“Excellent and spacious accomodation”
The front desk staff are attentive and receptive to our needs. Our room was kept clean by the housekeeping. Room is huge, air-conditioned (which is a big plus) and perfectly working hot water.

“VERY CLEAN”
Note: Before reading the rest of this review, please note there are no elevators here, so if you or anyone in your parry are unable to walk up to the 3rd floor please look for another place. The place is extremely clean and their staff will help with luggage transport to the upper floors. There is also room service and a large dining area on the ground floor. Location wise approx. 15 mins to La Trinidad's Strawberry Farm, Mines View Park, Igorot Stone Kingdom and the Night market! Very centered. You can use the jeep to get to the night market. Taxi/grab to the other locations.

Staffs are great, very warm and kind. But I think this hotel may not be advisable for elders or pwd as they have no elevators and all rooms are in 3rd floor. But hotel is good and very clean in all fairness

The facility is okay but keep in mind that they do not have elevator. Also if you book a group room they will only provide you 1 set of toiletries if you ask for extra they will charge you and the price is TOOO MUCH.

The location from the city center is a bit far, but the vicinity is nice and quiet. We were given a room with some defective amenities but still working. Could use better pest management . Please note that they don't have an elevator.

“A good accomodation BUT...”
I'll make this very short. I will recommend this hotel to those who are travelling without senior, kasi nasa 3rd floor ang rooms nila (which is very spacious and clean). Hindi po gumagana yung elevator, kaya to those na medyo mahina na ang tuhod, this is only a reminder na under maintenance yung elevator nila.. But all in all I highly recommend this hotel.. PS. sumakay po kayo ng taxi or jeep in going to Starway Hotel kasi medyo malayo sya ng konte sa sentro at pa uphill po sya..

“Pros and cons ”
Cons: No elevator. Their rooms are on the 3rd floor. It's a hassle going from basem to the room. They said they it's under renovation but i dont see any renovation work at the place. There are small cockroaches in the room Lastly, check out time is 11am which is very early and they didn't give consideration. We stayed for 3 nights. I requested if we can check out around 11:30 so we can prepare our stuff and the kids,not to mention going back and forth from the lobby to the room because of all the stuff we have will take time. But they said no,it is not allowed. I plead to give a little extension and explained our situation but the receptionist still said no! Pros: Room is big Food is inexpensive The resto and cafe staff are okay Free parking

Starway Hotel is one of the best place to stay here in Baguio. It is one ride away from the city proper, around 5-10mins travel time to Harrison. It is peaceful and I love the ambiance. Clean ameneties and happy staff! Thank you 💋

“Just one thing: Elevator”
Overall, this hotel is good considering its price point. However, having no elevator (for now) means that you still need to climb the stairs to third floor, where the rooms are, after an already tiring day of walking around the city.

“Do Not book to this Hotel”
Over booking was made . Agoda and the Hotel Property not coordinated. We waited 3 hours to settle by the property and checking at 1AM . The Hotel Manager doesn’t know to handle issue and not accommodating . They didn’t offer compensation of there error and disturbance made to customer

The Staff was great but the hotel itself is a meh. The rooms are located at 3rd floor, that's not a problem only if they have an elevator but they don't. After a tiring day of going around the bagiuo you'll have to climb just to rest in your room.

No elevator and they lied and said the elevator was broke very long stairway to 3fd floor . The beds are very hard. The restaurant is horrible and they charge to bring your food to you.
