about the place and the place looks quiet and cozy so I decided to just stay here. When I got into the hotel/resort, everything just feels so right, staff where really accommodating and the receptionist really brought me straight to my room because they are already expecting my arrival at the hotel/resort, the room was already ready and it was cold, this is what I like about small hotel/resort, they are really keen to such small details and these small details really matters. The whole property was really peaceful and safe at night. Up until my departure going back to Manila, everything was really perfectly great. If I will be visiting Bohol anytime soon again (depends on my mood) I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Alona M for a great stay, I will definitely go back and stay with you guys!
