First it was kinda hard to find luckily our taxi driver knows the village, we arrived at around 12.30 midnight, i didnt expect that the room that will be given to us was a bunk bed i ask them if they have a fan but they didnt have one "daw" but i heard the other has and told me " malamig naman and just open the windows" well yes its cold but there's a lot of mosquitos, yes its cheap but if you want a relaxing place better not to choose this, i end up looking for a much better place to stay even i booked for 2 days.

I will recommend this transient to all travelers. Worth every penny na gagastusin for this transient. Legit ang 5 min away from City Center. Walking distance sa Mirador and Lourdes Grotto. In fairness, sa linis ng place. Nakaka-amaze lang na sobrang aliwalas ng mismong transient, maayos talaga. Appreciated din ang mga staff na mababait mapa-babae o lalaki man. Nagbibigay din sila ng mga tips sa mga tourist spots like ano ang unang puntahan then susunod base sa location para maka-save sa time at gastos.

“Our Stay”
We booked a deluxe room in agoda app. But we were given a family room with shared bathroom. Instead of having our own room we had to share with other tenants. The toilets flush was broken and running water in the shower was very very weak, had to wait a bucket to fill before bathing. Staff was kind and bedroom was ok. Location was not hard to find, accessible by taxi. Overall we were dissapointed with our stay. We were given the wrong room and the bathroom did not function properly.

*Facilities It didn’t met our expectations. Please know that this is a shared room — Restroom, Common Area and even the Balcony. I guess this is only best who travel by group. Since it’s shared, expect that there are risks that could be compromised, most especially for females. Also, the size and the comfiness of the room is not worth it for ≈900php. *Location Their location in the Maps is so sketchy. There are actually 2 pins for Reddoorz Faes Transient House. We thought we got scammed because the first loc is within a convent where priests live 😭 No one knows where the hostel exists even the police. Might as well emphasize the exact loc which is 2 Himalaya St. Shangri-La Village – which is a 15-minute drive from the City proper. *Staff The staff tho was exceptional, I would say. Accommodating and nice kuya.

Pros: -Welcoming ung staffs nila and maganda din ung receiving area. -Yung location madaling matandaan kasi malapit sa Puregold. And atleast 5-6mins travel to Burnham if sasakay ka ng jeep or taxi -Comfy ung tulagan and good for 3-4pax since double deck ung kama. -Complete ung kitchen utensils and pwede ka rin magluto. :) Cons: -Maingay isara at iopen ung door ng cr hopefully maayos nila yun. -Hindi gumagana ung heater nila :( Sira na ata, sana ma check nila un bago dumating ung guests nila. Di na rin namin nacheck un pagdating namin kasi pagka check in namin umalis rin kami agad para mamasyal. At kinabukasan na namin na try bago kami magcheck out. All in all if you want lang talaga ng matutulugan or a short stay goods na.

We check in at around 3pm , since the check in time is 2pm. As we arrive we approach the person in charge on our booking, and she check on it. We choose the room that is comfortable on our part. But unfortunately, it was given to a guest na na extend hour. Then ilipat niya kami sa common area which was 3 rooms sa area at common lahat CR. But we decline it. And then Sabi niya Sige ilipat kami sa other bldg. Nila so we have to walk take note may dala dala kaming mabigat na mga gamit, naglakad kami paakyat around 2-3 mins carying our heavy luggage and other stuffs Akala namin dun na bumaba pa kami ulit ng street na matarik so hingal to the max. And then pag arrive namin sa house Akala namin Yun na. Bumaba pa kami ng hagdan around 30 steps pababa na may daladala. So we dont have choice Kasi andun na kami. Pag pasok ng room bumulaga 1 bunk bed na sira Ang HAGDAN at 1 sofa bed . Walang gamit, walang TV, walang wifi even trash can Wala. So we don't have choice is to stay Kasi sobrang pagod na kami. Kasi di rin malocate ng taxi Ang area. This is the LITERALLY the expection versus Reality. Ang layo ng room na binook namin sa binigay sa amin.

Not recommended at all. The sfaff is not accommodating at all. When we got there its takes how many minutes before someone open the gate we knock on the gate like so many times and its like nothing no customer service at all. The staff is rude , nothing but rude People there thats the worst place ever. They have water dispenser with no water they dont even refill it. The cleaner keep going inside without knocking the door its not yet check out time its just early in the morning and i dont know what shes checking there because she didn't say a word. All i can say ITS NOT WORTH FOR THE MONEY AND ALL PEOPLE IS RUDE WORST PLACE TO STAY !!!

楽しい時間を過ごしました。スタッフは皆親切でした。初めてのバギオだったので、母と一緒に場所を見つけるのに少し苦労しました。場所はきれいで、位置も良く、私たちが訪れたいミラドールまで歩いて行ける距離です。ヒント: 初めてで公共交通機関を利用する場合、プラザからジープに乗り、サンルイス行きのジープを探してください。そして、警察署の近くのシャングリラ村で降りて、近くの人に聞いてください。その場所はすぐ近くです。ジープの運賃は13ペソくらいです。タクシーを利用する場合は、シャングリラ村とそのトランジエントの名前を言ってください。全体的に私たちの滞在は快適で、また休暇でここに予約するつもりです。親戚や友人にもぜひ勧めたいです！レッドドアーズさん、ありがとうございました！
